beautiful hotel, everything was clean and transparent. cleaning crew was very sweet . upon initial check in the lady at the front wasn’t welcoming but everyone else was very helpful. $10 per day parking. highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel close to uptown!

Nice place, staff pleasant, however there was a power outage and they had no back up generator! How could a popular establishment not invest in a generator for potential circumstances as this? The power was out from 6:30 pm to 12:15 am.

The staff here were wonderful, from Greg the shuttle driver to the front desk ladies. Greg was so nice and dropped us off at a diner as we were starving and couldn't check in yet. The hotel held our bags so we could so do a bit of sightseeing before check in. They seemed to remember who we were when we came back which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, variety of options. Bed was comfortable, room was very nice for the stay. The hotel was very clean.

Room was a little dilapidated. Trim coming up and light switch only would stay lit for 90 seconds. As well as being pretty dusty, trash cans full when I arrived, and windows dirty. Other than that it was nice. 7/10

The 2nd floor smelled like mold n mildew soon as you got off the elevator. We stayed in room 209 the air conditioning unit was leaking the whole floor/carpet was wet so we had to watch how we got out of the bed or our socks would be socked AGAIN! The complimentary breakfast was cold! The hashbrowns nor the eggs were not cooked thoroughly. 😡😡😡

The property is located in a very picturesque area. Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Very efficient layout. A little bit of visible mold on shower tiles. When showering noticed soiled towel on door hook, left from previous guest!! This made me question overall cleanliness. It was a one night stay with a very early airport departure, so didn't request change of room but wasn't very comfortable.

The name hyatt is synonymous with quality in most cases.The room had a few major issues mostly due to age of hotel.No fault by staff as they do a excellent job with maintaining cleaniness etc.My major complaint was with the very poor television age channels selection I could not figure out if they had satellite or not.When I asked front desk they said they had hopes of upgrades in future.I understand its must be very expensive for owners to have to deal with this problem but its not fair to public to have to deal with either as they do not seem to make it a priority and put it off for years.I would never extend a stay in a hotel that still has analog channels no matter how nice sorry.

Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe served the absolutely best breakfast my husband and I have ever had at any hotel where we have stayed in the US. The room was large and very comfortable. The property is within walking distance of a nearby restaurant. The air shuttle driver was very conscientious and provided great shuttle service. We were very happy with our stay!

Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe served the absolutely best breakfast my husband and I have ever had at any hotel where we have stayed in the US. The room was large and very comfortable. Our flyt from Philadelphia got delayed by 2 hours.when we landed it was 11.30pm.we requested the free shuttle.the lady at the reception refused to send one. Also when we arrived at the hotel, when my wife asked for a quiet room, receptionist was rude to say that there are only 10rooms.and she was rude to say ypu can go fine another hotel at 12midnight when this hotel was booked 6months in advance.she was very arrogant throught

This hotel cannot deliver the expectations of a Hyatt product and should wear a different flag - especially when charging a Hyatt rate. The "motion detector light in the bathroom is ridiculous and untenable. The light turns on randomly and is crazy bright. The staff are not Hyatt quality - no greeting guests, no knowledge about the property. I went down for breakfast at 6:05am and an airline crew was waiting outside the closed door. i asked about breakfast the the front desk person said, "yeah they didn't show up today"..and went on to say, "you're lucky they came in at all". Having spent 7 years working for Hyatt, I can assure you this is not the product. Don't pay the Hyatt rate for this imitation.

Our flight was cancelled, and we were stuck in Charlotte. Hyatt Place looked like a nice place. Employee on duty was truly magnificant! She went above and beyond for our brief stay. We will stay there again!!

The staff here were wonderful, from Greg the shuttle driver to the front desk ladies. Greg was so nice and dropped us off at a diner as we were starving and couldn't check in yet. The hotel held our bags so we could so do a bit of sightseeing before check in. They seemed to remember who we were when we came back which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, variety of options. Bed was comfortable, room was very nice for the stay. The hotel was very clean.

Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe served the absolutely best breakfast my husband and I have ever had at any hotel where we have stayed in the US. The room was large and very comfortable. The property is within walking distance of a nearby restaurant. The air shuttle driver was very conscientious and provided great shuttle service. We were very happy with our stay!

The 2nd floor smelled like mold n mildew soon as you got off the elevator. We stayed in room 209 the air conditioning unit was leaking the whole floor/carpet was wet so we had to watch how we got out of the bed or our socks would be socked AGAIN! The complimentary breakfast was cold! The hashbrowns nor the eggs were not cooked thoroughly. 😡😡😡

This hotel cannot deliver the expectations of a Hyatt product and should wear a different flag - especially when charging a Hyatt rate. The "motion detector light in the bathroom is ridiculous and untenable. The light turns on randomly and is crazy bright. The staff are not Hyatt quality - no greeting guests, no knowledge about the property. I went down for breakfast at 6:05am and an airline crew was waiting outside the closed door. i asked about breakfast the the front desk person said, "yeah they didn't show up today"..and went on to say, "you're lucky they came in at all". Having spent 7 years working for Hyatt, I can assure you this is not the product. Don't pay the Hyatt rate for this imitation.

Loved the walking paths outside of the property. Breakfast wasn’t ready at 6, and breakfast options weren’t great. Had to ask multiple times for extra towels and pillows to accommodate our family.

The Hyatt was a very nice place to stay. They do charge $10 for parking which I wasn't happy about. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. There was a waffle iron, but no spray which resulted in the waffles sticking to the iron. They do have a variety of food choices.

The staff are excellent and the facilities are great. This Hyatt is perfectly located near the airport and has access to a lot of dining without having to go into uptown. Great place to stay.

The parking lot is littered with ahhh…litter! Ive already written my review about our check in experience so I don’t think I have to reiterate that debacle. The room itself was very clean, thank you housekeeping! The bed was nice, the shower pressure was good. The breakfast was lame but the eating areas were well maintained by personnel. We used to stay at this location on a regular basis when we were working….semi retired now & went back to this place because of past good experience…..needs attention to parking lot cleanliness & safety …AND…..get your shuttle worked out!
