9.5/10 Would be a 10/10 but the beds were a little stiff… to be expected though with a brand new hotel. Also no on site parking unless you valet and parking across the street was $25 a night but once you left you couldn’t return unless you paid again. Great hotel though hopefully I get to check out the restaurant next time we’re in Atlanta!!

The gym was amazing and perfect. The rooms were great and modern (although the king I had was so small 2 people couldn’t pass without having to step out of the way and the air conditioner kept cycling so our room was very hot. I had someone come fix it but the air went off every 90 min or so and so while sleeping we were sweating. Staff was so nice. The hotel was new and clean

Hot water wasn’t working in the shower. We contacted the front desk at 7pm and were advised maintenance would be sent shortly. We called the front desk at 8:30 pm, were told maintenance was working on another room and we would be next. We checked out at 9:33 am never heard from maintenance or the front desk.

The hotel has a very cool, contemporary industrial aesthetic. The staff was without exception, very friendly, professional, and engaging. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, my one major grip would keep me from staying there again. At best we were able to get some warm water in the shower, but it alternated between hot and cold during the daytime. On Friday night when we returned from a music festival much in need of a shower, the water was ice cold with no hot water whatsoever. Looking back through reviews it seems that this is a known issue and one they have not yet addressed, so I would not return to this property until I were as Certain that problem had been resolved.

Service was great just no hot water after day one, the mirror kept sounding like Bluetooth when using the bathroom for some reason, the power went out , the elevator was extremely slow, and it was hot.

While the front desk and restaurant staff were courteous, the room and guest room services were subpar. We checked in on Thursday and left Sunday. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to make several calls to get fresh towels everyday. With all the other selections, I will most likely not stay here again

To be a new hotel, it was not as clean as it could be. Two of the pillows on my bed were funky. The bathroom already had built up dirt in the corners of the shower and walls from half done cleaning in between stays. The room had absolutely no sound proofing. The doors close really hard and loud, so anytime someone entered or exited their room, it would wake you out of your sleep. You can even hear people speaking outside of your room as if they were inside of your room. The area it’s in is not that great. The only plus I experienced was the front desk agent, Yolanda, who went above and beyond to help with some issues I had during my check-in and stay.

I recently stayed at the new Origin Hotel Atlanta for four nights. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, though a few things impacted the stay. The hotel is clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great, everything I needed was within walking distance. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful. I didn’t try lunch or dinner, as the kitchen closes at 2 p.m., but breakfast left a great impression. The staff were warm and welcoming. Miss Tracy at the front desk and the gentleman who checked me out were especially kind. Service was a bit slow, but the hotel is still new and seemed short-staffed, which is understandable. That said, there were a few drawbacks. There was no hot water in my room during the entire stay, even after notifying the front desk. The walls are also extremely thin. I could clearly hear neighbors, and the evening socials were particularly loud. It made it difficult to unwind at night. With time and improvements, this hotel could be a great option. The location, design, staff, and breakfast all stood out. I’d consider staying again if the noise, water, and housekeeping issues are addressed.

Hotel wasn’t adequately cleaned. The floor in my room, bathroom, and hallways was visibly dirty. I found hair on my “clean” towels and all over the shower. There were no cleaning wipes in the gym, handprints all over the mirror, water pooled on the floor.

This hotel was ok if you’re just swinging through. The staff could have been more well informed as many had different answered that could have helped us save money. They also could have been more transparent about the rooms. They have ones that face the lobby not the city and it’s so loud. Walls paper thin. And we were next to a venue that had a party and it was unbearably loud late into the evening. The staff should be aware and warn you ahead of time. It wasn’t bad but pretty expensive for these issues. Parking screwed us too.

