It was directly on the main drive of Seminole Oklahoma. Doesn't matter what season I travel, the pool is always closed. Little pricey for mid-week stay though, came out to be over$110 a night. Good coffee and light breakfast is a plus.

The location inside was perfectly good without issue. But the entrance to walk in had caution tape on the ground so I couldnt tell it was the entrance until I saw another walk out. The staff were fine but the person whom I filled out the paperwork with on my room and car was a bit rude though overall fine. Room was very clean and great, had no issues with any of it. Breakfast was good no question and checkout was smooth and the person who had done so was very kind.

From the moment we walked it it was a delight. Megan at front desk was warm and friendly. Room was spotless and roomy. Only downfall was pool under construction but it didnt bother us. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The facility seemed a bit old with no upgrades to the bath room. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable, except could have used at least 2 chairs in the room. For the rate charged it was a very good choice. Front office personnel friendly and efficient. Breakfast was below par in what was available, we chose to skip it.

I hadn't got to spend time with my best friend in a while, so we rented a room here. I had my daughter with me and we very much enjoyed the pool! However, having it heated would of kept us from taking 15 minutes to get acclimated to the cold water. 😊 Breakfast was amazing as well as the service and staff. My main complaint is that the beds are to firm. When you think "big nice hotel" usually you'd imagine a big comfy, soft bed. That was not the case however. My bestie has MS and Lupus and comfort is important. She didn't sleep hardly at all which in turn kept me and my 3 yr old tossing and turning. Other than the bed, I'd give it 5 stars! Clean, friendly and well located. Thanks Best Western for a great experience minus the beds.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Easy check in. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The young lady tending to breakfast was VERY helpful and nice! Hotel thats clean and had no strange odors. We would definitely stay again.

The lobby was fine, however as soon as you started up the elevator the oder became more prominent. By the time we hit the 4th floor the smell of dog poop was so prominent that I couldn’t make it to our room without gagging. Luckily our room wasn’t as bad, and we managed through the night- but the hallway and other areas were terrible.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did find that water was not running to our room, except for intermittently, from around 9:30ish am to around 11:00 am. Possibly due to cleaning and laundry. We only assumed. We didn’t complain because we had no intention of changing hotels due to location. The staff, quietness, and comfort of our stay (4 days) was exceptional, which we felt kind of made up for it.

Overall the hotel was clean and convenient. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard, the pillows were TINY little squares and you basically had 2 sheets to cover up with. No real blanket. We did not sleep good. Breakfast was pretty plain and basic but did the job.

The room itself was fine, I did not like the A\C unit, it never seemed to get cold enough, and the fan wouldn’t stay on, resulting in not sleeping well. Also another hotel that keeps you from being able to use your own media device and forces you to watch tv with no guide like it’s the 1980s or 90s. We would never come back for that alone.

Check in process was okay up until I was charged twice after being told the charges would go back onto my card once I checked out still waiting and it's Monday. Not sure how long but not sure why I got charged twice never heard of hotel holding a card then charged again.

I was very pleased with the service we received from housekeeping, Patti did a great job and was very friendly. The clerk that checked us in was not real pleasant, she was actually rude. They brought a crib for my grandson and didn't give us any blankets or anything to cover the thin mattress. She also said she could have given me a much better rate than what I got but refused to change the price. The breakfast was better on Sunday than Saturday. Also they have signs that say no smoking out front but the front desk clerk was smoking.

Only quality hotel in small town, front staff was courteous and informative, room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, baseball team staying in hotel and there was trash in elevator and common areas.

Front desk worker was super nice. Explained everything and told us which door was closer for us. This hotel is really clean and quiet. Hallways smell good for a hotel. Right off highway so was easy to find.

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Easy check in. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The young lady tending to breakfast was VERY helpful and nice! Hotel thats clean and had no strange odors. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was clean and convenient. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard, the pillows were TINY little squares and you basically had 2 sheets to cover up with. No real blanket. We did not sleep good. Breakfast was pretty plain and basic but did the job.

The facility seemed a bit old with no upgrades to the bath room. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable, except could have used at least 2 chairs in the room. For the rate charged it was a very good choice. Front office personnel friendly and efficient. Breakfast was below par in what was available, we chose to skip it.

I hadn't got to spend time with my best friend in a while, so we rented a room here. I had my daughter with me and we very much enjoyed the pool! However, having it heated would of kept us from taking 15 minutes to get acclimated to the cold water. 😊 Breakfast was amazing as well as the service and staff. My main complaint is that the beds are to firm. When you think "big nice hotel" usually you'd imagine a big comfy, soft bed. That was not the case however. My bestie has MS and Lupus and comfort is important. She didn't sleep hardly at all which in turn kept me and my 3 yr old tossing and turning. Other than the bed, I'd give it 5 stars! Clean, friendly and well located. Thanks Best Western for a great experience minus the beds.

I was very pleased with the service we received from housekeeping, Patti did a great job and was very friendly. The clerk that checked us in was not real pleasant, she was actually rude. They brought a crib for my grandson and didn't give us any blankets or anything to cover the thin mattress. She also said she could have given me a much better rate than what I got but refused to change the price. The breakfast was better on Sunday than Saturday. Also they have signs that say no smoking out front but the front desk clerk was smoking.

The hotel itself is a nice hotel for the price. The only complaint I have is the beds and pillows. The beds are like laying on concrete with a little Dixie cup sized pillow. I am a tall person and could have used a bigger pillow but the main issue is the beds. They are so bad I had to do bed yoga before I could even think about getting out of there. We asked another guy who also said his bed was hard, but his pillow was his issue. We checked the bed frame, it's a futon frame with the mattress put on it. Which led to concrete mattress issue. I would stay again but would be bringing a mattress pad for comfort 😬

I had a sudden death in the family, and in my rush of going through the cancellation process, I didn’t hit finish. So the hotel charged me for a night that I didn’t get to stay there, because I was out of town making funeral arrangements. I requested a credit so I could stay for two days within the next two weeks of my missed reservation, and they declined. I did not recognize that I had still been checked in until it was drafted out of my account. It was an honest mistake and they decline to help me.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Nice to have free cookies in the lobby each evening. Breakfast was good and staff was there keeping it full and cleaned up. My only complaint was the coffee was terrible. The pool was nice. It was hot in the pool room, but the space was clean.
