We had no electricity for a little over a hour first night, no electricity 30 minutes 2nd night and 3rd night. Floors was so nasty, every day kids feet was black. Homeless was there every night. Drugs was being dealt in front of our room with 2 females fighting about them. Breakfast is only waffles or cereal. Pool was nasty. Bugs in room. I could go on. This place is not family friendly and will never go back. I dont know why Wyndham has there name on it.

Other room was dirty exposed wires out of the wall water would not drain down the tub got to flush the toilet at 3 or 4 times to have everything go down poolside furniture destroyed continental breakfast lol it's a joke waffles and white bread for toast and dry cereal no eggs no bacon no sausage no bagels no muffins it was better to just go down the street to Dollar general and get the items that you want the room it smelled presentation of cleanliness on arrival unsatisfactory swimming pool is dirty cloudy... Well not ever stay there again big waste of money

Appears illegal activity going on there and someone knocked loudly on my door two different times wasn’t hotel management. I didn’t answer. Room was dirty blankets filthy apparently not washed properly or at all. Wiped floor with paper towels much dirt on paper towels disgusting

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I booked for 2 nights, stayed 1 and then moved to another hotel. There were used condoms in the pool, human ex-crement on the sidewalk, a possible biohazard on the comforter. When I left the manager refused to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot in the daytime. Not safe at all. I had children with me. Called the hotel and canceled the reservation. Scary and terrible.

This is an older property and unfortunately it is located in an area of town that doesn't seem to be as safe as other areas. I didn't want to go outside after dark alone, and there were several homeless people trolling around the edges of the preperty

The sheets were dirty, the mattress had blood stains, there were roaches, there was no phone to contact the front desk, the breakfast was just cereal and waffles (there were no eggs), the beds are not queen size, they are full, the whole room smells like mildew, the toilet was not clean, we had a non smoking room and everything smelled like smoke, there are lots of homeless outside, one of the ladies at the front desk was not nice, the other were. The pictures online are very deceiving. Just pay a little extra and get a better room. NEVER AGAIN La Quinta Inn, never again.

My stay at La Quinta was completely unacceptable. I checked in late at night with my 7-year-old and 12-year-old children, expecting to get a few hours of rest before continuing our trip. Instead, I discovered bed bugs in the bed around 2:30 a.m. I immediately recorded video proof of the infestation. I went to speak with the front desk, expecting some level of concern or support, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. No apology, no offer of a new room, and no concern that two children had just been exposed to a health hazard. To make things worse, I contacted Expedia, where I booked the room, and the agent I spoke to provided no real assistance. I explained the situation and even offered to send the video, but I felt like I was being ignored. At that point, I had no choice but to gather my kids and search for another hotel in the middle of the night, completely exhausted, stressed, and frustrated. What I experienced was more than a minor inconvenience. It was a health and safety issue, and I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism and care from both La Quinta and Expedia. It’s clear that Expedia does not thoroughly vet the hotels listed on their site, which puts customers at risk.

The hotel was HORRIBLE!!! Worst hotel I've stayed in. The room smelled like humid, bed sheets were stained, thete were roaches in the room, bathtub was filthy. Overall, room was DISGUSTING!!!! I had to check out earlier than previously booked.

Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias, encontramos muchas cucarachas e insectos. Tenía un olor muy desagradable la habitación, el baño estaba muy sucio y la alfombra tenia vómito. Tuvimos que salir de inmediato y no quedarnos aquí. No recomiendo este hotel.

The staff was very friendly, and they were the only reason I gave a higher rating. One of the lamps was not working in my room, and the room was too dim for my liking. I dealt with it since I was there one night and left early the next morning.

The pictures make this property looks great. It was not. It was VERY rough. Room smelled horrible and was dirty. Lamps didnt' work. Air conditioner had a huge hole in it. The floor was so uneven it was hard to walk on. Door wouldn't even lock properly. It was cheap though and very close to Taco Cabana.

Outlets didn't work, lamp didn't work. Bathtub had chips in it. Fridge didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Lots of dust n dirt. Crack heads sitting on their wash machine, feening for drugs. Outside stairs were unstable and dirty. Beds made noises everytime you moved. Roaches coming in room. Horrible place!

ABSOLUTELY the worst stay EVER. I took my family and left within three hours of checking in. My door wouldnt lock, so I tried to call the front desk and found my phone didn't work. Went to the room next door and called the front desk. About 15 minutes later a man showed up with a hunting knife to fix my door. Creepy random people outside. Parking lot was a mess. Reaked of bleach. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. NO STARS!!!!

I had 2 reservations for this hotel. One on july 19 for two nights and on July 20 only one night. For July 20 that reservation the staff told me that they got over booked and that my reservation was cancelled but still charge me the night. I expect a refund on for this. Never had a problem booking for hotels and this is just not right. Don’t know if to blame the actual hotel or Expedia itself because the staff for the hotel said that it was an Expedia problem not them.

The staff was very friendly, and they were the only reason I gave a higher rating. One of the lamps was not working in my room, and the room was too dim for my liking. I dealt with it since I was there one night and left early the next morning.

Staff bent over backwards to help in all that was needed. The property itself was in extreme physical deterioration not because lack of maintenance but because of patching instead of replacement. Toilets hardly flushed but did very weekly. Everything needed complete replacement not repair. Everything appeared original from 500 years ago that the place was built. Also this is not a hotel but rather a cheap rundown motel. Again I want to compliment all of the staff who were always willing to help in everything without excuses or attitude. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.

