We had a large group of family, and this home met all of our needs. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, several gathering areas, plus all kinds of recreation including shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a card table. A very large kitchen with a long dining table, tons of TV's and two sets of washer/dryers. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, several gathering areas, plus all kinds of recreation including shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a card table. A very large kitchen with a long dining table, tons of TV's and two sets of washer/dryers. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Our whole family fit very comfortably in the property. We were here for 4 days. It had everything we needed. It even has a smoker which we used, yum. The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. We really loved this place, will come back next year. Thank you to Adam and his crew, very attentive.

The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. We really loved this place, will come back next year. Thank you to Adam and his crew, very attentive.

We stayed here for our team bonding this year and it was wonderful! The house was clean, had plenty of essentials like towels and cooking utensils, and so much space for our team! The community pool was so fun, and walking to the lake was an added bonus! The only thing I would say is if you’re bringing a large group like us, bring extra paper towels because we ran out fast from so many people and baggies for leftover food. However for the large number, the house had all the towels you could need, the tools you need in a kitchen, and a fun game room too!! We would definitely take our team back! Adam was wonderful to work with and made check in so easy! Overall a great spot!!

Great place for a multi-generational gathering!! From the 1st floor accessible bedroom & bath with rails to the bunkrooms for the kids! So much room!! Beautiful decks! Clean & working hot tub. Fun game tables in the lowest level. We’ll be with more family

We stayed here for a 27-person family reunion and had a wonderful time. The porches looking out at the lake and trees were a favorite feature; our niece was so excited when she saw fireflies for the first time, glowing in the trees. The house was well-equipped, and we had plenty of space. The pools were still a little cool since it was the end of May, so we didn't use those as much as we hoped. Our host, Adam, was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

This property totally fit our needs since we had ages 1-72! The bedrooms/bathrooms allowed everyone their space. It was very clean and well stocked --air hockey, foos ball, shuffleboard. It was on a quiet street and the pool was right across the street.

Our family stayed at this location last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We had 25 people, and the house was more than large enough to accomodate the size of our group. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was ready for us earlier than anticipated. The kitchen is large and allowed for us to prepare several meals. There are two dishwashers, which definitely came in handy. It would have been nice if there were more Tupperware containers for food storage, but we made due with what was available. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs; we particularly appreciated that most of them had attached bathrooms. The bedrooms had closets available for hanging up clothes. We made good use out of the outdoor areas adjacent to the house, paricularly the deck outside the main level. The lower level has shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball in the living area, all of which were played and enjoyed by various members of our group. There is a washer and dryer on both the main and lower levels, which we used frequently. There are two pools in the community, and we utilized both, particularly the outdoor pool. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would recommend this location to anyone and will remember our time there fondly!!

It was a very cold weekend and stormy which caused some wind damage to the roof but the property manger was quick to respond for issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook with and the double oven was amazing! Love all the bathrooms on all the floors. The small kitchenette on the basement floor was a nice addition. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The views from the balconies were great!! Lots of hot water for everyone and the temperature of the house stayed warm even though it was in the negatives for some of the weekend.

Overall experience achieved and even exceeded my expectations. House layout was perfect for my group of 4 families with 10 nieces and nephews ranging from 18 to 18 months. 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds was perfect for the teenagers to share. Bunk rooms were a hit with my youngers. Third floor bedrooms ideal for the 3 yo and 18 month old to have a bed in their parents room and going to bed earlier away from the noise. Having a door to the downstairs level was great to keep the noise from the downstairs game room downstairs and the late sleepers were not disturbed by those early risers from the 3rd floor. Great common space on the 2nd level with a dining room table seating for 12 plus the countertop stools. Having a decorated Christmas tree was a bonus. Adequate parking spaces across from the house for all my guests. Location of the home is excellent, being close to Silver Dollar City. Furthermore, it's a short walk to the indoor pool which was a welcomed attraction being that it was December. Adam and his team are second to none. We had a local contact the entire time, and Meredith addressed issues and communicated as needed. We loved it so much I added an extra night since the house wasn't rented.

We took our family to stay there were 17 of us we found the house was nice but not completely clean. Not enough bath towels were available. They had left leftover shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in showers. They didn’t have adequate furniture, the front bedroom with 2 queen beds didn’t even have a dresser.

This is, by far, the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. From the cleanliness, to the location and view, to the incredibly stocked kitchen, this place surpassed our expectations. So many thoughtful details and amenities made our stay so comfortable. Whenever we return to Branson, I will check to see if this house is available first before I look anywhere else.

We loved how spacious the place was. The home was stocked with everything we needed. My mother has mobility issues and she was able to move around with no problems; her room had a handicap accessible bathroom. The community was safe and we were close to everything. The communication with the property and customer was timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that fit our family so well. 10 adults and 14 kids (3-17). So spacious, well stocked, beautiful views, conveniently located! Love the Branson area! So much to do! Couldn't ask for more! We had an amazing time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary! We will be back!

