I don’t blame the hotel, I blame Expedia for giving this place a 4 star rating when every other place gives a 1-2 star rating. Broken peeling walls, bugs, broken shower. We lasted about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Felt unsafe and decided to go. Staff was nice.

This is by far the worst stay. It was dirty looking exteriorly and inside the room worse. The bath tub was painted and paint was chipping off. I had never seen anything like it before. The toilet seat was smaller rim than the actual toilet frame so it was awkward when sitting. The worst was the dirty towel provided! At first, i saw a long hair on the white towel as i looked closer i saw a coiled pubic hair!! That was disgusting!!! Luckily i had just bought a new towel and took my chances with that one! The bed sheet had multiple visible cigarette burns. The main room door was all beat up from the bottom all around. Then there was a huge fly inside. Luckily it was only 1 night and the pricing was ridiculously expensive for that stay! It wasnt as cheap as other stays ive seen. Just thinking about the dirty towel makes me gag!

The ad said it was quiet and safe. I felt neither was correct. Very noisy. I felt very uncomfortable. I tried fit two hours to get out of the stay but was unable too. The people at the desk said to hotels.com they did not know me. I gave up and stayed. The door had cracks around it. You could see daylight. The front door had been bashed in and also the bathroom door. The tile was peeling off the walls. I was extremely uncomfortable. The linens were clean. I checked out at 9 am the day we were to leave and several hours later they tried to charge us another night. We lost the one key and they charged us $5 to replace it and I see they charged us another $23 after we left. I have no knowledge of what that was for because I received nothing extra other than the extra key I paid cash for. This is the first time I have stayed at an OYO Hotel and I will never, NEVER stay at one again. Also, it is very inconvenient to locate. Not good for those visiting Seaworld. The pool was clean but very cold. No hot tub and no breakfast.

Left as soon as I seen the poor quality of the buildings, pool, and room. If I had a dog I wouldn’t let it stay there. Still have not gotten a full refund and pictures on the site do not show the true reality of this hotel!

Pictures posted in the Expedia Advertisement is equivalent to bait and switch. It's pretty much a run down motel. Room had holes in the wall, appeared to have water damage at some point. Comforter had stains appeared like nail polish hopefully. Bathtub/shower had stains like rust or decay from being old. Needed somewhere to stay overnight was there to see son graduate from Air Force Basic Training and this was close. I took pictures wish I could post them.

I was very disappointed to see the room in this hotel. What is worst is that it is in Travelocity site. We have used travelocity to book many of our trips which include the hotels. This time it was a very unsatisfactory experience. The room's furniture was old scratched and with no handles on the drawers, the restroom was dirty. The room did not have a coffee pot. The whole room needed to be cleaned thoroughly and remodeled. I do not recommend this type of hotel to anyone.

The worst place I’ve ever been. This place needs to be closed down as soon as possible! I have never seen a place so nasty and disgusting in my life. I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life. It was overall ok. The only downfall was they put me in a smoking room and i had to deal with the awful smell . Im pretty it made it seem 10 times worse since im pregnant. Everything was good. But i did ask for a non smoking room. When i got in the room had a heavy smell of smoke. Im not a smoker so i could smell it. Not sure if it was a previous smoking room. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

I don’t blame the hotel, I blame Expedia for giving this place a 4 star rating when every other place gives a 1-2 star rating. Broken peeling walls, bugs, broken shower. We lasted about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Felt unsafe and decided to go. Staff was nice.

The ad said it was quiet and safe. I felt neither was correct. Very noisy. I felt very uncomfortable. I tried fit two hours to get out of the stay but was unable too. The people at the desk said to hotels.com they did not know me. I gave up and stayed. The door had cracks around it. You could see daylight. I checked out at 9 am the day we were to leave and several hours later they tried to charge us another night. I have no knowledge of what that was for because I received nothing extra other than the extra key I paid cash for. This is the first time I have stayed at an OYO Hotel and I will never, NEVER stay at one again. Also, it is very inconvenient to locate. Not good for those visiting Seaworld. The pool was clean but very cold. No hot tub and no breakfast.

This waa the worst room I have have been in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. Normally I don't get the trip insurance because most rooms have basic AC and TV and I'm not picky. When I arrived here, I waited for almost 30 minutes in a hot lobby with no AC because the computer wasn't working. After walking up a dangerous set of stairs with a loose concrete step, I opened my room. The attendant told me there was no cable or wifi. Okay, that's fine, it was a budget room. However, when I tried to turn the fan on, it was broken. The hotel advertised having basic amenities but it did not. The room was almost 75 degrees. I had to leave. I really wish I could get a refund but I was just happy to not stay there. You would have to pay someone to want to stay here. For the price you can get almost any cleaner room with at least basic AC and a working TV. Do not stay here. It is filthy. You will spend all night sweating.
