We were disappointed by the pool being closed, but check in went smoothly and the beds were comfy. We were very happy with the food selection for breakfast. Location was OK, but the parking was a bit tight.

When I arrived I was told that the swimming pool was not available until April. I told him I was disappointed that I had no clue the pool was closed. One of the men at the desk said if I don't like it, go find another place. He knew that all the Hotels were full. The other guy was nice, he said when you go through Hotel.com they don't let you know. I said that's probably what happened. As I was leaving the front desk, the first man was starring me down with a mean look, almost like he wanted to beat the hell out me. other than that, pretty nice hotel.

There is a horrible whining from the heat pump/ac unit in the hall and in the room. The tub would not holdcwater, and the exercise room did not have the equipment shown on the website and what was there was broken

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the room and overall hotel in comparison to other hotels in the area. I was also pleasantly surprised by the peloton in the fitness room and the range of options for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Bed was great! Hot tub and a few laps in the pool were just what we needed after driving all day. The only issue we had was the exhaust fan didnt work in the bathroom. We reported it upon checkout.

The room was clean, beds were cozy and even with people blaring music below us, the walls are pretty well insulated so outside noise was minimal. Definitely will stay here again!

The bathroom was not clean with all kinds of someone else’s body hair on the floor and in the shower! In addition, some long hairs found in the sheets and clumps of fuzz! If it wasn’t so late at night when we got there plus non-refundable reservations we would have left.

Service was good. However, wifi didn’t work. Night staff not helpful in getting in-line. Morning guy finally solved it. Also, room didn’t have a comfortable chair to sit like other Hampton Inn. Weird

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice sized room, very clean and quiet. I appreciated all the outlets so we could recharge devices overnight. The only thing that gave us pause was how to change the tub faucet to the shower head. Luckily there was a little sticker with instructions or we’d have never figured it out. It was a different type of faucet than we’ve ever encountered in previous travels. No regrets paying a bit more to stay here.

The check in was quick and they asked questions about my room choices. After discussing my options, I was able to change my second room. The handicap room was huge!! My husband was very impressed with it, able to use his scooter. Room clean and the kids enjoyed the electric curtain. Beds nice and firm just right, shower nice water stream. Thinking we might have another great option here for rooms. The price can’t put a price on a relaxing stay.

For a company that is specifically made for hospitality did not feel very hospitable coming into the hotel. I felt more like an inconvenience walking in the door to check in. The same front desk attendant happen to be on shift when I asked for more towels and again I felt like a huge inconvenience.

The guy at check in was not helpful at all and was rude. Tried to get our rooms(3) close or even on the same floor and he wouldn't even look. We were the 1st ones to check in Friday and you were not even full and he did not even try. He was too busy on his own phone buying things. Also I had called ahead to use the "meeting" room for an afternoon and was told it was booked all wknd and it was not - we did ask again Saturday and we did get it for a couple hours. Also my daughter in law asked for extra towels and his response was "are you sure" and moaned and groaned the whole time he went to grab a few! We liked the hotel overall but VERy disappointed in him(he worked late day shift Friday and Saturday. Even my 4 year old grandson said " Grandma he's rude" Sad

No one was at front desk and had to wait a long time. There was a line of people waiting. Desk attendant was disheveled and looked like he hadn’t brushed his teeth in days. There were liquor bottles outside in the dog exercise area and junk food wraps. The hallways look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. When we handed in the key in the morning, a woman at the desk pointed to a box when we asked to turn in the key and check out. She didn’t say a word On a positive note- the young girl running the breakfast room was great. A hard worker and eager to make everything nice, she seemed to be alone in the kitchen

McKenna,Maddie,& Tate were amazing! I had a complete meltdown at the front desk when I realized I booked the wrong Hampton after a very stressful week. They were ALL so kind and helpful to get us a room for our extra needs. Breakfast was good. Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Everything was good until checkout. The manager was on the phone at the front desk assisting with a non-related issue. I stood at the desk while another employee viewing his personal cell phone. When he was done on his cell, he looked up at me and said “what exactly do you need”. I looked at him in shock and said…”What do I need? I am just wanting to let you know I am checking out.” No hi, nothing. The employee was completely irritated I was interrupting his personal cell phone time at 10:30am…checkout. He needs serious customer service training.

Property location is good however sign is obstructed by trees/shrubs. Front desk guy was fine. Breakfast lady was friendly, but did spend some time chatting with a lady in the breakfast room that she seemed to know. It worked fine for our overnight stay.

Clean, Comfortable, spacious rooms Easy access from interstate. Lots of dining and shopping within minutes. On the edge of commercial and residential areas so it was nice area to get a out and walk.

Very nice room with very comfortable beds and lots of fluffy pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Many great choices and well stocked and tended to by two very friendly ladies! They do a great job!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the room and overall hotel in comparison to other hotels in the area. I was also pleasantly surprised by the peloton in the fitness room and the range of options for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The place was nice and clean and breakfast was great. We always stay at Hampton Inn as they have a great reputation for being reliable. The only complaint we had was the gentleman at the front desk. He was terrible! He was not very helpful and was not informative. You could tell he was more concerned with sitting back in his chair then helping anyone. I asked for the complimentary bag you get for being a member and he told me " They're over there". Instead of getting up and handing me one he had me get it. That's a first for us. He wasn't a mean guy or anything, just extremely lazy and no enthusiasm. Not the face you want at the check in desk.
