The house has three floors. When entering to the property from the street, you find a large living room with satellite television. This opens after a large Mallorcan-style arch to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob, industrial appliances, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Then you find a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and Air conditioning, one of them has two single beds and the rest have double beds. There is a cot and a high chair at your disposal in case of needed, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor, where the pool is located, you have a game room and a dining space with a fridge and a sink, which gives a feeling of being in lovely small caves. Búger is a small and very cozy town, located about 15 km from the Port of Alcúdia, where you can find a great beach and all sort of services such as restaurants in the marina, bars, ice cream shops, shops and much more. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day among crystal clear waters and fine sand. However, in Búger you can find some basic services.
