Stayed in the Sea View room with balcony. Rooms were just like the pictures, spacious and nice decor. Strong wifi all around the property. Breakfast was delicious! The pool closed at 6pm, which was a bummer, but we could still lounge on the chairs and enjoy a Sangria from the bar. 15 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again.

To get the negatives out the way first: the immediate location is just off the main road, all roundabouts and intersections, and you need to cross over and walk a few hundred metres down to get to the pleasant bit around the port/beach. Being not far from Magaluf it's a little more Magalufy than the prior hotel we stayed at just 2km East - both in terms of the immediate restaurants nearby and, let's face it, a certain ratio of the sort of guests staying at the hotel. However, the port area itself is very upmarket and sophisticated once you get down there, and the beach is amazing. Hotel is immaculately clean. Beautiful rooms. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Was surprised that the pool closed only about 5pm (just as it's winter?). Gym is very basic. Overall it's the check-in experience, the vibe around the pool bar, and how excellent the staff are, which make this hotel more highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the spa facilitates were incredible! Would highly recommend and we would definitely return!

The hotel, it's location and staff were lovely. The restaurant food and staff are excellent. The only criticism I have is the lack of umbrellas aroind the pool area.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with sea view for six nights which was spacious for three and clean. Hotel location great for Marina and Village with lots of restaurant options. All the staff were friendly and particular shout out to bar/beverage staff who all did a superb job. A couple of niggles, one, regarding sun bed availability (a number of guests getting up early every day to put towels down on sun beds) and two, regarding a shortage of umbrellas (was advised that only 50 umbrellas for 200 sun beds which is not even one between two). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would return again.

Great efficient and friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Hotel was very clean and stylish and great value for money. Good breakfast and bar service. Sky bar is a must visit, Great location to Palma.

Mixed Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While there were some definite highlights, several issues impacted the overall quality of the stay. Positives: The location is excellent, convenient for exploring the area. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of options. It's best to go around 9:30 AM! The rooftop bar was a lovely spot to relax, with attentive staff and a great atmosphere. We also enjoyed food and drinks from the poolside bar — both tasty and reasonably priced. A lifeguard was consistently on duty at the pool, which was reassuring and appreciated. Negatives: There were no water fountains available — only bottled water for purchase. Our bedding had a visible stain, and towels were not replaced regularly. We had to ask for clean cups. A cleaner entered our room without knocking, which was a serious privacy issue. The issue of "sunbed warriors" was real — people reserved loungers early and left them empty for hours. Soundproofing was poor — we could hear people walking above us, flushing toilets next door, and road noise depending on room location. Some food items lacked clear labelling, which could be a concern, some breakfast pastries might contain pork fat — not ideal for certain diets. Overall, this hotel has potential — the location and food options are definite strengths but better attention to cleanliness, privacy, and basic amenities is needed.

We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. We could not fault this hotel for the cleanliness. All the staff greeted you and were always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing and such a fantastic choice, you could never go hungry.

Det var veldig skittent på hotellrommet. På gulvet, oppover vegger, inne i kjøkkenskap(matrester og sand), oppå stolene og bordet. Personalet ble sure og uhyggelige når vi sa i fra. Det var rent på badet og det var gode senger.

Renholdet var særlig dårlig. På rommet vårt var det maur ved ankomst, og disse kom fra veggen, ikke utenfra. Terrassen ble ikke rengjort, heller ikke bordet på terrassen eller de to solsengene, hvor den ene var tilgriset med fuglebæsj. Dette ble heller ikke rengjort en eneste gang under hele oppholdet vårt. Se også vedlagte bilder av hvordan leiligheten så ut inne, rett etter rengjøring. Ved frokostområdet var flisene ute skitne, noe som resulterte i mye maur på bakken. Heller ikke rundt bassengområdet var det spesielt rent, og verken solsengene eller tilhørende bord ble rengjort. I bassenget var det ingen form for regler, og det var umulig å ta seg en avslappende svømmetur uten at noen hoppet på deg, eller at du fikk en ball i ansiktet. Dette var ikke bare irriterende, men direkte farlig, ettersom badevakten sjelden var tilstede. Det var heller ikke spesielt avslappende at man måtte opp i 7-tiden om morgenen for å legge på håndduker på solstoler, ettersom at det ikke er nok solsenger og parasoller til gjestene. Kjøkkenkroken i juniorsuiten hadde ingen utstyr, og rommet ellers var slitt og modent for oppussing. Det stod pappkopper, og ikke vanlige glass fremme på badet, og ingen sjampo eller balsam i dusjen. Det var generelt dårlig standard sammenlignet med andre 4-stjerners hotell jeg har vært på tidligere, til tross for en høyere pris. Nesten utelukkende briter på hotellet. Frokosten var god, men maten i bassengbaren er dårlig og overpriset. Anbefales ikke.

Fantastic rooms, the staff were fantastic and the pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and a great pool bar. The only negative comment about the property was that you could easily hear guests in the adjoining room. We had to make 2 complaints to reception for guests who must have been congregated in the room next to ours.

It is a great hotel. New and modern and the staff was great. The room is great, with a very modern decor and fixtures. My only BIG complaint is that they make it look like the property is very close to the Portals Nous Marina and the beach; when in fact it is around 3/4 of a mile from them. To reach the marina and the bars, restaurants, and the beach, you have to walk down a road that spirals around three hills (and up when you go back). It is a great hotel. New and modern and the staff was great. The room is great, with a very modern decor and fixtures. My only BIG complaint is that they make it look like the property is very close to the Portals Nous Marina and the beach; when in fact it is around 3/4 of a mile from them. To reach the marina and the bars, restaurants, and the beach, you have to walk down a road that spirals around three hills (and up when you go back). If you have difficulty walking up and down hills; I would not recommend this hotel. Otherwise, it is a new hotel, elegant, clean, with great amenities.

