The hotel is really wonderful. Yes, it could use a little facelift but everything is clean and the overall atmosphere is really great. We had a condo with a jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace and it was just awesome. The views were amazing and the room was clean and really big. Drinks at the swim up bar, really good and affordable. Minigolf was and awesome addition! The staff made the stay. Bruno at the front desk and the pool bar guys, thanks! Always attentive service and welcoming spirit. I hope we had stayed longer! Taxi to the citycenter is 10€. Can be ordered from the reception. Only complaint, the gym really needs a renovation!

Having stayed at this property on six occasions it is sad to see that no entertainment is available like bingo and singers. Also the shuttle bus only ran once a day. However the staff were as wonderful as ever. Sadly we had very noisy neighbours but that is not the properties fault. Maybe it was because we went in a different month than normal.

This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. The pool, crazy golf & various entertainment provided were all in exceptional condition. Breakfast was the same each day, howevere with such variety on offer, it was hard not to mix it up. We used the shuttle bus to the beach each day and found using taxi's very smooth for evening trips out. The local supermarket is small but well stocked & the little restaurant next door does wonderful food for a quieter meal than down by the seafront. Over all, we love this resort and hotel & would recommend it in a heartbeat to families, couples and friends.

Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again.

It's a nice hotel with lots of lovely features (games room,pool tables, table tennis, dart board, chess, library, mini golf amongst other things), but could do with a bit of tlc and attention to detail. The pool is lovely but had lots of grit and the grouting was quite dirty. Communal areas are nice but could generally do with a deep clean or a refresh. We had a self catering apartment that could sleep up to 4, but there's no wardrobe space in the front room, the kitchen units are very high so you have to stand on a step, there's only one small frying pan and one smallish cooking pot, no medium sized glasses only small tumblers or wine glasses. Would also benefit from a little shop onsite. There is a vending machine with a small supply but a can of coke is 3.50 which seems excessive. We'd stay again, but we got a really good deal for this trip and if we had paid 'normal' price we might have been disappointed. Car recommended.

Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and none of the doors opened properly and got stuck against the floor which was just annoying, also sink didnt drain properly, not a big issue. The location was ok, the shuttle was good for getting to cristianos in the day but taxis at 10-15 euros to the beach and restaurants was more than i expected and made eating out very expensive. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also pretty expensive but it was nice. The pool and mini golf were great too

Really lovely hotel especially for the price! Pros: Lovely big pool Swim up bar Comfy sun loungers Quiet area Nice apartment with roof terrace is great for getting some sun Lively little shop up the hill perfect for fresh morning pastries and coffee Really friendly hotel staff Con: Spent quite a lot in taxis to get places but that’s the price you pay for a lovely quiet location Uncomfortable bed Tired bathroom and sometimes a drain smell was a bit grim

Der var absolut intet at pege fingre af på selve hotellet. Lækre lejligheder i tilpas størrelse, fint køkken, dejligt stort soveværelse med en fantastisk dobbeltseng, og et fint badeværelse med to håndvaske, wc, bidet, og stort badekar med Jacuzzi, som vi dog aldrig fik afprøvet. Bedst af alt var personalet, som var nogle af de sødeste jeg nogensinde har oplevet på en rejse, og jeg har rejst meget ! Hotellet er et resort med hele lejligheder og en stor hovedbygning med lobby, opholdsrum, bibliotek, bar/restaurant, fitnessrum og vaskerum. Udenfor er en dejlig pool med fantastisk rent og klart vand, som indbyder til svømning og leg, og en loungebar lige ud til vandet. Ligeledes er der soppebad til de mindste, og et stort varmt boblebad til de større ! Der er også en lille 12-hullers minigolfbane, men den er ikke i så god forfatning. Den kan spilles, og det gjorde vi, men den er ikke så god. Morgenmadsbuffetten er overdådig ! Stort udvalg af mad muligheder for enhver smag. Restauranten serverer hovedsagligt meget turistpræget grillmad, pasta og fiskeretter, og det er ikke billigt, men det er vel hvad man kunne forvente. Eneste lille negative ting er afstanden til byen. Vi var længere væk fra byen end jeg havde regnet med, og man er nød til at tage bil, taxa eller bus for at besøge den. Man kan ikke gå. Er dog en kort tur med taxa, og koster ca. 10 Euro. Alt i alt et fremragende ophold, vi gerne gjorde igen !

