Located in Sauldorf, this 45 m² apartment welcomes you with an open bedroom, a living-dining area, and a bathroom, offering space for up to 3 guests. The apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The furniture is styled in shabby chic, partly original and partly restored, complemented by new pieces. During your stay, you have access to excellent Wi-Fi and a TV. A travel cot and a high chair for children are stored in the utility room and can be provided upon request. A drying rack is also available. The apartment is situated in a new development area, in the basement of a new building. The outdoor area, parking space, terrace, and entrance are still under construction and not yet completed. Public street parking is available. Pets are warmly welcome.
