Big disappointment that the hotel didn’t have parking spots available despite saying Parking Available when I was about to book the hotel. A total of 9 parking spots for a big hotel that takes at least over a hundred guest is way too few to even mention that the hotel have parking spaces. Another surprise was that they charge 20 euros per night for using one. Nothing that was mentioned in either confirmations from hotels.com and the hotel itself. It was also not clear about the parking fees when you were visiting the hotel on hotels.com. It’s not mention what so ever in the first main page. When I contacted Hotels.com regarding this matter they tried to look this up. After about 35-40 minutes waiting they finally found the parking fee information further down in the hotels policy about 5 tabs away from the first site. As I see it, this is a pure lack of information for something that is very important for many of the guest using a car during their holiday. Especially in a crowded place like Magaluf were it is a pure hell finding a parking spot. During my whole week (except the last night) I had to park about 15-20 minutes away from my hotel. This partly destroyed my whole vacation. Except the parking issues, I found the hotel being OK. Thumbs up for the nice staff and for the nice location. But thumbs down for bad room smell, responsiveness in the rooms and uncomfortable beds. WiFi didn’t live up to the standards either.

The hotel is in general very nice. The location (with the view from the balcony) is really outstanding. The pool area is very spacious and nice. Really good to relax and calm down. Breakfast was good- enough and something fro everybody- but not overhelmed. The beach is in front of the door and really good located. Unfortunately the elevator down to the beach did not work. As we went 04.04.2025 -07.04.2025 I assume, the hotel was not yet prepared for the high season- only 1 of 3 elevators working (which was fine.,..!) The check in could be improved with more staff- long waiting times. The Gym was ok- but the the heaviest dumpbell 14KG.. Could be improved as well. Around the Hotel- Magaluff- is more for UK guests- but you can find nice spots there as well and do everything by foot (except Balneariio or Palma town)

Very nice front desk service. Good location for the area. On a hill so quiet compare to megaluf. Enjoyed my stay. Nice pool and elevator to beach.

Hotel moderno e funzionale, con splendida vista sulla spiaggia. Personale Gentile e disponibile. Ottimo livello di pulizia. Molto buono il ristorante, per servizio e varietà del cibo. La spiaggia è piuttosto rumorosa di notte, ma è inevitabile data la località vivace. Purtroppo per la maggior parte del soggiorno gli ascensori hanno funzionato poco e male, con lunghe attese e qualche salita per le scale (hotel di 12 piani). Nel complesso, comunque, una buona esperienza.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view. The walls are a bit thin. But we slept fine. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant was alway clean and tidy. Pool was cold and could go with being cleaned a bit more frequently. I would definitely stay here again tho.

Nous avons passer quelques jours dans cette hotel. Hotel rénové et propre. l'hôtel se situe en haut d'une monté assez rude. acces plage avec ascenceur qui est pratique. Le petit dejeuner est tres bon et variés pour les végétarien. les chambre sont bien avec une belle vue côté mer, cependant l'insonorisation des pieces laisse a desirer. Le matin il y a une odeur des canalisation qui est pas tres sympathiques. Autrement dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Unfortunately the AC didn’t work in our room and the toilet didn’t flush very well. For the price of this hotel, I would have expected a cleaner room.

El hotel es de muy malo, tenia otra expectativa y quedamos muy decepcionados. La limpieza en nula en todas partes. En el sector de comidas los utensilios y platos sucios mezclados con los limpios. Lo bueno fue la vista hacia el mar desde la piscina eso es muy bonito pero nada más.

Overall an unpleasant experience. The hotel room had A/c that did not get cold, when the issue was brought up to reception they said a piece was broken on the roof. It never got fixed and reception was useless to get the A/C working. It was hot the entire stay. The shower drain and sink drain were both clogged upon arrival. The water from the shower constantly spilled into the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was good, not worth staying, though. The view and proximity to the beach and shops were what we paid for. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was very plain and minimal.

