O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura e localização com cenário encantador. O café da manhã é ótimo. O quarto estava bem satisfatório, com roupas de cama limpas e novas... Mas o atendimento não é muito cortes. Resolveram tudo, mas com respostas sempre ríspidas. O estacionamento é bem longe (fora do prédio do hotel) e caro. Verifiquem antes de ir.

The hotel is conveniently located as Palma is reachable by bus and it's a short drive from the airport. It has a lovely pool and access to the sea so that you can choose what you prefer. Breakfast is amazing with all that you can imagine, they also serve food throughout the day at their bar by the pool. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, and mine had a lovely sea view, as I had requested. Staff are always available and very polite.

Überraschend angenehmes Hotel mit toller Aussicht! Sowohl die Zimmer als auch der gesamte Pool /Liegen Bereich mit Zugang zum Meer haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch das äußet reichhaltige Frühstück mit Live Cooking und Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll. Die Servic Mitarbeiter - vor allem an der Rezeption - sind super freundlich und angenehm. Lediglich beim Bistro am Pool (Mahlzeiten separat orderbar) sehe ich Verbesserungsbedarf... Was ich besonders hervorheben will ist die Thaimassage, die im Hotel angeboten wird. Die war einfach der Knaller und ich weiss wovon ich spreche. Super Behandlung, super Preis.

Veldig fint om man er tidlig ute og får solseng ved sjøen. Håndklemafiaen er på plass 07:00, synd at hotellet tillater at folk legger håndkle på sengene for så å forsvinne i mange timer før de er tilbake. Frokosten er ganske bra. Kort vei til buss til Palma som tar 30 min. Fine rom, og bra renhold. Kjekt å hoppe rett i sjøen.

Hotellet ydede en glimrende service. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Værelset var godt. Man skal parkeringer et stykke væk fra Hotellet. Måske Hotellet skulle overveje en politik for reservering af solsenge! Frokost tilbuddet er ikke noget at skrive hjem om ... kedeligt og dyrt i forhold til hvad man kunne forvente. Der er mange andre muligheder for frokost og aftensmad i området. Vi kommer tilbage.

Sauberkeit und Personal und Service sind ok. Ich stimme zu da eine leichte Renovierung schon wäre, Es gibt zu wenig Liege Stühle. Morgens um 08.00 Uhr sind schon die meisten stuhlen mit Handtücher belegt.

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet. Du kunne hoppe rett i sjøen fra hotellet. Jeg hadde rom med sjøutsikt, helt nydelig! Personalet i resepsjonen var raske og hyggelige. Hotellet var rent, pent og stille. Det er flere strender rett ved. Det eneste minuset ved hotellet var maten, selv om frokosten var ok. Området er litt stille, tror man må vite hvor man skal dra for mat og uteliv.

Nice location, away from the noise and the crowd. The hotel is nice, however, the staff can improve their service by being more friendly and not acting like "you are bothering them" when you ask a question. The cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. I purposely left the dirty glasses on teh table and they didn't replace them for 3 days. Upon arrival the toilet was filthy, and it was the first time in my 25 years of traveling, that I had to ask a cleaning crew to come to teh room to clean it. For the amount of money they are charging, I expected better service/accommodations.

4th time we stayed there, very nice hotel, reception very service-minded and helpful. Maid not so good at refilling soap, shower gel and toilet paper. Cleaning is 4/5. A 4 star hotel also really should have an ice-machine, if not one each floor at least on the reception floor. First time we stayed we went to the bar for ice and they wanted money for ice, never went back and asked again so don’t know if they still do!! Still recommend this hotel but these items should be fixed.

great ocean view with direct access to the mini beach. Quick walk to the larger beaches nearby. Nice ocean view breakfast (free breakfast included in all rooms) and I tried dinner at their restaurant and that was good too. Great service. Also tried the thai massage, which was affordable and good. Amazing ocean view from the room terrace as well. Very clean.

Mold in several places in hotel. Our fridge did not work. Personell did not fix problem despite us telling them about fridge and mold smell firat day. Mold can be seen easily. Badly managed and hotel needs to be updated.

Jättebra hotell om man reser som par. Direkt vid vattnet, fint och rent rum, bra ljudisolering. Frukosten höll toppklass. För de som gillar burgare är tipset att besöka burgarstället som ligger ett par 100 meter från hotellet i rikting mot Palma. Fantastiskt!