Rooms fine. But no Aircon. Things were quite worn , could do with a refurbishment. Also treadmills in gym and pool tables were out of order.

El hotel más sucio que me he quedado en mi vida!!! Las cucarachas caminaban por todas partes!! El mal olor de las sábanas y habitaciones era fatal , estoy embarazada y en realidad tuve que dormir en el salón el un colchón porque no aguantaba el mal olor de las habitaciones a sudor con humedad y sábanas que solo las estiran y no las cambian !!!! No volveré en mi vida

Lovely property, amazing pool, beautiful apartments. WiFi was not great also we requested our room to be cleaned but no one came so we had no cleaning service for 5 days but otherwise very happy and pleased with our stay

The pool is lovely but had lots of grit and the grouting was quite dirty. Communal areas are nice but could generally do with a deep clean or a refresh. We had a self catering apartment that could sleep up to 4, but there's no wardrobe space in the front room, the kitchen units are very high so you have to stand on a step, there's only one small frying pan and one smallish cooking pot, no medium sized glasses only small tumblers or wine glasses. Would also benefit from a little shop onsite. There is a vending machine with a small supply but a can of coke is 3.50 which seems excessive. We'd stay again, but we got a really good deal for this trip and if we had paid 'normal' price we might have been disappointed. Car recommended.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The room was full of cockroches crawing over us and our belongings. One of our travelers had an allergic reaction to them and they still refused to change our room or refund our stay. They promised an ealry morning clean at 8 am by 4pm no one came and we killed 7 of them by then. The receptionist said that this is normal as a "storm" is coming. The hotel also doesn't come with daily clean only if you given them a 24 hour notice but that also doesn't always guarantee you a clean or clean sheets / towels.

Positive: Minigolf, pool and sauna Negative: service was poor, we stayed 4 nights and had no cleaning during that days. Card to get into the room was broken several times. Breakfast started late, selection was very limited compared to other 4* hotels. We had a water leak in the room from the upstairs neighbour, called reception several times and nobody fixed it. The hallway was thus flooded 3 consecutive evenings, with water coming down the wall. Wifi was bad - kept disconnecting every few minutes. Missing blanket cover at the beginning, we had to improvise and cover it ourselves with two bed sheets, which is not hygienic.

Overall in most areas the hotel is very tired looking and needs a considerable amount spent on upgrades. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds but again these are very worn. Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated.

So this is definitely a four star but is pretending to be a three star for some reason. The man on the front desk that checked us in was rude and is the only reason that I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The bar guys Rodrigo, Alfredo and Daniel absolutely made our trip. Our daughter was made to feel like a princess every day by them and we will be forever grateful for their kindness and absolute dedication to their jobs. Pool bar food was lovely. We did see a manager a couple of days but he barely spoke to guests. The room was cleaned once in three days but others were having their rooms cleaned daily so not sure what happened here. Ants are everywhere here and it’s worth noting that this may have something to do with the cleanliness by the pool. The hot tub is freezing cold so not hot. Locals are welcomed here with day passes and we had issues with some very drunk day visitors being rude, nasty, inappropriate in front of children and even trying to take our daughters pool toys! Whilst we absolutely loved our holiday and made the most of it. If a couple of changes were made, this place could be so much better!

The hotel is really wonderful. Yes, it could use a little facelift but everything is clean and the overall atmosphere is really great. We had a condo with a jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace and it was just awesome. The views were amazing and the room was clean and really big. Drinks at the swim up bar, really good and affordable. Minigolf was and awesome addition! The staff made the stay. Bruno at the front desk and the pool bar guys, thanks! Always attentive service and welcoming spirit. I hope we had stayed longer! Taxi to the citycenter is 10€. Can be ordered from the reception. Only complaint, the gym really needs a renovation!

The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber.

