Room was spacious, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Treadmills in fitness room were down for service but plenty of other equipment. Pool area clean. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast just ok.

Overall it was a nice hotel, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room was nice, however the pool was unbearable and that's really what my kids wanted to enjoy. The pool area was overwhelming with chlorine to the point the kids were choking and eyes were burning. Literally had to make them get out for the sake of their health. Hotel advertises 90 degree temp in the poor area but it was freezing and the ceiling was dripping all over (very unsanitary). Would not stay here again due to this experience.

So i booked my room thru Expedia 250 dollar deposit is a little much in my opinion but i paid it so. When i get to the hotel im giving my car to go to my room but a little problem someone was already in my room that took my 250$ deposit I went back to the front desk and the woman working upgrad3d my room to the 5th floor from the 2nd it had 4 queen size beds in it so the kids were happy and so was I the breakfast was actually pretty good the pool was xlean a little cold but it was February would definitely come back to this hotel tho

There is no pool despite the online property description. Found this out at check in. We asked for an extra blanket and the hotel didn't have any. Just made for a disappointing experience.

Closet door was broken. Other than that no issues. Staff was very nice and polite. Toilet overflowed and housekeeping was right on it. And the pool wasn't operating at the time of our visit.

This property should not be called a Hilton. The rooms and property were run down. Our room had a musty odor and was not clean. There was hair in the sink trap and a hair on our bed sheet. The mattress cover was ripped and torn. The pillows were old, stained, and smelled. There was food left in the refrigerator and the kitchen floor was sticky. We asked for a different room, but the new room had similar issues. Finally, someone was passed out on the lobby couch as we left early in the morning. I would highly suggest not staying at this hotel.

The room that we stayed in was very cold and they didn’t fix the issue. We slept in our full clothes for two days. Terrible experience. Front desk clerk at night was very nice but the maintenance department is terrible. They had no knowledge about the issue. And told management that they fix the heat but we took pictures and it was 54 degrees and under the whole time. Management didn’t make any adjustments for us. We won’t be staying here again…

The breakfast service was the best I have had in a while and I travel frequently. The room was nice and clean but the fridge and something to do with the AC was very loud switching on and off and woke us frequently throughout the night (we had a 7 night stay)

Our refrigerator still had food from the previous guest in it, and the pillow on the two beds were tiny (3 per bed, each about 12 inches x 12 inches).

Rooms and overall decor are quite dated, but otherwise good functioning kitchenette, bathroom, mattress on the bed, etc. Probably could use some new pillows but otherwise a comfortable stay, if you don't mind living in a style that appears to be from 20 years ago. Super friendly staff!

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, easy access to the University of Delaware. However, the rooms need major updating, with very old cabinets, carpets, furniture, etc. Fortunately, everything worked properly in my room, and the bed was comfortable despite obvious older parts throughout the rest of the unit.

The staff was amazing and responsive to every need. The decorations for the graduation weekend was so appreciated and made the whole family enthusiastic for the weekend. Although we had tight time commitments for the graduation ceremonies, the hotel's little touches such as water available, breakfast (perfect) coffee 24 hours) trail mix and water when we left etc, made everything so much easier. we did not even have to leave the hotel complex except for meals. Even the cocktail hour was amazing. When the pull out couch/bed broke, the staff responded quickly and addressed the issue with an adjustment that made the family even more happier and comfortable. We did not want to leave!! Thank you. Small suggestion, please let guests know about cocktail reception and other extras via email or at check in so we could plan ahead. We wouldn't have made reservations and stayed for the whole thing.

My room shower wouldn’t turn on. Called front desk and spoke to Sandy at 6am. She put in a request for maintenance that was that. I asked to have my room moved she told me she couldn’t accommodate that’s request. An hour go by I call again to see if there was any update on when someone would come out to fix it she stated maintenance wasn’t in and said she was unsure when they’ll be in. Maintenance didn’t get to the room until 8am. He comes to try and fix the problem but couldn’t so as he proceeded to leave I asked once again for my room to get changed as I was running late for work. He said he’ll tell sandy. He somehow manage to fulfil the request that I initially requested. All I wanted was a simple room change so to the shower not working and it took 2 hours until maintenance came to get what I needed. SMH

The check-in was easy and Jane was so helpful. Our suite was clean, well stocked. Great breakfast with lots of options for all, from a hearty breakfast with sausages to chia seed pudding. Located near major highway and stores. Will definitely be staying here again.

I picked Newark due to its ideal location between lacrosse tournaments in Philly area, and Bel-Air, MD area. Good in between. It was also reasonably priced compared to other hotels. The shower was leaky and kept us up at night. The shower pressure was also very weak and is not very modern. The rest of the hotel and our room were great!

The check-in was easy and Jane was so helpful. Our suite was clean, well stocked. Great breakfast with lots of options for all, from a hearty breakfast with sausages to chia seed pudding. Located near major highway and stores. Will definitely be staying here again.

Breakfast menu was unique for hotel breakfast, but platters was empty and not refilled Room waa definitely worn down (rusty shower, ripped chairs, etc) and housekeeping wasnt the best (ceiling fan was left in with no way to turn off, had to call for basic toiletries) but front desk staff was the best Ive encountered in quite some time- friendly yet professional, responsive and anticipatory.

We had a great stay. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL at this location. From the time of check-in the the check-out, the staff truly was wonderful. The breakfast crew was one of the nicest groups of people. I truly enjoyed seeing their smiling faces. Also, the breakfast spread was definitely above others that I’ve had. They had the typical things, but also had things that I’ve never seen at a hotel breakfast area, such as overnight oats, chia pudding, different style potatoes each morning, some flavorful options to add to your breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is that they now have a $250 security deposit.

Quarto grande, limpo, com 2 ambientes muito agradáveis, sala grande, 2 TVs gigantes e uma cozinha totalmente funcional. Destaque positivo para a geladeira, muito grande. This hotel was average. As an overnight pitstop on our way to DC it was fine, but wallpaper is peeling, there water are stains on the ceiling, and the rooms just need updating. There is a pullout couch, but no extra blanket. The breakfast was okay, but limited options and not great. Overall, it was fine, but not amazing.

We had mildew smell upon entering our room. Come to find out the carpet was all wet in front of the window. Asked to change rooms but was told there were none. I find that hard to believe. Think lady at front don't want to be bothered changing rooms at 10pm on a Sat night. Also a recycling garbage pile in door across from us. We were told "that wasn't our business." Finally no to go cups for coffee or any drinks @ breakfast.

I was there for 1 night. When I arrived my room door was not secure which concerned me a little as I was traveling alone this time. The room it was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the sink but the bed was clean and comfy. The creamers in the room had curdled which was a surprise. The breakfast next day was good and much appreciated. The staff was very helpful.

A few things. The staff was great. Location was great. BUT the hotel is clearly outdated. My least favorite is there’s a scent in the hotel as well as the room …. Not sure how to explain it but it’s a bit funky. The hallways feel like there’s hot air blowing.