2 netters hyggelig opphold på dette hotellet. Komfortabelt og rent rom med fin balkong, stort og deilig bad. Super bra frokost og hyggelig frokost restaurant. Fantastisk flott å bade i sjøen, via trapp, hopp eller stup, deilig å slippe strand og sand… Litt dårlig med hygieneartikler, savnet bomullsdotter og conditioner til håret, samt at det burde vært flere parasoller, slik varme og solforhold var i slutten av juli. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

I rented a car when I got to the Island and I wasn't informed about the lack of parking near/for the hotel in particular. Free public parking was about 1/2 a mile down the steep hill then you have to walk back up so that was inconvenient. this was an important solo trip for me and I booked the hotel 4 months prior to my stay and communicated with a rep from the property that I would have spectacular ocean views and I ended up having peak-a-boo views off the side. I had requested to be further towards the front of the edge for more overall views and when I got to my room they were already fully booked so that was disappointing. overall the hotel was good just a little warm in the bedrooms during the summer bc A/C wasn't extremely efficient.

The building location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but we were still able to walk to a beach, diners and shops. We were able to catch the bus in either direction just a half block away from the hotel front door. 15-20 bus ride to Palma which was such a nice town. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was missing some standard hotel room items like a box of tissue, body wash cloth and iron for clothes.

Nice location, away from the noise and the crowd. The hotel is nice, however, the staff can improve their service by being more friendly and not acting like "you are bothering them" when you ask a question. The cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. I purposely left the dirty glasses on teh table and they didn't replace them for 3 days. Upon arrival the toilet was filthy, and it was the first time in my 25 years of traveling, that I had to ask a cleaning crew to come to teh room to clean it. For the amount of money they are charging, I expected better service/accommodations.

Hotellet ydede en glimrende service. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Værelset var godt. Man skal parkeringer et stykke væk fra Hotellet. Måske Hotellet skulle overveje en politik for reservering af solsenge! Frokost tilbuddet er ikke noget at skrive hjem om ... kedeligt og dyrt i forhold til hvad man kunne forvente. Der er mange andre muligheder for frokost og aftensmad i området. Vi kommer tilbage.

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet. Du kunne hoppe rett i sjøen fra hotellet. Jeg hadde rom med sjøutsikt, helt nydelig! Personalet i resepsjonen var raske og hyggelige. Hotellet var rent, pent og stille. Det er flere strender rett ved. Det eneste minuset ved hotellet var maten, selv om frokosten var ok. Området er litt stille, tror man må vite hvor man skal dra for mat og uteliv.

great ocean view with direct access to the mini beach. Quick walk to the larger beaches nearby. Nice ocean view breakfast (free breakfast included in all rooms) and I tried dinner at their restaurant and that was good too. Great service. Also tried the thai massage, which was affordable and good. Amazing ocean view from the room terrace as well. Very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located as Palma is reachable by bus and it's a short drive from the airport. It has a lovely pool and access to the sea so that you can choose what you prefer. Breakfast is amazing with all that you can imagine, they also serve food throughout the day at their bar by the pool. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, and mine had a lovely sea view, as I had requested. Staff are always available and very polite.

The building location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but we were still able to walk to a beach, diners and shops. We were able to catch the bus in either direction just a half block away from the hotel front door. 15-20 bus ride to Palma which was such a nice town. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was missing some standard hotel room items like a box of tissue, body wash cloth and iron for clothes.

Überraschend angenehmes Hotel mit toller Aussicht! Sowohl die Zimmer als auch der gesamte Pool /Liegen Bereich mit Zugang zum Meer haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch das äußet reichhaltige Frühstück mit Live Cooking und Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll. Die Servic Mitarbeiter - vor allem an der Rezeption - sind super freundlich und angenehm. Lediglich beim Bistro am Pool (Mahlzeiten separat orderbar) sehe ich Verbesserungsbedarf... Was ich besonders hervorheben will ist die Thaimassage, die im Hotel angeboten wird. Die war einfach der Knaller und ich weiss wovon ich spreche. Super Behandlung, super Preis.

Jättebra hotell om man reser som par. Direkt vid vattnet, fint och rent rum, bra ljudisolering. Frukosten höll toppklass. För de som gillar burgare är tipset att besöka burgarstället som ligger ett par 100 meter från hotellet i rikting mot Palma. Fantastiskt!

Brilliant location right by the water. We liked that it was out of the way a little, but with a frequent bus service more or less next to the hotel, no where was too far. Staff were excellent and what we liked about it was that the staff were present but not over the top constantly checking in on you. Totally recommend. Thank you.
