Holiday Inn Express Ontario by IHG

Room was clean, and my entire floor was very quiet. Parking was no problem at all. Ice machines on 3 and 4 did not work. Breakfast hot food was pretty bad, even for banquet food. Don’t expect to watch anything on the TV in your room as 50% of the channels are infomercials. Would’ve been nice to have a smart tv with the option to log in my own Netflix or YouTube like a lot of properties are using. Staff was nice, but even after several attempts to get my bill emailed I still don’t have it. Guess I’ll have to call them and ask again.

I had an issue with my reservation dates and needed to make a change shortly after booking. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to modify the reservation and had to cancel and rebook instead. The process was more difficult than expected, and the cancellation terms were not as flexible as I had hoped. I recommend double-checking your dates before booking and reviewing the cancellation policy carefully to avoid any surprises.

This is a business stay hotel. Nothing too special, close to the fwy. It was clean though.
