Park: The house is located within 10 hectares of partially flat land, enclosed by an automatic gate and private parking. The spacious garden is adorned with trees and wheat fields. The surrounding sunbathing area consists of a grassy lawn with loungers and deck chairs, a cold-water shower, and a chlorine-based filtration system. The pool is open all year round.
