The staff are so lovely and welcoming which is always nice. The rooms are very dated, artex walls and ceiling’s, no air con, beds are so soft when you get on them they mould around you so not comfortable at all, the rooms really need an update, however they was clean. Shower is just a standard quick shower no power in it. The hotel has a small beer garden and is right next door to Doncaster dome, a 5-10minute taxi ride into the centre or a 30minute walk. Free parking which is always a bonus.

Absolutely awful. Place is disgusting very dirty and poorly kept walked in and out in space of 5 minutes. Spiders all round toilet cob webs everywhere looked as if had bed bugs. Dead bugs on floor blinds and curtains. A weird insect in the curtain smelt funky as well the rooms have windows at eye level for people which I find very weird and very dirty. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last guests and the lights were very dim.

we had to change rooms because the Bathroom light didn't work and the replacement room only had 1 of the two bathroom light working so still a little dark. The door on the Bathroom didnt Close. properly as there was no striker plate for the lock. The good points friendly staff clean room and good beds a quite location so if like us you need a quick stop over its excellent for the price point.

The first room I went to had been half cleaned, had a cuppa soup remains in a a cup, no toilet paper, and someone’s bra and pants hanging on the chair. But the staff were friendly and nice and changed our room and this was better for the price you pay! Ample tea and coffee, towels, 2 pillows each. The building was very shabby and could do with updating but the location was great it was quiet! Would recommend if you needing a bed for the night!
