A comfy hotel with lots of thoughtful items in the room. Very clean, very quiet and in a good location. The decor is modern but a little dark, and bare in the Reception area. The breakfast was good and the staff, friendly. We were unable to park in their underground car park even though the hotel was very quiet, and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest public car park.

This hotel is right in the city center by the port and close to be able to walk around the port, shops and have dining options. It is very clean and very quiet. Very nice hotel; we would stay here again. Note: we had rented a mid-size SUV which was questionable on whether it would fit in the parking "lift/elevator" for overnight parking so we opted to park across the street in the public parking facility (open 24 hours) which worked out fine and was tad cheaper than hotel parking anyway.

Lovely location for historic attractions. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking is a nightmare! Hotel should re-plan the layout and reduce number of spaces if necessary and should warn customers about size limit in the lift.

The room suffered from a bit of noise, clock tower bells, seagulls during the night. The minibar fridge made a lot of noise that you thought someone had entered the room. The bathroom door needs adjusting as it was catching on the floor so waking you up when someone visited it. The balcony door/window had a big step up to get out and consequently a dangerous step down. The view from the balcony was very good over the harbour. It said parking available but had to go to a public car park away from the hotel.

Great hotel for a short city break, great location, very helpful reception staff. Clean quiet rooms. On site parking only for small cars as entry is via a service lift. Recommend you use the parking by the port. Entrance and parking spaces are bigger and there is more availability than the other hotel recommend parking which is very tight and spaces limited.

It was a superior room which gave you a terrace with a table and 2 chairs It was a partial sea view The downside is the step up from the room was far too big for me I’m only 5ft 4ins tall It was really hard to do There is enough room on the terrace for 2 sun beds but they were not there the terrace is huge Nice hotel great position. Lovely helpful staff The other downside is no pool and you could really do with one in the summer Overall enjoyed my stay and if I come to Cartagena again I will stay here

Rymligt rum med stor terrass, trevligt utsikt mot stads bebyggelse och hav. Rent och fräscht, skön säng. Hotellet ligger perfekt, i staden och nära marinan. Gångavstånd till många sevärdheter, shopping, restauranger och barer. Excellent service. Fin frukost med mycket färsk frukt. Parkeringsgarage i området där man får rabatt genom hotellet. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Fuimos para un festival de música y todo estupendo. La habitación limpia, los colchones muy cómodos, aire acondicionado regulable y el baño con todos los utensilios que podríamos necesitar. Room and indeed the entire upper floors are boiling. Doors and walls actually warm to the touch. No air conditioning (they switch it off, it only blows warm air) and a fridge inside a wooden cabinet, working overtime meant the room was stifling. We stayed here last year and were assured this would be fixed. Downstairs the restaurant and reception are cool, to the point of being cold, the bedrooms are like saunas. This meant we needed to have the window open, onto a building with a clock that strikes every quarter hour, all night long. The bars and clubs empty around 4am and that was more noise, not that we had slept anyway. To top it all, the heat meant there were still mosquitoes at the end of December, so I left exhausted, with three infected bites. €140 is too expensive for this hotel, that needs upgrading, the bathroom wasn’t clean enough, paper peeling off the walls, the toilet seat and wash hand basin tap was broken, the cups in the room were paper, the remote control for the TV didn’t work, the only English language station is a French news channel, the bed wasn’t particularly big, the room was small, but overall, we couldn’t sleep, the heat and noise made it impossible. Sure, the location is great and Cartagena is beautiful, but when you don’t, can’t sleep, and leave with infected bites, none of that matters.

What an lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, the staff were all very welcoming and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel. The car park is a bit....fun and the aircon could be colder, but superb hotel.

Trevligt nyrenoverat hotell med bra kvalité. ACn på rummet lät väldigt högt och sängarna var hårda vilket var ett minus. Väldigt konstigt också att de stängde av uteserveringen under frukost då vi gärna hade velat äta frukost ute.

The hotel and room was exceptionally hot. When I discussed with reception they said there is nothing they could do. The beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of drilling noise form 8am. Needless to say no sleep was had in this hotel.

The room was advertised as premier, but we felt it was pretty basic with cupboards showing signs of wear. Also there was quite a high step up to access the balcony with no notice reminding customers to take care when getting on or off the balcony. However the breakfast was faultless with a good choice of English and continental food and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Great stay right in the square, walkable to all attractions. We got the room facing the merry go round at the square. It was a bit noisy but the windows (likely double glazed) and thick curtains helped with the noise and lights.

Trevligt hotell mitt i stan, nära till allt. Frukosten var bra, skön atmosvär och det fanns allt man behövde:) Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Vi var där endast en natt och det var mycket som hände på stan, så vill man ha tyst och lugnt, välj något annat hotell. Inte världens lyx men helt klart prisvärt.

Et fint hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet. Nært / gangavstand til det meste av ting vi hadde lyst å oppleve. God service og en fantastisk utsikt både mot by og havn. Benyttet oss av parkeringshus som lå kun 3 min gange til hotellet. Perfekt.

+God service, rent, god seng, stort rom og god lokasjon/sentralt. - Selv om jeg fikk beskjed at frokost var inkludert så måtte jeg betale, her var det en mistolking så vær obs på det, mye billigere og stikke rett ut døren og kjøpe bedre frokost, selv om frokost utvalget var bra så stod det ikke i stil til prisen. Dørene inn til rommene på hotellet ble lukket med et smell. Ikke isolerte vinduer eller dører så man får med seg alt som skjer både utenfor og innvendig i etasje korridoren. Noen justeringer her så forsvinner noe av støyen. Ville jeg valgt hotellet igjen så er svaret ja, renhold, god seng og service veier opp for litt støy, mulig en høyere etasje enn 3dje er løsningen neste gang?

Wir haben drei Tage in Cartagena verbracht und fast alle Museen besucht. Die meisten sind am Sonntag geschlossen oder schliessen schon um 14.00 Uhr. Sehr interessant die Geschichten der Seefahrer. Museo Romano ist auch super mit Rollstuhl. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet!
