WoodSpring Suites Fayetteville I-49

I didn’t end up staying here because of the cockroaches and the smell. The staff said they would submit something to Expedia for a refund. I prefer to reach out to Expedia and let them know to take this property off of their website. This should not be a property that they promote. I will say the staff was upfront and honest as soon as I walked in to check in, “this property has cockroaches“. I almost could’ve gotten over the cockroaches, but it was the chemical smell that got stuck on my throat. I couldn’t breathe and coughed nonstop for hours after I left. Still hoping for thst refund!

El cuarto demasiado sucio, insectos, cucarachas, lleno de animales, en la cocina, baño, camas, piso, muros, techo y no recibimos respuesta del staff solo un, no tenemos cuartos o no podemos hacer nada

The room was disgusting, the halls were gross, it smelled terrible. There were stains on the walls and floor, there was a hole in the wall of our room. It was nasty.

Front desk did the best with what they had ive stayed in alot of placss all across the us but ive never honestly seen a single roach in a hotel motel or inn but i will say Fayetteville extended stay definitely has a few

I saw a few roaches in my room and the bed reminded me of a dorm room, more than a hotel.
