A slightly quirky hotel with a mix of good and challenges. We had one of 3 rooms on 5th (top) floor. Nice view and quiet, however in the morning before breakfast the elevator stopped working, had to walk down one floor to a different elevator which was annoying when checking out as I had to carry luggage down and we both have bad backs. The price was moderate and included breakfast and parking so just be prepared for some inconvenience

The hotel is on a busy road, but is in a great location to be able to access public transport easily and all the shops and museums are within a 10 minute walk. We did half board and were very happy with the quality of the food on offer. A lovely hotel for a short city break

We found the hotel lovely and the staff and ambience excellent. Our room was slightly dated but it was clean, comfortable and bright, with doors that opened to the view at the front. We found the food to be good and reasonably priced and we chose to eat there several times when we were weary after walking around the city during the day. Whilst initially the air conditioning in the room seemed ineffective, once it had been on a while it was fine and served its purpose. If we were to revisit Cartagena we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again

Chose it based on location, easy walk from Renfe train (~ 5 min) and to Roman theater (~20 min) along with tapas bars (10-15 min). Just kinda old and worn down. Had to settle for 2 twins, each was rock hard. Had read some good things about the restaurant but didn’t try it. A bit of a funky smell walking in. Could use a facelift, everything was really clean and the room had a great view. Decent value for money, but definitely not luxe.

Hotellet ligger godt i byen. Er noget nedslidt. Gammelt inventar, ingen kaffe/te på værelset. Ikke særlig charmerende. Den unge kvinde i receptionen var i første omgang ikke særlig samarbejdsvillig - men vi fik da opblødt hende lidt - måske det skyldtes sprogproblemer. Men restauranten viste sig at være ret god. Meget søde og hjælpsomme tjenere og god mad.

Booket overnatting og frokost for 2. overnattinger,førsteinntrykket av hotellet var et slitt hotell og vond lukt i resepsjonen,hotell rommet var greit nok å det var greit reint.senga var steinhard å det samme putene,gjestene på naborommet holdt det gående med fest til klokka 5 på morgenen,de røkte på rommet så det stanket sur røyk lukt i gangene og på vårt rom.frokosten var et kapittel for seg selv,2 typer av inntørket baguette,3 skiver skinke,noen skiver med ost og engangspakker med syltetøy,sjekket ut etter første natta og fant oss et mer egnet sted å bo siste natta

Location is fantastic, on the edge of the sightseeing district with roman theatre etc. Close to both bus and train station. Staff were very professiinal and helpful. Room decor is a bit old fashioned for my taste but perfectly acceptable. Rooms were clean, shower was great, bathrooms had clearly been updated. Breakfast was a bargain at €10 each - small selection but perfectly adequate - various pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, sausages and various cold cuts. Overall would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in cartagena and we will be back.