I stayed here during Dragoncon 2025 since it was the only available hotel and the reviews looked decent. The hotel had only been open about a month before my stay, which probably explains the limited number of reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk staff struggled with my check-in and seemed inexperienced, and even the general manager who assisted had a noticeable stain on his shirt, which felt unprofessional. I checked in early and left my luggage at the front desk, but was made uncomfortable when I was asked what was inside. Retrieving my luggage later took quite some time. The room was very dusty with no windows, making it feel claustrophobic and triggering my allergies because of the poor air quality. The location also felt unsafe, with a lot of homeless people visible nearby. Things didn’t improve with the facilities. For three consecutive mornings, there was no hot water in the shower. I called the front desk and was told it was due to too many people using the showers, which felt like a poor excuse. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and the towels were amazing. It was walkable to State Farm arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium so perfect for concert goers. Only gripe is if you stay in the bedrooms with the windows facing the lobby you can hear music. Other than that, I’d stay and recommend to my friends.

Check-in was not the best. My family and I checked in super early in the morning, but the room keys we were given were not working. We had to wait over an hour for maintenance to arrive with the master key to get us up to our room. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. The view from our room was nice, we had a view of some tall downtown buildings that lot up in the night time. Overall, we had a great stay.

After arriving and standing at the front desk for a while, I had to find the staff in order to check in. Unfortunately, my problems did not stop there. My room was facing the lobby with windows that had curtains that would not fully close. I could hear absolutely every sound made. After calling downstairs at 11:30 to inform the staff I could hear everything happening. The noise did not stop. At 3:00 I was woken up by banging in the lobby and could not go back to sleep. The hotel was just OK, but cheap, which is why I’ve stayed there two times, but I will not be going back. WORSE stay ever and I travel for a living.

I am summarizing our first 45 min at your hotel: 1- You initially assigned the wrong reservation 2- You wanted to charge a security deposit that was two times greater than the one needed. 3- it took you 25 min just to find my reservation when we had given you the correct information 4- The room key did not work initially and had to go back to the lobby 5- Th second room key did not work either. Had to go to the lobby a third time. 6- You assigned us the wrong room number and that is why we had to go to the lobby three times to "fix the key" 7- We reserved a King size bed and you did not give us a king size bed. This is extremely unacceptable as an Expedia platinum member we usually expect more.

I almost lovedmy stay at the Omni however I was not greeted upon arrival, was not explained breakfast or any of the amenities… I was kind of just sent on my way. they also double charged my card for some reason. It was very hard to get in contact with someone, but overall this stay was worth it.

One thing I dislike is just the location, there isn’t places to eat or not even a convenient store around the corner, you would have to walk 20 minutes or hop on the electric scooter for 11 minutes. Aside from that it was a budget friendly hotel with great service and modern architecture.

We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. When we first checked in, the TV in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be up shortly. After waiting about an hour, I called again to ask about switching rooms but was told none were available. When maintenance finally arrived, they couldn’t fix the TV, and only then did we get moved to another room. In the second room, I grabbed a towel only to find it stained and clearly not clean, which was very unsettling. We did enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant, which had a great vibe, good food, and excellent service. Our server even told us about a brunch happening the next day. However, when my husband went down, he was told it was closed due to staffing. Later that day, we saw the restaurant had reopened, but now it was “cards only” for payment—even though we had paid in cash the night before. We also asked about housekeeping and were told it was too late to request service for the day, which added to the frustration.because it was only around 11:00am Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of consistency, poor communication, and issues with cleanliness and service made this stay very disappointing.

This hotel was found last minute. Stayed 2 nights and it was great. The bed and room very comfortable. The place is beautiful and very well kept. They have a bar/restaurant which we only had breakfast both days and it was great. Recommend it.

New hotel, wonderful amenities. Comfortable, safe, very clean. Hotel has a restaurant called the Social Capital where I ate breakfast and dinner and was served by the most friendly staff. They were very attentive and provided amazing service. Food was delicious. The room was more spacious than I anticipated with lush bedding and thoughtful touches to make my stay comfortable. I appreciate the extra hooks in bathroom and nice desk in the room. It is also stylish…minimal without feeling stark. I will definitely stay here again!I imagine the rate was so reasonable due to it being new because it was nicer than many hotels I have stayed who charge three times as much!
