Quality hotel voor reizigers per auto. Wij reizen met openbaar vervoer en dan is dit niet zo makkelijk te bereiken en is het een flinke wandeling. De VIP korting is niet aangeboden. Mis een koffie machine of een electriesche ketel om water te koken voor drinken.

Además de no funcionar el cargador eléctrico para el coche, como otras veces. El agua caliente no mantiene temperatura y cada pocos segundos sale totalmente fría. Cuando hemos indicado estos problemas en recepción nos han dicho que no tienen mantenimiento.

30 minutes outside central Madrid, spacious rooms with an interesting glass shower. AC doesn't cool, just seems to blow outside air. On site restaurant with great service but regular overrated average food. Free parking and 2 paid electric chargers available on site.

Had a drink in the bar which was very nice. Restaurant closed due to holiday season but this was not a problem for us. Small dishes available in the bar.

L'hotel est vraiment trés très calme, j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce calme !! la chambre etait nickel. et l'hotel est trés bien situé pour ce que nous avions à faire. Mais le calme reste l'élément le plus important pour moi.

Room was impeccable Very quiet. The shower in the middle of the room.. impressive. I Would definitely recommend it.

Propreté, amabilité, soin apporté à la chambre. Malheureusement une isolation insuffisante par rapport à un client qui a fait du bruit jusqu à 2h du matin.

Séjour agréable, l’hôtel est propre le personnel agréable. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel qui était très bien.

Bel hôtel, bien placé entre Villaviciosa de Odon et la zone commerciale de Alcorcon. Chambre jolie et bon matelas. Points négatifs : - Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans les chambres ( souvent présent dans les 4 étoiles) - Le concept de la douche au milieu de la chambre donne un style moderne mais n'est pas pratique du tout quand on est 2 , mon mari qui se lève plus tôt et prend du coup sa douche plus tôt me réveillait tous les matins car il n'y a pas de porte à la salle de bain et la douche est à cote du lit. Idem pour moi qui dérangeait mon mari pour dormir vu que je prenais la douche tard De plus la douche qui se veut moderne avec un sol en alu fait un bruit peu agréable quand l'eau tombe dessus, on dirait la pluie qui tombe sur de la tôle. La douche n'est pas du tout un moment de détente après une longue marche à Madrid. Dernier point négatif :il y a du choix au petit déjeuner (14 euros) mais pas varié on a eu la même chose pendant 4 jours.

Beds were really comfortable. Bit disappinted the restaurant was closed on a weekend. The snack food selection was a bit uninspiring. Other than that it was good for a stopover.

El personal muy amable y la habitación de buen tamaño y cómoda.

Noche insufrible, había una fiesta en la planta baja que retumbaba toda la habitación y estábamos en una segunda planta. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces a recepción, el cual nos decía siempre que lo hablaría con el responsable, así hasta las 2 de la mañana. Íbamos con una niña de 4 años. Deberían de insoronizar la sala de fiestas si quieren hacer fiestas o bien cerrar las dos primeras plantas de hotel. Vamos habitualmente a este hotel cuando bajamos a Madrid y se lo recomendaba a todos los que me preguntan si conozco un hotel en Madrid, ahora me lo pensaré dos veces a la hora de recomendarlo. Super hôtel, j’ai apprécié la douche dans la chambre au milieu de la pièce. En revanche le matelas n’étais pas très bien j’ai eu mal au dos le matin. Mais hormis cela top.

Muy mal. Vino una excursión de niños y el pasillo fue una batalla campal, tuvimos que llamar dos veces a recepción para que les llamaran la atención. Deberían tener más cuidado de donde ubican a los clientes que vamos a descansar y por motivos laborales de los niños que van en plan excursión fin de curso

Staff friendly but location is terrible far from everything and very poor amenities

Hotel was wonderful stuff was excellent food was delicious. Just not a lot of availability to go out anywhere by foot.

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were excellent, can't believe the price! Tapas from the bar was oh so good. Stay at this place if you are in south west Madrid.

Te solución cualquier problema , no tenían suficientes cunas porque reserva el día antes y fueron rápidamente a comprar una más para uno de mis mellizos , nos las dejaron montadas (con su etiqueta) , con sus toallas y gel de baño encima. Están por y para el cliente.

Stay there one night with other three friends. They all have American passport and I only have a Colombian passport. We arrived around 8 pm, Had dinner and then went to bed. At 8 am, someone was knocking the door very hard like they wanted to break it. I ran out from my med naked to the door, and before i reach out, someone opened the door and I was there totally naked. He said sorry and closed the door. I put on a towel and opened again to see what was going on, 4 men were standing there. One of them identified as a police officer and asked me for my documents. I showed my passport and the ones from my friends too, he said it was a routine immigration check, which i found weird since I've been i Spain many times and all Europe, and i know you do the immigration at the airport. They saw the three blue American passports and returned them to me but kept my Colombian passport investigating thru their radios. Then he asked me how Iong I was staying in the country. I asked them what was wrong and he side "nothing", and they gave me my passport back and left. I understand that the police have to receive information about every guest of the hotels. But the fact that they were only after me, and that the hotel gave them key to my room without my authorization, makes this all situation very strange. When we asked the front desk who gave them access to my room. They denied, they pretended like they didn't know and totally called me a liar when I told them they door

Nice business hotel with easy access to the highway in the southern part of Madrid. Located just 30 minutes from City Center. Quit hotel with friendly and service minded staff.

Solo que a veces el restaurante no està disponible y no lo se hasta que llego…però todo bien.

It is a good hotel but service is not good. The wifi connection is very bad quality with necessity to make some login every day. I was there already several times (last time in 2019) and there is no improvement. Breakfast is also just basic, without any kind eggs or beans.

Hotel was ok for two nights. Breakfast not worth the cost. Coffee cups were dirty and breakfast selection was quite limited.