Es war ein toller Ort um sich zu erholen , der Pool ist riesig . Alles ist sehr sauber . Die Apartments sind sehr groß . Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, bräuchte nur ein paar Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Küche und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Das Essen ist ok. Der absolute Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Atmosphäre. Man kann hier einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Es ist eine gute Mischung aus Familien, Paaren, Freunden. Die einen hängen an der Poolbar, die Kinder spielen Ball im Wasser und es stört sich auch niemand daran, wenn sie hineinspringen, abends waren bei uns Bingo und Karaoke hoch im Kurs - jeder macht irgendwie was er will und trotzdem ist es immer angenehm ruhig. Der Pool ist beheizt und das beste - man darf ihn bis 22 Uhr benutzen. So kann man einen Ausflug machen (Parkplatz ist kostenfrei) und danach nochmal im Pool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, dann kommt man schnell an den Strand oder in 50 Min zum Teide. Die Animation ist unaufdringlich und authentisch, ganz ohne 3 Oktaven zu lautem Geschrei. Einmal haben wir sogar eine private Minidisco bekommen, als keine anderen Kinder da waren und unsere Jungs fanden es richtig toll. Wir würden wieder kommen, vielleicht als Selbstversorger und dann nach Bedarf das Essen in Anspruch nehmen.

On your website it was Wi-Fi included, but it never worked. Mine was a working holiday but I couldn’t do any work. Reported several times to reception but were given lame excuses. I missed a lot and had to reschedule my appointments. Not very happy.

The hotel is in a quite location and set out nicely with parking, the rooms are large, the kitchen has all the items needed apart from a washing machine and a dishwash. The bedroom and bathroom could with updating air conditioning unit cracked and a strange 5 litre water bottle wedge in it, tap have lost the chrome finish they are so old, mirror in bathroom cracked, it’s time to update the whole place.

The Staff ist very friendly and cares a lot for customers to have a good stay. However the apartments are quite old and definitely need some modernisation. They are as clean as possible considering the use over the years. The pool area is great and the best part of the hotel. However within the area around is nearly nothing available without a car. Within the apartments it is quite loud at night as the walls seem to be thin. The restaurant is nothing special but ok.

Seul bémol: la route de la petite ville au dessus bruyante car fenêtres de ce côté en simple vitrage (compliqué pour notre enfant dormant dans le salon traversant).

We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect!

We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind.

Reception staff were on the phone for 15 minutes with family before finally checking us in. Which they did with plenty of attitude. Didn't give us relevant information like the fact that you have to ask to get your room cleaned (only hotel in the world that requires this??). Breakfast was very average and always the same. Rooms were spacious but a little dated. Lacked some thoughtful touches like somewhere to put the shower gel in the shower. The only slight silver lining was the main pool area which was very pleasant. Won't be coming back though.

This place is ideal if you want a quiet holiday. Restaurant and supermarket up the hill from here. Not particularly suitable for those with mobility issues. Bus stop a five minute walk away. Taxis between 8-10 euros to Los Cristianos, Las Americas. 12 Euros to Costa Adeje. Free bus to beach from hotel at 10:30. Returns at 17:30. Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, il est parfait pour une famille de 4, les appartements sont spacieux et les terrasses très agréable, la piscine est très grande. L’hôtel est un petit peu éloigné de la ville, ce qui le rend plus calme, mais plus loin de beaucoup de commerce, il faut donc prendre la voiture ou un taxi pour faire des courses ou aller au restaurant.
Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, il est parfait pour une famille de 4, les appartements sont spacieux et les terrasses très agréable, la piscine est très grande. L’hôtel est un petit peu éloigné de la ville, ce qui le rend plus calme, mais plus loin de beaucoup de commerce, il faut donc prendre la voiture ou un taxi pour faire des courses ou aller au restaurant.

Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again.

It's a nice hotel with lots of lovely features (games room,pool tables, table tennis, dart board, chess, library, mini golf amongst other things), but could do with a bit of tlc and attention to detail. The pool is lovely but had lots of grit and the grouting was quite dirty. Communal areas are nice but could generally do with a deep clean or a refresh. We had a self catering apartment that could sleep up to 4, but there's no wardrobe space in the front room, the kitchen units are very high so you have to stand on a step, there's only one small frying pan and one smallish cooking pot, no medium sized glasses only small tumblers or wine glasses. Would also benefit from a little shop onsite. There is a vending machine with a small supply but a can of coke is 3.50 which seems excessive. We'd stay again, but we got a really good deal for this trip and if we had paid 'normal' price we might have been disappointed. Car recommended.

