We booked this beautiful property to attend the Georgia Florida game. Although a little farther than we would like to have been from Jacksonville, the house was immaculately taken care of, and had a beautiful pool and giant deck to enjoy. We really enjoyed the ping-pong table inside, the house and we used it frequently. The host were phenomenal and had the house stocked with everything you could ask for. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely use it again. Very close to the beaches in Saint Augustine.

Our family had a great time in this rental. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything St. Augustine offers. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool and I appreciated that there was a fence around the pool for my little one. Wonderful experience!

Check in was seamless. Property was as listed. We had 3 families with children ages 7-15. The pool was an excellence bonus! Location to the beach was a short easy 5 minute drive and a convenient drive to downtown and other attractions. Definitely recommend staying here if staying on the beach isn't an option or if you don't mind driving to the beach.

Great home for large groups. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good location and neighborhood. Pool was fantastic! The kitchen could have better skillets. We ate every meal there. The dishwasher needs thorough cleaning and descaling. Careful of the step out back. Lots of trips and falls. Nothing too serious. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the Heated pool especially because the nights were a little chilly , it was perfect for the kids to enjoy. House was the perfect layout, very clean, close to everything especially our family outing in Downtown St. Augustine. Let me not forget plenty of parking and the game room was a bonus for the kids they really enjoyed the games.

Beautiful property! All the amentities one could ask for and within 10 minutes of every activity possible! Our hosts were very communicative and easily reachable when needed! Response time was quick and efficient! Zero complaints and look forward to visiting again soon! Oh, and the bedrooms were all MASSIVE in size with HUGE beds that were extremely comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

Awesome hosts, easy check-in!! It was larger than we expected and I love how it is decorated! The rooms were the perfect space for our 7 adults, 2 teens, and 8-year-old and 2 babies! Nice neighborhood, and only a 5-minute drive to the beach or town. And the outside patio area and pool were Fabulous!! Thanks so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend this home!

Very nice place for a vacation or getaway. The entire process was fast and easy. It was very clean. The only minor problem we had is there were 12 of us and only about 5 washcloths, but a trip to Walmart made it an easy fix. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

House is in a "neighborhood" if you like peace & quiet. House has plenty of room for a large family or multiple people. We found that a lot of the dishes & glasses were not very clean. In all house was clean'ish but could have been cleaner (dust on vents, mirrors streaked, etc.) If you go, take plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags & baggies. House sleeps up to 11 people, but they only provide SETS of 8 towels. Property owners are pretty easy to contact if you have any issues.

This was an amazing house! When we arrived, the house was very clean, equipped with essentials (towels, utensils, plates, quality cookware etc..) and had clear instructions and labeling around the house. The house is at a convenient distance of the beach and historial St. Augustine making planning our trips so much easier. The owner provided a binder with recommendations for entertainment, tours and food that was very helpful too! We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We had a great stay. We had 7 people on the house and had plenty of room. House is 5 minute drive to St.Augustine Beach and about a 8-10min drive to historic downtown. The room were spacious and very nicely decorated. I would recommend this place to stay. House was spotless on check-in and owners were very communicative throughout our stay.

We came down to celebrate my son's wedding in St. Augustine. The house was wonderfully spacious, so we could all spread out and have our own space. We felt right at home immediately. We are a multigenerational group, ranging in age from 11 to 85. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The grandparents enjoyed the covered pergola. I loved the size of the kitchen and the ability to fit everyone comfortably for meals. The property is in a great location and close to everything! I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was great to have all the rooms, as we had different families come and go. St Augustine is such a fun place. So much to do and things to see, and the house was a perfect home base. I did not realized how very much I would enjoy the hearted pool…it was amazing…so relaxing. And the management was great. They got back to me immediately when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our stay at the Grandview house was fabulous! The location was perfect for us to visit the Historical District, the Lighthouse, and the beach. Everything that we needed was provided by the owners who were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We did not use the pool due to the cold weather, but it looked so inviting and well maintained. We would love to rent again and bring the whole family!

Response time was quick and efficient! Zero complaints and look forward to visiting again soon! We had a great stay. We had 7 people on the house and had plenty of room. House is 5 minute drive to St.Augustine Beach and about a 8-10min drive to historic downtown. The room were spacious and very nicely decorated. I would recommend this place to stay. House was spotless on check-in and owners were very communicative throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic time visiting St Augustine and using this house as our home base. It perfectly fit our extended family for a Christmas and New Years vacation. Plenty of beds, clean pool, and close to the beach and downtown.

Our stay at the Grandview house was fabulous! The location was perfect for us to visit the Historical District, the Lighthouse, and the beach. Everything that we needed was provided by the owners who were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We did not use the pool due to the cold weather, but it looked so inviting and well maintained. We would love to rent again and bring the whole family!

Our family had a great time in this rental. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything St. Augustine offers. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool and I appreciated that there was a fence around the pool for my little one. Wonderful experience!

We had a three generation family staying in St Augustine for a family reunion. We took full advantage of the nearby beaches and the home’s swimming pool. The house had perfect sleeping arrangements and is located in a lovely neighborhood. We had so much fun.

We enjoyed the Heated pool especially because the nights were a little chilly , it was perfect for the kids to enjoy. House was the perfect layout, very clean, close to everything especially our family outing in Downtown St. Augustine. Let me not forget plenty of parking and the game room was a bonus for the kids they really enjoyed the games.

We booked this beautiful property to attend the Georgia Florida game. Although a little farther than we would like to have been from Jacksonville, the house was immaculately taken care of, and had a beautiful pool and giant deck to enjoy. We really enjoyed the ping-pong table inside, the house and we used it frequently. The host were phenomenal and had the house stocked with everything you could ask for. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely use it again. Very close to the beaches in Saint Augustine.

The house was perfect for our family of three generations. Everyone loved the pool and the house was spacious with a wonderful, well equipped kitchen. Outdoor space was comfortable and welcoming. House is in a "neighborhood" if you like peace & quiet. House has plenty of room for a large family or multiple people. We found that a lot of the dishes & glasses were not very clean. In all house was clean'ish but could have been cleaner (dust on vents, mirrors streaked, etc.) If you go, take plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags & baggies. House sleeps up to 11 people, but they only provide SETS of 8 towels. Property owners are pretty easy to contact if you have any issues.

Great home for large groups. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good location and neighborhood. Pool was fantastic! The kitchen could have better skillets. We ate every meal there. We came down to celebrate my son's wedding in St. Augustine. The house was wonderfully spacious, so we could all spread out and have our own space. We felt right at home immediately. We are a multigenerational group, ranging in age from 11 to 85. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The grandparents enjoyed the covered pergola. I loved the size of the kitchen and the ability to fit everyone comfortably for meals. The property is in a great location and close to everything! I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
