Gulligt hotell med hjälpsam personal. Bra läge ok ffukost

Really nice, clean hotel. The room was warm, mattress firm and water pressure in the bathroom (equipped with bidet) great. However, breakfast had limited choices of just boiled eggs, two or one salami and cheese. Great location, only a few stops to city centre or train station. Sadly, those trams never arrived to my direction and caused so many issues. Also, be aware of usual transport strike in Milan on Fridays!

Ottima posizione, stanza pulita e personale cortese

Struttura un po’ datata senza ascensore; bagni invece sono stati ristrutturati fortunatamente. Personale poco flessibile con qualche limite legato alla barriera linguistica. ( scarsa comprensione dell’inglese e dell’italiano)

Don´t understand how this hotel can have 3 stars and quite good reviews. Asked for a non smoking room, there´s obviously smoke smell in the full hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, almost didn´t get any sleep at all, you hear everything that´s going on outside. The breakfast was poor in terms of different choices. I will never book this hotel again.
