We had an excellent stay there, getting the key was easy and we had contact with the owner the entire time through WhatsApp. Very tidy room and good sized beds. Overall very happy, would definitely go again.

The room was very nice, however, I chose this place primarily because of the advertised breakfast. When we arrived, we were told there was no breakfast available. At that point, we were only there to sleep. The walk was long enough from the vaporetto, to make it inconvenient to go back and forth.

On arrival at the property all doors were locked, the gate to the main hotel was closed with no doorbell. There should be a sign to ring on the doorbell to the left of the villa where the owner is located. We had no way of getting in contact with the owner as nobody would pick up the phone via the number that was posted on here and their own website, nor did they respond to messages on hotels.com. The owner clarified that bookings should be made on their actual website, however this was not made clear prior to purchasing. Furthermore, the owner mentioned he would be away for our stay and was very unclear on who to contact in case we needed assistance. Regarding the actual stay, the room was clean, very spacious bed, had an AC and a nice front yard. However, very basic essentials such as toilet paper, insect repellent, shampoo and body wash were not available.

Det fanns ingen frukostbuffé som det står att det skulle göra. Så fick gå till närmaste café och beställa frukost. Fanns heller inga glas på rummet för att kunna dricka vatten tex.

Vi var 4st och fick 2st handdukar samt att toalettpapper var nästan slut. Jag försökte kontakta boendet både med mail och telefon fast utan respons. Jag hittade till slut det som fattades i källaren.