Having a door to the downstairs level was great to keep the noise from the downstairs game room downstairs and the late sleepers were not disturbed by those early risers from the 3rd floor. Great common space on the 2nd level with a dining room table seating for 12 plus the countertop stools. Having a decorated Christmas tree was a bonus. Adequate parking spaces across from the house for all my guests. Location of the home is excellent, being close to Silver Dollar City. Furthermore, it's a short walk to the indoor pool which was a welcomed attraction being that it was December. Adam and his team are second to none. We had a local contact the entire time, and Meredith addressed issues and communicated as needed. We loved it so much I added an extra night since the house wasn't rented.

We had a great time at this property! The communication was friendly and quick. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. This is a great location to the lake and surrounding attractions. The kitchen is better stocked than most and includes two dishwashers and three coffee makers- and we used them! There is plenty of room for a multi family gathering- we will be back!!

We rented this property last year for the first time. Before we got home, every family member was agreed, we should do this again next year! That brings us to today! We got the same response!! What a winner! This is a great place to stay for large families! So much for everyone to do! The place is very clean and well appointed. Adam is a great host! He responds quickly to any questions! I’m sure we’ll be arranging for another stay! Branson is a great destination. We would highly recommend the Sight & Soynd Theater! It was worth every penny!

We stayed here for our team bonding this year and it was wonderful! The house was clean, had plenty of essentials like towels and cooking utensils, and so much space for our team! The community pool was so fun, and walking to the lake was an added bonus! The only thing I would say is if you’re bringing a large group like us, bring extra paper towels because we ran out fast from so many people and baggies for leftover food. However for the large number, the house had all the towels you could need, the tools you need in a kitchen, and a fun game room too!! We would definitely take our team back! Adam was wonderful to work with and made check in so easy! Overall a great spot!!

Our family stayed at this location last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We had 25 people, and the house was more than large enough to accomodate the size of our group. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was ready for us earlier than anticipated. The kitchen is large and allowed for us to prepare several meals. There are two dishwashers, which definitely came in handy. It would have been nice if there were more Tupperware containers for food storage, but we made due with what was available. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs; we particularly appreciated that most of them had attached bathrooms. The bedrooms had closets available for hanging up clothes. We made good use out of the outdoor areas adjacent to the house, paricularly the deck outside the main level. The lower level has shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball in the living area, all of which were played and enjoyed by various members of our group. There is a washer and dryer on both the main and lower levels, which we used frequently. There are two pools in the community, and we utilized both, particularly the outdoor pool. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would recommend this location to anyone and will remember our time there fondly!!

It was a very cold weekend and stormy which caused some wind damage to the roof but the property manger was quick to respond for issues. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook with and the double oven was amazing! Love all the bathrooms on all the floors. The small kitchenette on the basement floor was a nice addition. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The views from the balconies were great!! Lots of hot water for everyone and the temperature of the house stayed warm even though it was in the negatives for some of the weekend.

Overall experience achieved and even exceeded my expectations. House layout was perfect for my group of 4 families with 10 nieces and nephews ranging from 18 to 18 months. 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds was perfect for the teenagers to share. This house is perfect for a large family gathering. There is plenty of room to be together or separate for private time.The location is close to anything you may want to visit.The view from the patio is good for seeing some interesting birds and wildlife. We suggest bring binoculars.If we had any issues with the house it was taken care of in good time. Meredith give good advice about restaurants.We suggest that you visit this one.

We loved how spacious the place was. The home was stocked with everything we needed. My mother has mobility issues and she was able to move around with no problems; her room had a handicap accessible bathroom. The community was safe and we were close to everything. The communication with the property and customer was timely. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a 27-person family reunion and had a wonderful time. The porches looking out at the lake and trees were a favorite feature; our niece was so excited when she saw fireflies for the first time, glowing in the trees. The house was well-equipped, and we had plenty of space. The pools were still a little cool since it was the end of May, so we didn't use those as much as we hoped. Our host, Adam, was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

There are several things that need to be addressed on this property. Kitchen was well stocked except no potholders. We needed to take things out out of the oven with towels. Temperature control was very hard to set at a comfortable setting. We were cold most of the week. Kitchen faucet would drop if you were not really careful and turn on the water by itself. Refrigerator on main floor was hard to close. The alarm was always going off. Fan did not work on the main floor. Dangerous outlet in the floor on the main level. Hot tub got really clouding after a couple of days. The back bedroom on the 3rd floor had a curtain rod almost falling down and the room had a broken recliner in it. We ran out of toilet paper after a few days and my husband and I called the number for help. She kept saying "the Book" said they don't provide extra toilet paper. The only book we found said nothing about toilet paper. I told her even the cheapest motel gave you all the toilet paper you needed. I had to tell her I didn't think I could give a 5 star review before we got toilet paper. She must have called the owner because he called me and left a message. I called him and he never called me back. I would have talked to him about the broken things but who wants a repairman around when you are on vacation.

We had a group of 8 golfers. All eight commented on how perfect the house was for our needs. Close to courses. Private Bedrooms with their own baths. Large gathering areas, and more. This will become our annual spot for our golf trip