The apartment was great. Pool lovely. Staff helpful. The advertised free bus only runs once a day at 10:30. Only downsides: The single beds are hard and not comfy new mattress needed. The double and sofa are good. Location good use the local taxi company not uber.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, bräuchte nur ein paar Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Küche und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Das Essen ist ok. Der absolute Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die Atmosphäre. Man kann hier einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Es ist eine gute Mischung aus Familien, Paaren, Freunden. Die einen hängen an der Poolbar, die Kinder spielen Ball im Wasser und es stört sich auch niemand daran, wenn sie hineinspringen, abends waren bei uns Bingo und Karaoke hoch im Kurs - jeder macht irgendwie was er will und trotzdem ist es immer angenehm ruhig. Der Pool ist beheizt und das beste - man darf ihn bis 22 Uhr benutzen. So kann man einen Ausflug machen (Parkplatz ist kostenfrei) und danach nochmal im Pool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, dann kommt man schnell an den Strand oder in 50 Min zum Teide. Die Animation ist unaufdringlich und authentisch, ganz ohne 3 Oktaven zu lautem Geschrei. Einmal haben wir sogar eine private Minidisco bekommen, als keine anderen Kinder da waren und unsere Jungs fanden es richtig toll. Wir würden wieder kommen, vielleicht als Selbstversorger und dann nach Bedarf das Essen in Anspruch nehmen.

We had a short break here in February. The accommodation met our needs but did feel that it could do with upgrading. Location was great and it was nice to be away from the main coastal areas. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Reception staff always friendly and welcoming and were very helpful in helping to arrange for the return of an item I left behind.

Très bien, accueil et hébergement. Environnement pas très beau (hôpital, auto route, poteaux haute tension) mais vue mer et sur la Gomera au loin tout de même.

Overall in most areas the hotel is very tired looking and needs a considerable amount spent on upgrades. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds but again these are very worn. Large pool area but not at all clean. Nice setting in the hills and only a 10 min drive to Los Christianos. Without a car you would be very isolated.

Lovely Hotel with a spectacular pool area. However a little out of the way and if you don't have your own transport or use the bus, Taxis can become quite expensive.

We loved our stay here as a family of four. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do more for us. I would personally steer away from the restaurant and breakfast, it’s over priced and it’s not that good. Go out for dinner and grocery store your own breakfast. Other than that tho it was perfect!

La verdad le falta cosas para animar yo se que el clima estuvo malo pero por lo mismo algo de animacion para divertir a los huéspedes la limpieza en las habitación bien y la comida muy mal de verdad todos los dias lo mismo en el desayuno , los empleados muy amables pero la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado

Las instalaciones muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno buffet es bastante mejorable para el precio que tiene. Apartamentos muy amplios. Lo mejor la piscina y zonas comunes

This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. The pool, crazy golf & various entertainment provided were all in exceptional condition. Breakfast was the same each day, howevere with such variety on offer, it was hard not to mix it up. We used the shuttle bus to the beach each day and found using taxi's very smooth for evening trips out. The local supermarket is small but well stocked & the little restaurant next door does wonderful food for a quieter meal than down by the seafront. Over all, we love this resort and hotel & would recommend it in a heartbeat to families, couples and friends.

The rooms were a bit dated and none of the doors opened properly and got stuck against the floor which was just annoying, also sink didnt drain properly, not a big issue. The location was ok, the shuttle was good for getting to cristianos in the day but taxis at 10-15 euros to the beach and restaurants was more than i expected and made eating out very expensive. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also pretty expensive but it was nice. The pool and mini golf were great too

