The air in the hallways weren’t working. They had large fans going. The first floor was fine. We checked into our room and it was hot. We lowered the air and went out to dinner. Came back and it was still hot. My husband went to the front desk. A gentleman came to the room lowered the temp and said give it some time. An hour later the temp went up 5 more degrees. My husband went back to the front desk. The gentleman running the desk was polite. The man that had come to the room the first time was rude and said that maybe we should just stay in the room and then it would get cooler if we didn’t open the door to come out. Mind you we only went out when my husband went to tell him the temp was going up and not down. Sorry but when did a hotel start telling you when you could come and go. After we changed rooms it was a better stay. We did get downgraded from the room we were in to the room we got. It wasnt the experience we have ever had with any Hampton hotel we have ever stayed in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful checking in and checking out. My stay was quick, but overall the hotel was clean and maintained well. I did not eat breakfast because I did not have time to grab something but from what I could see it looked like a nice spread.

Close to necessary locations. Didn’t like bathroom. Needed fresh caulk. Sliding doors didn’t slide very well and also saw signs off what looked like black mold on shower doors and bottom of shower stall.