It was a nightmare stayed there for one night got two rooms SIDE BY SIDE so my oldest kids could have their own beds to sleep in well long story short THE FRONT DESK PERSON WHO CAME IN AT 2am THOUGHT I GUESS THE ROOM WAS EMPTY WELL HE TRIED ENTERING IN THE ROOM WITH MY OLDEST KIDS WERE SLEEPING LUCKLY WE WAS AWAKE OTHER WISE ANYTHING COULD OF HAPPENED! They could of seriously injured my teen kids because they had the room vacant my husband had to go down there with room keys and ID to confirm we were given the same room that were numbered on the key card then we tried to go back to sleep… mind you we rent it out for two days because we had a funeral to go to the morning of them trying to walk into my kids room in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Then in the morning I guess they didn’t relay the message to housekeeping and the house keeps tried walking in on them again… at that point IVE HAD ENOUGH I RAN DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND DEMANDED A REFUND FOR BOTH NIGHTS ON BOTH ROOMS. The manager sounded like she REALLY DIDNT CARE BUT WENT AHEAD AND REFUNDED ME 2 NIGHTS FOR ONE ROOM AND 1 NIGHT ON MINE MY HUSBANDS AND MY LITTLE KIDS ROOM SMH ! THE OLACE IS ALREADY SKETCHY AS HELL WITH HOOKERS DRUG ADDICTS AND SHADY AS HELL PPL STAYING AROUND THERE. The website I booked on DIDNT GUVE THE RIGHT PICTURES AT ALL . Had I known this I would of never stayed there. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Ended up leaving and booking a different hotel IHG is where to go not here!!! Waiting on my refund as well !

Very run down hotel. Saw a bunch of ladies walking around the hotel which did not look healthy or ok. I think we’re prostitutes or on drugs. We only stop here bc it was cheap for one quick night until we got to our destination. The check in lady was very nice.

Other room was dirty exposed wires out of the wall water would not drain down the tub got to flush the toilet at 3 or 4 times to have everything go down poolside furniture destroyed continental breakfast lol it's a joke waffles and white bread for toast and dry cereal no eggs no bacon no sausage no bagels no muffins it was better to just go down the street to Dollar general and get the items that you want the room it smelled presentation of cleanliness on arrival unsatisfactory swimming pool is dirty cloudy... Well not ever stay there again big waste of money

NO me gustó , el desayuno muy malo no hay espacio suficiente para sentarte 8 de la mañana y ya no había leche, huevo, en la reservación solicité una cama extra y cuando llegamos dijeron que no, mi esposo se cayó de las escaleras por que estaban resbalosas sin protección, la peor experiencia que he tenido quedándome en un hotel de mi vida.

Check-in was a breeze! the style of the rooms are out of date but it looks as they are updating, the Bathrooms Are beautiful with great lighting. Front desk staff were great they assisted with any issues we had quickly and politely. breakfast was good, the children enjoyed the waffles.

The hotel was falsely advertised. The room was dirty there was an odor, tub was broken, chairs old and dirty, sheets had holes, trim was laying on floor, a lot of suspicious activity not only at night. Safety concerns were raised. Breakfast was not ready on time and they only had cereal and waffles bread for toast.

La habitación estaba sumamente impregnada a tabaco y humedad, todo nuestro equipaje se impregnó a ese desagradable olor, la alfombra súper sucia había cucarachos y los dos dias que estubimos ni la basura fueron a retirarnos, en el desayuno no había fruta ni yogurth en los demás hoteles que me he hospedado bajo el mismo nombre hay huevos ya sea cocidos o fritos, carne tipo para hamburguesa, queso crema y variedad en jugos además de mucha limpieza.

Normally I like La Quinta, but this one was an exception. The service at check-in and checkout was good. The room: Well, my wife can confirm that most of my sense of smell is gone, since a car accident in 2010, but this room had a strong smell that if I could pin point to something it would be, smelly hamper and sweaty socks. Luckily I was too tired and after a while my nose got use to it so I slept good. Breakfast: Breads and spreads: It had 2 types of bread, but only butter, no jellies or jam, oh, and you I had to hold the button of the toaster down the entire time to toast the bread. Cereal: it had 4 different kinds of cereal and had regular milk. Drinks: it had orange juice only, and if tasted very watery like that were saving up on the juice. Coffee: Since I don't drink coffee I can't say how it tasted, but they had coffee, sugar, equal and your plain basic cream. Waffle maker: The waffles were on the shape of Texas, that was cool. They were very busy in a very tight space so they ran out of batter and syrup by the time I went to get mine, which is understandable, and they quickly did bring more, once someone complained. Things could be worst, like having roaches which I didn't see any, but the smell was a dream back. Some of the walls on the lobby were also cracked big time, enough to put your hands through it. The lady that was restocking the breakfast food was working hard, very busy everywhere, but not enough at the breakfast area.

Our stay was horrible. We entered the room and it smelled like moldy sweaty feet. Just imagine. The bed smelled like it was not changed in weeks. There is mold in the shower, and on the sink. We had their “continental Breakfast” if you can even call that breakfast, and there was a cockroach running on top of the bread, and there was mold on the juice dispenser. Horrible stay! But great price though 😂

As soon as we walked in the lobby there was a strong moldy smell that you could even taste! The hand towel had lip stick marks on it like it was not washed from the last person. I went to turn on shower and it sprayed out the side of pipe and started leaking from the ceiling all over my things that were around the sink. And When it got dark there so soooo many roaches. On the walls the ceiling, the bed !! Everywhere! And even though the train is on the other side of highway it was so loud in the room. It was crazy.

I had cockroaches in my food, in my luggage, in my bed. This was the most disgustingly painful motel experience I have ever had. I had to check out early because of the bug infestation. One light in the entire motel worked. Terrible experience. I checked out early and was only refunded the nights I did stay, but had to throw away my snacks and my luggage because of the roach infestation. Do not stay here.
