Staff was very friendly, the property is older but in decent condition and clean. Bed was very comfy. Happy with stay for the cost. Was disappointed that because of covid they do not have a workout room anymore but still advertised one on website. Overall, happy with the stay.

This modest hotel is a great bargain! It is very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was fantastic and nice and hot. The general manager and his wife were very sweet, and parking is right outside your door. Breakfast is not fancy, but certainly enough to get you on your way - breakfast bars, OJ, bagels, cream cheese, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and terrific hot coffee and also hot water for tea. This is our second stay there, and we will definitely stay again. Did I mention that they have free HBO, and a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room? You simply cannot beat the price - I highly recommend.

The few hotels in the city center are quite expensive and this is an excellent option just a bit outside of town. Property is in very good condition, clean and comfortable.

Stains on the sheets, some of which looked pretty questionable. TV didn’t work either. The manager, Mr. Patel, who was at the desk at check in and check out, was super friendly! Bathroom was clean and so was the fridge/ microwave.

3rd stay here, always a great check-in/out and spotless room belying the typical motel outside appearance. I no longer bother searching elsewhere for a better deal, despite 1 roach this visit. Some fast food and gas stations near but not much else. Walmart road is literally 2 buildings down. "Continental breakfast" is very limited, plan on needing extras.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms, big bed. Everything worked besides the hot water had its moments. Only complaint is that nobody was at front desk in morning, so breakfast was not served. Great value overall. Five stars

The room was so dirty, I spent 2 hours cleaning it. , the bathtub clogged, no one attended in my room. I was there for 4 days, got no fresh towel, no bedding changing. Asked for clean towels never got them. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets. I highly recommend not to stay there. It smelt so dusty, the ceiling has mold stains, it’s just so dirty. When I told the front desk guy he didn’t seem to really care. Had to take showers with turning the water off and on so the tub wouldn’t flood. I had to clean the walls and door, the microwave had rice in it, the turn table was greasy. It just straight nasty!

Room could have been cleaned better. Show head and curtain rod were dirty and rusty. Very spares on the amenities.; only 1 tiny bar of soap. Tv was partially broken; big line down the center of picture. Room has terribly hot when we checked in; i have always thought a/c should be turned on before guest check in, we had to turn it on and go run around till it cooled off.

The young man in office was very nice and helpful. Our room was neat, but headboard was not attached to wall and wall looked damaged where it had come loose. also felt floor hadn’t been mopped in bedroom or bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

I booked this room because of the breakfast. Photos showed a hot breakfast to be served 7am to 9:30 am. At 8am, I had to wake up the person at the front desk to unlock the doors so I could coffee, which was not made. To my surprise, no hot breakfast. Their answer was Expedia has old pictures. I wasn't going to mention the lamp and nightstand clock that doesn't work. I expect more for over $100 per night for ONE person!

I found a needle beside my bed! The guy on duty laughed! Told me to book my next stay thru him not the internet and he'd give me a discount! I called out of curiosity to this said discount! He offered me a room for $25 more than my last room!

3rd stay here, always a great check-in/out and spotless room belying the typical motel outside appearance. I no longer bother searching elsewhere for a better deal, despite 1 roach this visit. Some fast food and gas stations near but not much else. Walmart road is literally 2 buildings down. "Continental breakfast" is very limited, plan on needing extras.

The few hotels in the city center are quite expensive and this is an excellent option just a bit outside of town. Property is in very good condition, clean and comfortable.

This hotel was not in the best condition, which explains why it was relatively inexpensive compared to other places. It was not very clean and its location was not in a place where you could walk to many restaurants.

I booked this room because of the breakfast. Photos showed a hot breakfast to be served 7am to 9:30 am. At 8am, I had to wake up the person at the front desk to unlock the doors so I could coffee, which was not made. To my surprise, no hot breakfast. Their answer was Expedia has old pictures. I wasn't going to mention the lamp and nightstand clock that doesn't work. I expect more for over $100 per night for ONE person!

The clerk at check in was wonderful. Very pleasant and informative. The breakfast wasn’t worth having. Breakfast was supposed to start at seven and we were told there would be sausage biscuits, bagels and cream cheese. We got there at seven to find four tiny bagels (the mini size), two donut holes and no biscuits or sausage.

Room was clean and owner was friendly. The “breakfast was pitiful. The muffins, biscuits and sausage patties were the smallest and fewest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The overall maintenance was obviously the bare minimum like the breakfast. Obviously the management style.

2nd stay as good as the first. Friendly check-in/out, spotless room, super comfortable bed and pillows. Outside is typical motel, inside/room size more like a hotel.Towels could be bigger and softer.breakfast is minimal.

2nd stay, 1st in May. On first trip I didn't have any travel supplies since the overnight was unplanned. I got in really late but they scrounged up a good selection of toiletries for me with a smile. Beds and pillows are awesome, room spacious and pristine, area quiet. Breakfast is limited.

This is the first time I have written a review . I apologize in advance if the format you’re used to is wrong. Here are some of my observations. The property has hardwood floors. The floor was dirty. Make sure you have some sandals on hand. Regarding the bed, if you know you’re going to stay at this place in advance, you may consider bringing your own pillows. There is a Walmart close by if you need to buy one. Trust me on this. The air conditioner will not come on right away. Give it a chance before you reported it as being broken. As far as the breakfast is concerned, don’t expect much. Turn right when leaving the property and Tutors Biscuit World Is on the left side of the road. Burger King in the opposite direction. The shower pressure was really good. If you’re looking for a place to sleep overnight, then this property wouldn’t be bad for you. However, it is very uncomfortable for a stay more than overnight.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms, big bed. Everything worked besides the hot water had its moments. Only complaint is that nobody was at front desk in morning, so breakfast was not served. Great value overall. Five stars

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was probably 8/10 for cleanliness. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was adequate. WiFi was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The room needed some paint and repairs in several areas, but nothing major. Not perfect, but adequate for the price. I would stay again.

The room was very dirty. Don't think they cleaned it for along time. The staff was not very helpful with our needs. Breakfast was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Property is in poor condition. Room door had huge gap at the bottom. Bathroom in very poor condition. Towels were disgusting. Breakfast was skimpy at best.

The guy at the office wouldn't let me in because he said the door was broken, well there was two doors there and when I looked at the door while I was checking in it appeared fine and like I said there was two doors. I think he was afraid of me because I rode a motorcycle and had gear on. It was in the daylight hours, about three hours before dark. The wall paper was wrinkled and dirty on wall with the door,the door had about 1 and half inch crack from the floor to the bottom of the door on one side of it and safety chain was missing because it had been broken completely off the door. The rest on the room was clean and everything worked but overall it a sketchy place,the were guys outside on the top floor smoking pot and forget about the continental breakfast the doors on the lobby were locked when I left that morning about 8:30. The sign inside said breakfast served at 700 am but I just wanted change for the vending machine.