We stayed in 4 different places around Mallorca and Barcelona over this trip and I could write something positive about every single one except for this one. Food is lackluster at best and not worth a single euro that you pay for it when you are exhausted and don’t want to go anywhere else. This is the least relaxing part of Mallorca with young partiers everywhere that are yelling and partying around the property until 4 or 5 in the morning. AC doesn’t work well and the property is humid. Found silverfish in the bed. The beach itself is the worst we swam in around the island and it is dirty and trashy. Honestly avoid this area and avoid this hotel. Also they don’t tell you but there is really no on site parking so you will have to spend 30 minutes each time driving around the neighborhood trying to find parking. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

L'hôtel est mal situé, il faut absolument un transport pour s'y rendre. Parking est payant et très cher. Sinon, l'hôtel est très beau, grandes chambres et très propres. Le repas du soir est souvent répétitif mais fait l'affaire.

When I arrived, I briefly parked in front of the hotel to check in and get access to the parking, but an employee came out and rudely told me to move because I was blocking the staff parking area. Unfortunately, there’s no designated unloading zone, and the night staff were not very welcoming. The morning staff, however, were much more courteous and friendly. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear every word our neighbours were saying.

The beds were awful - hard as a rock. It was party central for the 18-23 crowd. After the clubs closed they would head to the beach and you could hear them from about 4:30 am to 8:30 am partying on the beach. Overall the facility is dated and needs a facelift. If you are not in the 19-23 age group and looking to party then stay somewhere else. The views from the rooms were great.

This partly destroyed my whole vacation. Except the parking issues, I found the hotel being OK. Thumbs up for the nice staff and for the nice location. But thumbs down for bad room smell, responsiveness in the rooms and uncomfortable beds. WiFi didn’t live up to the standards either.

Great place, super nice staff, beach 30 seconds walk away. Only things are air conditioning isn’t great, had it on as low as possible room still super hot at night had to leave the balcony door open for cooler air. Bed also not comfy, very hard and pillows not great. Other than that perfect place for a week away.

Amazing rooms with sea view of view of bay of Magaluf. We were room 906 and could see right down to the beach but not guess 901-995 would get less view of the bay and that 907 would get a full panoramic view. Staff very friendly. Lovely communal areas. Very modern bar, fabulous selection at breakfast Buffett- pancakes included! Modern room but some old artex walls remained. Room hallway very old but rooms modern and super comfortable beds and recently refurbished shower room.walls very thin but luckily we had non party neighbours on our quite beach break. Free pool towels. Hairdryer in room, no deposit to pay on arrival just a small hotel tax fee. Lift down to beach was great and great to use as shortcut to walk the promenade of Magaluf or walk to bars restaurants shops. Pool still a bit too cold for us to use.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view. The walls are a bit thin. But we slept fine. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant was alway clean and tidy. Pool was cold and could go with being cleaned a bit more frequently. I would definitely stay here again tho.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveller. Hotel is older but it’s been redone and was pretty nice. Loved that we had direct beach access and the view from the balcony was stunning. Would probably stay here again if I came back to the island. Every interaction I had with the staff was good and they were very nice.

I was expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, this hotel felt more like a 2-star. The room was basic and lacked comfort, and almost everything came with an extra charge, even simple things like a water kettle, which cost €10 to “rent.” For the price and supposed rating, the overall experience was underwhelming. When I arrived, I briefly parked in front of the hotel to check in and get access to the parking, but an employee came out and rudely told me to move because I was blocking the staff parking area. Unfortunately, there’s no designated unloading zone, and the night staff were not very welcoming. The morning staff, however, were much more courteous and friendly. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear every word our neighbours were saying.

Overall an unpleasant experience. The hotel room had A/c that did not get cold, when the issue was brought up to reception they said a piece was broken on the roof. It never got fixed and reception was useless to get the A/C working. It was hot the entire stay. The shower drain and sink drain were both clogged upon arrival. The water from the shower constantly spilled into the bathroom floor. The breakfast buffet was good, not worth staying, though. The view and proximity to the beach and shops were what we paid for. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was very plain and minimal.

