This particular one is located on the first floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and have a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and amidst the atmosphere of the Costa Brava. On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building. The Nàutic apartments have an elevator starting from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant.
