The location & our view from the room was amazing but our room was very dirty, still stuff in drawers including medication, hairs & underwear, no coffee or milk & when I went down to get it the staff on reception were very rude, also you can't buy a coffee in this hotel between midnight & 10.30am which for us wasn't ideal. The bar staff just blank you when you go up for a drink. The pool is nice but only gets the sun till 1pm. Overall fantastic location & view but dirty tired room in need of an upgrade & rude staff.

AVOID this hotel! When arriving late at night I came up to a room full of human hair.. all over the bathroom, on the towels, in the bathtub, on the floor, in the whole living space and even on the walls. (See photos) The staffs response: for 30 EUR you can change rooms.. the next day they said they would clean it, but although they spent an hour in there, it was still full of hair. On top of that there were broken stuff in the room and bugs.. Truly a disguting experience, and mind-blowing that the staff was so incredibly unhelpful.
