The staff was very pleasant so our first impression was nice. Our first room was so bad we needed to move. The 2nd room was barely tolerable but we were stuck. The Kitchen was usable & pots were provided but microwave needed to be wiped down as it still had fingerprints all over. The room was dirty around the floor edges - we did not want to be barefoot, the bathroom tub was rusty & old, the curtains were torn so light came thru. There was a smell in the hallway that another guest complained about and the staff simply used industrial cans of Febreeze to fix it & closed our hallway temporarily! There was trash in the stairwell that was never picked up in the 4 days we were there. Windows outside were falling apart. Our bathroom mirror would not stay on. It would randomly go off for a few seconds & then back on which was scary when showering and annoying when trying to do makeup. I would never go there again

Clean room quite good access to restaurants

Some staff were great, but most were rude and didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was a joke, the only edible thing was the waffle you make yourself. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and needs a remodel. The room was fine, but the sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Housekeeping brought them up for us and left them for us to change the sheets. The pool was surprisingly decent. The “gym” is just a small box in the pool area. Nice to have but with no air flow it was very stuffy. They make you put a deposit on the room and then when you call tell you it could take five days and to call them back if it’s still there. Overall horrible experience and will never stay there again.

The rooms were fairly clean, they could use attention to detail as there were areas that could have been better. The halls smelt bad like moldy cheese and at times weed. Staff the lady that checked us in was nice but we did have some rude staff members at least would assume they were staff as no one had a uniform. Pool was nice. It was very loud at times as the rooms are not well insulated.
