This property charges €33 PER GUEST to use the pool. Not mentioned on Expedia site. Booked for an overnight with my kid after missing a flight, chose this hotel specifically for a swim to make the best of the situation. Disappointing. Otherwise it's a clean generic hotel with beds, bathrooms and an excellent breakfast buffet.

Decent hotel with good sized rooms and good options for dining. Not very conveniently located for holiday travelers as need to order cabs or use car. Also we booked this as an airport hotel but found that they charge CHF50 to use the shuttle to airport. Expected this to be complimentary or a lot cheaper.

This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.

Hôtel bien mais néanmoins déçu pour un hôtel Movenpick. Il n’y a pas de piscine. On avait prévu d’y aller après une longue journée. C’est que pour les plus de 16ans et non compris. À changer sur le site de Hôtels.com!!! Les lits ne sont pas terribles. Matelas très dure, coussin vraiment nul et lit petit. Pour une famille c’était pas terrible. Les enfants ont du se partager un petit lit (14 et 16ans)

Ok hotel for en enkelt overnatning. Ellers triste omgivelser ved et shoppingcenter og alment boligbyggeri. Med hotellets placering vil de fleste gæster ankomme i bil, som hotellet så føker sig berettiget til at kræve ekstrapenge for. 20 euro pr. døgn. Der bør være gratis parkering!

Where do i begin? We booked a room for a family of 3 (1 child).we looked for hotels in Zurich with pools. Come to find kids under 16 arent allow and they charge 33 pp to use it. Not advertised. They also charge 20 a night for parking, not advertised. The rooms were incredibly hot even on the lowest temp. No door in the shower which caused a puddle during every watch. No menu in room and the skew didnt show all the items available. The food in Ciao was delicous that was the best part of the hotel stay.

Overall, our stay as a family was good. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel as we were out exploring Switzerland during our short visit. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned daily before we returned. The location was a bit far from Zurich, but the public transportation system there is one of the best I’ve ever experienced, so getting around was easy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Zimmer sind unsauber: es hatte Kaffeekapseln vom Vorgänger in der Maschine, Hundehaar äe und Flecken auf dem Sessel, Krümel auf dem Tisch und viel Staub überall. Leider wurde das Zimmer auch am nächsten Tag nicht richtig geputzt. Matratzen sind sehr hart und die Kissen schlicht unbrauchbar. Es ist mir ein Rätsel wie dieses Hotel 4-Sterne haben kann.

Wären die Prüfungen nicht dort gewesen, hätte ich nicht dort gebucht, total in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer meiner Mitstudierenden waren total unterschiedlich, dabei hatten wir alle dasselbe bezahlt, eines schrecklicker wie das andere. Unser Vorhang hatte ein Loch, im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel, etc.

Pillows were very flat. Only 1 per person. Beds were extremely hard. The ac was not cool at all. The coffee maker did not have special plug that was needed to use it. The body soap in the shower was empty. No extra toilet paper.

We picked this hotel because it had a swimming pool. We were highly disappointed when we found out that the pool was only available for 16+ guests. This is not advertised in hotels.com description. It simply says swimming pool. It was a very hot weekend and my kids were quite disappointed. More problematic was the room. The lobby and restaurant have definitely been renovated but the room was old, dingy, and in need of renovations. For $400 a night I was surprised of the poor quality. The shower floor was yellow and old; the tiles needed regrouting or deep cleaning; the lamp shades had burn marks from the bulb. Overall, it was pretty disappointing and I wish I went with another hotel.

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr schön, mit schöner Aussicht vom 6.Stock. Die rundumliegenden 5G Antennen haben mich aus der Ruhe gebracht, besonders die erste Nacht. Das Bett sehr gemütlich und bequem. Ich empfand das Zimmer aber etwas kalt und die Heizung hat irgendwie nicht funkioniert. Ansonsten rundum zufrieden.

Having to pay 39 dollars to use the pool was crazy Expedia needs to change what this hotel says they have no airports transportation no soap to wash your hand and the door connected to the other room both doors where open and reporting to the staff and nothing happens the mini fridge was so small and was not a sound proof room

I had a very disappointing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Regensdorf, primarily due to the poor customer service and complete lack of care shown by the staff. I encountered a situation that required basic understanding and flexibility from the management team, but instead I was met with indifference and unhelpful attitudes. Rather than trying to assist or show any empathy, the staff seemed more concerned with rigid policies. Great place to stay at. A bit for from the city of Zurich but the bus station is right in front of the hotel so it is easy to commute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us figure out our broken luggage, and the staff member who was always greeting us for breakfast in the morning.

Booked for 4 adults and give us 2 beds with 2 blankets had to beg for more blankets no water, the guy in reception said come down and get it second Night no house keeping everything was so terrible when we complained we had to pay for parking plus only parking was waved off. The price we paid was not worth the service provided the whole experience at movenpick was terrible.

Overall experience was average. Front desk check in girl was very pleasant however evening staff was horrible. Our room was overheated, they could not fix and assisted to change the room. Window was broken, I asked multiple times to the girl working in evening shift but she never showed up or had any customer service courtesy. We had to stay in very warm room entire night unfortunately no help was provided. They charged chf 20 Eventhough car was left outside on their parking lot.

We arrived at this property to be told they had sold out and had placed us at the Movenpick airport location, after I paid for an Uber to get us there. We had not been notified before our arrival. We then had to wait at least 20 minutes for a taxi to come to take us to the other location. It was a very strange incident as there was little to no apology from the desk staff.

Location next to a fairly large shopping center and a Coop (for groceries) was very convenient. With our check-in bags from flight not coming through with us due to an airline hiccup, going shopping immediately next door to get essentials was amazing.

Description of the bedding was confusing gave a free sofa bed with the condition of signing up for the hotel affiliation with a bigger alliance. Had to provide all my personal information to get the bed free. Other than that the breakfast was very good. Room was good and the shopping center being right outside the door was a plus. Not being close to Zurich city and sightseeing made it a very expensive stay. But very close to the airport.
