I stayed 2 night. On the second day, I came back to the room, then I found my room cleanup had not been done. I visited reception and informed this issue to the reception. Then his comment is "Please contact the reception" even he is standing on the reception. I came back to the room and call to the reception. No answer for 4 calls. in the 5th call, the man answered and I requested to clean up my room. After 30 min, the guy came to my room and he mentioned that PIC for room cleaning wen t back to home, so please wait until 10AM next day without any sorry. The shower did not have hot water as well. It was so bad experience.

The hotel is not close to downtown Riyadh but amenities are nearby like banks, pharmacy and hotel. The room is small and bed unlike the one @ Bestwestern Premiere Riyadh however the staff are very accommodating but keep inmind u have to bring adaptor if u r from abroad or else u wont be able to charge your phone . Breakfast is ok they keep changing menu so it is good .. the person in charge in breakfast so up to date for refreshments 😘they let u also extend your checkout time that gives you more time to get ready ..