Der var absolut intet at pege fingre af på selve hotellet. Lækre lejligheder i tilpas størrelse, fint køkken, dejligt stort soveværelse med en fantastisk dobbeltseng, og et fint badeværelse med to håndvaske, wc, bidet, og stort badekar med Jacuzzi, som vi dog aldrig fik afprøvet. Bedst af alt var personalet, som var nogle af de sødeste jeg nogensinde har oplevet på en rejse, og jeg har rejst meget ! Hotellet er et resort med hele lejligheder og en stor hovedbygning med lobby, opholdsrum, bibliotek, bar/restaurant, fitnessrum og vaskerum. Udenfor er en dejlig pool med fantastisk rent og klart vand, som indbyder til svømning og leg, og en loungebar lige ud til vandet. Ligeledes er der soppebad til de mindste, og et stort varmt boblebad til de større ! Der er også en lille 12-hullers minigolfbane, men den er ikke i så god forfatning. Den kan spilles, og det gjorde vi, men den er ikke så god. Morgenmadsbuffetten er overdådig ! Stort udvalg af mad muligheder for enhver smag. Restauranten serverer hovedsagligt meget turistpræget grillmad, pasta og fiskeretter, og det er ikke billigt, men det er vel hvad man kunne forvente. Eneste lille negative ting er afstanden til byen. Vi var længere væk fra byen end jeg havde regnet med, og man er nød til at tage bil, taxa eller bus for at besøge den. Man kan ikke gå. Er dog en kort tur med taxa, og koster ca. 10 Euro. Alt i alt et fremragende ophold, vi gerne gjorde igen !

Reception staff were on the phone for 15 minutes with family before finally checking us in. Which they did with plenty of attitude. Didn't give us relevant information like the fact that you have to ask to get your room cleaned (only hotel in the world that requires this??). Breakfast was very average and always the same. Rooms were spacious but a little dated. Lacked some thoughtful touches like somewhere to put the shower gel in the shower. The only slight silver lining was the main pool area which was very pleasant. Won't be coming back though.

Piscina enorme spettacolare panoramica a 30° con a lato jacuzzi e getti d'acqua e bar acquatico, tutto meraviglioso. Struttura di alto livello, belle camere nuove spaziose pulite, letti comodi, bagni grandi, arredo curato e dettagli molto piacevoli. Soggiornato in 4 a inizio settembre, camere familiari con accesso diretto alla piscina ottime. Tanti altri servizi eccellenti. Colazione abbondante e per tutti gusti in stile americano e con anche molta frutta. Presente un delizioso e amabile gattino quale mascotte benvoluto da tutti che è stato il plusvalore aggiunto al nostro piacevolissimo soggiorno. Ci ritornerei!

Bra lägenhetshotell, ren och trevlig med flera badrum i lägenheten. Bra service i receptionen, restaurangen och i poolbaren. Lite tråkigt mat i restaurangen och fanns bara en restaurang i gångavstånd som var varken bra eller prisvärd tyvärr.

On arrival to the property the man that checked us in was really nice and gave us all the information that we needed- very well done. Our room was pleasant had a good balcony and room was clean. However, the door that led onto the balcony scrapped along the floor and points got stuck because it was too long. The bathtub was a jacuzzi setting and we pressed it and lots of black stuff came through it. You had to ask for the room to be cleaned 24th beforehand one day we did and they said they were already full for the next day. When asked the bar staff at the pool regarding pool they said they didn’t know and speak to reception. The area is not much to do at all all the bars and restaurants are a 10min drive cost of 10euro each way by taxi. There’s a bus stop but they’re every 30 mins and you have to by a bus card. The hotel got the sun small amounts because of it being high up it got all the clouds so it was hard to be in the pool and sunbathe. The breakfast was nice good selection and tasted nice

Complexe hôtelier sur les hauteurs de Arona un véhicule est indispensable car trop excentré les bâtiments sont blancs avec de grandes terrasses nous avions un appartement 3 chambres en duplex de belle taille avec deux salles de bains dont une trop ancienne impossible de s'y doucher, proximité de la route ce qui occasionne beaucoup de nuisances sonores même en pleine nuit points forts: l'immense piscine mais attention non chauffée alors que le contraire est mentionné donc ne pas craindre l'eau froide! les espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus points à améliorer: le mobilier, les salles de bains la literie est datée et en état très moyen il faut rapidement rénover cela ,les canapés et fauteuils affaissés et hors d'âge le ménage ne se fait que sur demande et il faut patienter en moyenne 48h00! il manque à l'évidence beaucoup de personnel on a une impression d'hôtel à l'abandon..... du fait de l'état général vieillissant nous ne reviendrons pas
