From here, you can access the sitting room, full of character with a log burner adding to the atmosphere and two reclining sofas offering supreme comfort for everybody to relax together at the end of the day. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is another social room for all to enjoy each other's company. The utility room also acts as a room where muddy or wet dogs can cleaned down after a day out walking or on the beach. There are three bedrooms here all with zip-and-link beds offering a choice of super king-size double or single beds. The family bedroom with two additional beds is ideal for a family with young children whilst the mezzanine master room is extremely luxurious and spacious. Beggars Roost offers beautiful countryside views and adjoins a historic old graveyard which acts as a haven for many forms of wildlife, which can regularly been seen. The property is located within a short walk of Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm a popular local tourist attraction offering tours of their cyder making facilities, cyder sampling experiences, vintage tractor rides and traditional Cornish Cream Teas.  Their child friendly farmyard is also home to Cornish Black Pigs, Shire Horses, Donkeys & Pygmy Goats. There is also a restaurant serving fresh homemade food best washed down by one of the farm's famous ciders or freshly pressed fruit juices. There are also three pubs within a 45 - 60 minutes walk from the property across the stunning countryside, ideal for any avid walkers.
