Excellent friendly and informative staff. Great location near the train and bus stations. Easy walk into the city centre. Lovely large room and a comfortable bed.

Restaurant staff were very friendly especially Jose. The room was clean but for some reason it was very hot with the air con off (room 328). With the air con 'on' it made little difference.

Very helpful staff, good Tapas bar/restaurant. Room good size with a good bath/shower.

Although the rooms are a little dated. This hotel is a lovely place to stay, it is really close to all the major sites of the city. The food in the restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced. On site parking is also a plus although there are limited spaces.
