Oceanfront Villa with Private Beach & Hot Tub

Die Lage des Hauses ist super- privater Meerzugang, sehr schöner Blick. Nikita, die Köchin hat uns hervorragend bekocht und war immer bei Allem behilflich. Auch Maria hatte das Hauskeeping gut im Griff. Für Gehandicapte ist das Haus wegen der vielen steilen Treppen ungeeignet. Liegen sind sehr bequem und ausreichend. Sessel vorm Living sind leider nur 4-für 6 Leute 2 zu wenig. Die Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon unbequem. Die Stühle um den Esstisch sind schon etwas durchgesessen und der Stoff etwas schmuddelig. Ebenso sind alle Matratzen durchgelegen Im kleinen Zimmer oben funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider am Wochenende nicht, als Nakita nicht da war. Da waren dann 28 Grad Celsius nicht unbedingt gut. Ansonsten war das Haus gut ausgestattet( bis auf Gläser, die größtenteils aus Plastik waren). Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war etwas schleppend. Um die korrekte Adresse zu erfahren , musste ich mehrmals schreiben, obwohl wir vorher auf dem Schiff nicht immer Internetempfang hatten und ich darauf hingewiesen hatte. Immerhin war die komplette Summe ja schon sehr rechtzeitig für die Miete überwiesen worden. Die nachträgliche Buchung der Köchin klappte gut. Allerdings haben wir für 31.1-5.2.24 bezahlt, aber am Sonntag (4.2.) gab es weder Köchin noch Service, worauf vorher niemand hingewiesen hat. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus preislich am oberen Ende eingruppiert- da sollte schon Alles stimmen

Great property, rocky beachfront, fantastic pool, indoor and outdoor kitchens, we had many delicious meals and fabulous sunsets!Loved it!

The beach 🏖️ villa was perfect for three friends. We each had our own room. The house was as pictured in the photos posted. Actually updated with new furniture. But the beachfront has been a little altered since the hurricane. Each bedroom had a lovely deliciously cold air-conditioning unit. There is a formal living room and sitting room. And a formal dining room. We spent all of our time on the patio room. Because why wouldn’t you? 😀😌 The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and the house manager met us with the keys and went over all the little ins and outs and procedures. Sally was wonderfully patient as we had many flight delays so that put us into the house a lot later than we anticipated. Sally was very accommodating and hospitable . We had a house cleaner for two days, but really we didn’t need her. We’re not messy people… Lol. The bed linens and sheets were all clean and comfortable. We had more than enough towels. And the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We did buy our own laundry soap to do a couple loads before we left. Certainly we wouldn’t expect the house cleaner to take care of our own laundry. But she did wash and provide new towels. Fitts Village is really well situated. We rented a car so we could take our own excursions and drives. And as stated there is a market called Jordan‘s market within a five minute walking distance. The private pool was definitely the major plus for this property. Enjoy!

It was first time in Barbados for my friends and I. Beautiful home, beach is nice. Pool is wonderful It was a great place to stay away from loud streets or parties. The beach you have rocks. So we didn’t swim in the ocean at the house. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer. We used it daily for the towels we went through. We brought our own soap for that. Everyone that works for Brian is amazing. Friendly people and very helpful. I would love to return one day.
