Staff was nice and very attentive. Inconveniences out of their control included a classic truck show that saw at least 5 trucks and their haul trailers parked perpendicularly across 25 parking spots and several trucks parked in the EV charging spots preventing us from charging overnight. Another inconvenience was that our room was right next to side entrance on first floor and the late-night comings and goings of folks slamming the door was a nuisance for the light sleepers in our family. Room wasn’t as sound-dampening as we’re used to.

The hotel was brand new and immaculate. One problem that I mentioned to the front desk receptionist was that there was no fresh brewed coffee in the morning. They only had “pay for order coffee”. It’s an inexpensive gesture to at least offer a cup of coffee as part of your stay. In fact it’s the first time in my hotel experiences that I’ve ever been told that I needed to order and pay for a morning cup of coffee.