Breakfast was good- enough and something fro everybody- but not overhelmed. The beach is in front of the door and really good located. Unfortunately the elevator down to the beach did not work. As we went 04.04.2025 -07.04.2025 I assume, the hotel was not yet prepared for the high season- only 1 of 3 elevators working (which was fine.,..!) The check in could be improved with more staff- long waiting times. The Gym was ok- but the the heaviest dumpbell 14KG.. Could be improved as well. Around the Hotel- Magaluff- is more for UK guests- but you can find nice spots there as well and do everything by foot (except Balneariio or Palma town)

I made a reservation for 579€ for 2 people for 3 nights, and once I got to the hotel they try to charge me 379€ extra since for them the price was different on the date I arrived and apparently I made a reservation only for 1 person. This poor attitude of custoer service in Europe, room not ready till check in time. Low season for tourism. Rooms are ready. They know how to tell you to be out by noon or extra charges apply. They nickel and dime things. Would not see this in America. They be out of business.

If you want to stay in this area, this is the ideal place for pool and beach without the craziness of others. It is at end of beach which is really nice. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. Housekeeping took/misplaced my pajamas one day and I never got them back and had to follow up with staff, but no success. This was very disappointing indeed, but otherwise great stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und freundlich. Allerdings befindet man sich genau im Hotspot bzw. im Ballermann für Engländer, Polen und co. Wir wollten weg vom Ballermann und sind genau dort gelandet. Dafür kann aber das Hotel natürlich nichts. Hätten wir das gewusst wären wir allerdings nicht angereist. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gibt viele leckere Restaurants an der Promenade. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr gibt es Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Allerdings wird gegen Mittag rücksichtslos die Musikbox aufgedreht und die Entspannung ist dahin.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, vennlige ansatte. Helt ok frokost. Ofte tømt for salat/grønnsaker. Nesten ingen frukt. Håndkle til strand/bassey får du i resepsjonen (Du må selv spørre om den) og du får beskjed om at den IKKE byttes gjennom hele oppholdet. Det kan settes noe kaldt drikkevann i bassengbaren slik at gjester som ikke vil bestille i baren ikke tvinges til å ha med medbrakt vann eller kjøpe i baren.

Die Zimmer waren Okay, sind aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das gilt auch für das gesamte Gebäude, das gym mit zu wenig Geräten und Gewichten, und die Aufzuganlage. Das Personal war freundlich, die Location gut aber am Wochenende durch das örtliche Klientel etwas laut in der Nacht. Das Essen war gut, leider aber nur mit wenig Abwechslung.

Hôtel magnifique dans un très beau cadre! Les chambre avec vue mer son incroyable. Le petit déjeuner et le buffet du soir sont copieux et variés ! La piscine est très agréable accès à la plage rapide.

L'hôtel est mal situé, il faut absolument un transport pour s'y rendre. Parking est payant et très cher. Sinon, l'hôtel est très beau, grandes chambres et très propres. Le repas du soir est souvent répétitif mais fait l'affaire.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff member was welcoming. Our room 701 had a sea view and was very spacious. Breakfast ok. Not amazing nor would describe as poor. We had breakfast every morning and didn’t feel the need to venture outside for it. The location was perfect. With street and beach access so perfect depending on what way you were going In the evening. Beds were lift up beds, which mean they did squeak, which means when moving in the night it was annoying. However, we would stay again. Thank you!

Great location close to a beach. Easy to go from the hotel pool to take a swim at the sea. Hotel locates on top of a steep hill, so walking to the hotel may require some fitness :) Has gym with quite new and good shape equipment. However, we would have apprecited a proper leg macine. Good room with a fridge and an excellent bed. We liked the open wardrope arrangrement (no doors but with drawers). Amazing sea view. Pretty new bathroom (but no toilet seat brush). No disturbing noise coming from streets or bars. Hotel’s sound isolation is not the best one. In our last night we suffered from noisy hotel guest slamming doors and speaking loudly. Very good brakfast. Also the snack/ lunch food at the pool bar was excellent. Even pool rules forbids reserving the sun beds, some hotel guests started to reserve the beds 1..2 hours before they finally come to the pool area. Other guests were kind of forced to do the same. Hotel staff ignored it. Overall we could recommend this hotel.

No disturbing noise coming from streets or bars. Hotel’s sound isolation is not the best one. In our last night we suffered from noisy hotel guest slamming doors and speaking loudly. Very good brakfast. Also the snack/ lunch food at the pool bar was excellent. Even pool rules forbids reserving the sun beds, some hotel guests started to reserve the beds 1..2 hours before they finally come to the pool area. Other guests were kind of forced to do the same. Hotel staff ignored it. Overall we could recommend this hotel.
