Holiday home with terrace, private pool & garden

LocationThe accommodation is situated in an open area, in very peaceful, hilly surroundings with lots of greenery and overlooking a meadows with cows. The hamlet consists of eight houses; one of which is a cafe. The garden has an area of about 1500 m² and includes a fireplace. Here you will find lots of shady and sunny places. There is also garden furniture, a barbecue and for even more comfort and a real holiday feeling you can enjoy the brand new large heated swimming pool (from the end of May till the end of September). The dimensions of the pool are 8.20 x 3.50 x 1.55 (depth)! The famous Lipno Lake is just 800 meters away, isn't this great? After unwinding in the vicinity of the house, the tourist bustle begins in 2 km with terraces, restaurants and shops. In the small town of Horni Plana, 7 km away, you can do your shopping. At the house there is ample space for parking and also you can use an infrared sauna for 2 persons. This accommodation is suitable for groups of up to 13 people + one baby.InteriorThe hall of this spacious apartment is suitable for storing shoes, bicycles, barbecue, etc. In the spacious living room (48 m²) you will find chairs, tables, 8 armchairs, an original stove (with wood), a large television and a DVD / CD player. This room adjoins the open kitchen, which is equipped with a counter with 4 sinks and a 6-burner restaurant-grade stove with an oven which is large enough for 3 chickens. Next, there is a large fridge with a separate freezer area, a bread baking machine and a coffeemaker. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each for 2 persons. A cot is available. The two bathrooms each have 2 showers and a toilet. A hair dryer is available. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, three bedrooms for 2 persons and one bedroom for 3 persons. There are 2 toilets and 2 sinks. Finally there is a boiler room. From the end of May / end of September you can enjoy the brand new heated pool and there is also an infrared sauna for two persons.SurroundingsThe lush green, slightly hilly environment at the house, overlooking the mountains, is particularly suitable for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The routes are signposted or described in the guest book. Lake Lipno, with a length of 45 km, is the largest lake in the Czech Republic. At a distance of 2 or 3 km, there is a beach and a playground. At and around the lake there are many activities such as fishing (fishing boats can be rented at a distance of 3 km), swimming, [catamaran] sailing, surfing and canoeing. All accessories, including bicycles, can be found within a radius of 2 to 7 km. There is the Šumava nature area which borders Germany, and the town of Cesky Krumlov (23 km) is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. There are antique shops, galleries, Bohemian crystal, terraces on the water and a castle. The Vlatva River flows through the city, so boat rides are also possible. It is ideal also for whitewater rides.ConditionsYou are asked to bring your own linen. All of the beds have single mattresses: 90 x 200.Pets are welcome, but only by prior arrangement.Max. 10 persThe costs for the final cleaning is € 100, -.Upon arrival, a deposit of € 500, - has to be paid.Electricity Consumption is charged with € 0.55 per kWh.Gas consumption (propane) for the central heating and gas is charged with € 7.50 per m3 (1 m3 = about 4 liters of liquid).Costs for wood for the stoves and / or campfire of € 5.00 per box.The tourist tax is € 1,75 p / p per day.All the above mentioned costs must be paid on the spot to the owner.
