Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Windsor

We stayed there for 1 night and checked in late because we were at a competition all day long. The room was very outdated- old furniture- the couch actually had rips in it. Like cat scratches. The bathroom needed updating- shower had brown stains and the toilet was very weak along with needing fresh paint and the floors needed cleaning. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were old. I’m so glad we brought some of our own bedding! The room was extremely hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. We had to leave early in the morning so thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room. I would never stay there again and the price I was charged was ridiculous. In addition to having to pay for parking.

Room with a kitchen but no pans and pots. What am I supposed to do with that really. Apart from that, very nice and clean! Plus point for useful self laundry facility.

This is a wonderful place to bring the family on a vacation. It has beautiful outdoor swimming pool open grounds with sliders opening to the outside so you can enjoy the open grounds. It is a wooded residential area and convenient (by the near by highway) to anywhere you want to go. I stayed for over 2 months for buisness and wished I was with my family to fully enjoy this lovely hotel.

Breakfast was great! But the room was lacking. The door to the closet was broken and not functioning. The cabinets and stove in the kitchen were very dirty, greasy prints on the cabinet doors. Microwave had filthy streaks like someone took 2 seconds to smear over it.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all that was needed for an extended stay.
