The hotel is desperately in need of a full refurb. The rooms are run down and poorly maintained, far too many issues to list. My air con was next to useless and was dripping water all over the carpet. The first room I was allocated had the contents from someone's nose spread all over the bedside lamp and a shelf propped up next to the bed. The lady on reception was no use at all and I think the only phrase she knew was "Im very sorry about that" The breakfast was OK but there was no coffee or tea bags available with caffeine, they only had decaf. All in all a very expensive and disappointing stay. I did try to sort the issues whilst I was there but as I have already mentioned the "Im very sorry about that" was all I was getting so I paid my bill and left.

The hotel was conveniently placed for what we needed. But it is not maintained. Very dirty. My friend walked into her room and had bogies on the lampshade and wall. She got moved to another room which was better. My room which was premium so this included a mini cooler. Wasn’t working. So I changed rooms. My next room the cooler was the same. But the air con didn’t work. And there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The only thing that was good was the comfort of the bed and the view of Windsor castle.

The room could have been cleaner. Lots of mess and dirt under beds. The bathroom needs a deep clean. Mould on ceiling and grubby grouting and limescale on shower. Constanty made us feel welcome in bar area and kids enjoyed the table football.