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable large room with lovely balcony. Definitely adult only hotel as it lacked child safety features on balconies etc. Nice location, near the marina and easy access via bus or taxi to Palma or the Airport.

The property is designed for those who want to use the pool on a daily basis or go to near by beaches. The rooms do not have a microwave (which i guess may not be standard in europe), no king sized beds which made for uncomfortable sleep, and the walls are paper thin. Otherwise for someone who is in and out this would be a great option but for someone who wants to “relax” search elsewhere. Will add convenient location.

Bra hotell, med bra frukostbuffé och restaurang. Skjutdörrarna (toalett och garderob) på rummet behöver en översyn, likaså hissarna och vi fick köpa egen tvål för att den på rummet luktade illa, men i det stora hela ett prisvärt hotell.

What a gorgeous hotel. Modern, clean and spacious. Our room was much bigger than expected and we had a view overlooking the pool area. Lovely quiet area of Portal Nous. Would highly recommend for couples and/or a group of friends. Pool area is also lovely with plenty of loungers.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Short walk to shops and the marina, short drive to Palma. Only issue is the walls are VERY thin so I was woken a few times by loud TVs. Breakfast great, cocktails great, lovely rooftop bar. Pool and jaccuzzi uncrowded without a race for beds by the pool. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be rebooking if we come back to the area.

Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The breakfast was great and the resturant was also excellent. A major bonus was that they allowed you to stay and use the amenities after check out, and provided you with a courtesy room to use to freshen up before going to the airport! Would definitely stay here again

Really nice property with a good breakfast and nice pool and the rooms are modern and clean. Staff were mostly nice, however not as accommodating as would’ve liked, asked for a double bed instead of two singles and didn’t get it, asked for late check out and didn’t get it, asked for an early check in an also didn’t get it. Overall a really nice place

We love our stays at Tomir, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are lovely, I would say though that this time I found the breakfast and bar staff to be very rushed and often looking miserable, I know they are tired and it’s the end of season but a smile in the morning would be nice. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful.

Sehr komfortables Hotel, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber mit bequeme Betten und großer Terrasse. Das Frühstücksbufett bot eine große Auswahl an Brot, Käse, Wurst, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt und vielem mehr in schönem Ambiente. Der Salzwasserpool war wunderbar und herrlich zum Entspannen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Allgemein gesehen war es ein schönes Hotel mit Swimmingpool und Frühstück. Es war sauber und ruhig. Wie fast in jedem Hotel hatte man jedoch wieder ein paar Flecken auf den Hand und Badetücher, was eigentlich nicht sein darf! Ich denke das hängt damit zusammen, dass die Tücher vorher nicht auf Flecken geprüft werden. Ein weiterer Nachteil war, dass das Hotel Weit weg von der Altstadt Palma. Die Busse, die kamen, waren meistens voll, so dass man bei der Hitze über 1 Stunde gewartet hat. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass wir keinen Strand hatten. 500 m weiter weg war ein öffentlicher kleiner Strand vorhanden, der jedoch weder Schirme noch Liegen hatte.

To get the negatives out the way first: the immediate location is just off the main road, all roundabouts and intersections, and you need to cross over and walk a few hundred metres down to get to the pleasant bit around the port/beach. Being not far from Magaluf it's a little more Magalufy than the prior hotel we stayed at just 2km East - both in terms of the immediate restaurants nearby and, let's face it, a certain ratio of the sort of guests staying at the hotel. However, the port area itself is very upmarket and sophisticated once you get down there, and the beach is amazing. Hotel is immaculately clean. Beautiful rooms. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Was surprised that the pool closed only about 5pm (just as it's winter?). Gym is very basic. Overall it's the check-in experience, the vibe around the pool bar, and how excellent the staff are, which make this hotel more highly recommended.

Stayed in the Sea View room with balcony. Rooms were just like the pictures, spacious and nice decor. Strong wifi all around the property. Breakfast was delicious! The pool closed at 6pm, which was a bummer, but we could still lounge on the chairs and enjoy a Sangria from the bar. 15 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again.

We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. We could not fault this hotel for the cleanliness. All the staff greeted you and were always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing and such a fantastic choice, you could never go hungry.

An excellent hotel, with first class facilities and extremely efficient staff, from the manager downwards, which all made for a lovely two day stay. As others have mentioned, the breakfast merits a special mention- lots of choice, well presented and very fresh. Overall, terrific value for money and ideally located just above the port.

We’d stay here again. It was a good hotel for the price, and we were impressed with the breakfast. The suite on 7th floor came with such a lovely view and was beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the beach every day. The rooftop cocktail bar and kitchen, serving street food type options, was beautiful and looked like a lovely place to spend an evening. Unfortunately, it was booked for private events on three of the four nights of our stay, so we only had the opportunity to enjoy it once. It would have been nice to have had more access to this facility during our stay. The main disappointment was the bed situation. We had two single beds with single sheets and asked every day for them to be made up as a double. Despite asking repeatedly, this still wasn’t done until the fourth time we asked, on our final day. We were quite unimpressed that such a simple request took four attempts and our entire stay to resolve. The staff were all lovely, though, and it seemed there had been some miscommunication rather than anyone deliberately ignoring the request. When we asked for the fourth time, the receptionist apologised and kindly gave us a free drinks voucher, which we appreciated. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and, despite the issue with the beds and the limited access to the rooftop, we would stay here again.

We’d stay here again. It was a good hotel for the price, and we were impressed with the breakfast. The suite on 7th floor came with such a lovely view and was beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the beach every day. The rooftop cocktail bar and kitchen, serving street food type options, was beautiful and looked like a lovely place to spend an evening.
