Candlewood Suites Secaucus by IHG

No breakfast was a bummer but the free coffee was good. The $250 deposit is still not off of our account even though the front desk employee at your hotel upon check-in said it would drop off when we checked out. This charge was a total surprise to us and not explained well at all on the booking site. The room (and hallways on our floor) smelled terrible and I reported this to the staff upon checkout because I think it was originating from the sink drain. The person at the front desk upon checkout said that she would tell Maintenance. The shower hose is old and needs cleaned or updated because the pressure was very low and it took forever to get hot water flowing from it. The front desk person at check in brought up a Febreze spray to spray our room because the smell was so bad.

Everything was great and Miss Nicolle was awesome, we'll be back in June.
