Overall, this was a really decent place to stay. The location was great (walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, hiking trails). We saw a moose walking through town not far from the condo. It was mostly clean, although the master shower needed to be cleaned. We appreciated the underground parking garage and the large & clean hot tub, thick towels, and fairly comfortable beds. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms or kitchen that we could find. There was good coffee, tea, paper towels, and some other items in the condo for our use for which we were grateful. It was quiet (even shut out construction noises across the street). Due to our late flight, we arrived after dark and had no way of locating our condo. There was no clear signage, and the area was not well lit. We called the property manager, and had to leave a message and never did receive a response. We kept trying our entry code in various parking garages and finally found the correct one. All in all, it was a favorable experience.

This place has a spacious kitchen and nice modern feel, everything worked and we loved that there were extra pillows, blankets, bath and kitchen towels. The parking spot (w/EV charger) is tight but pretty perfect during the winter. Host was quick and easy to communicate with for our few questions. We walked to The Ditch on 40 for yummy margaritas and drove to Hernando's Pizza, our kids favorite. Sweet location! THANK YOU!

Great location, close to town and easy shuttle to the mountains. The condo was perfect and the jacuzzi and fire pit area were wonderful. Andrew was very helpful and easy to connect with.

The building is brand new and finishes were top of the line. Furniture is very comfy and space feels homey. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need including coffee. Shared hot tub fits 17 people and is much larger than what we were used to. Parking is great for a mountain town with a designated garage space and ample surface parking. Location is solid with walkability to pretty much any location in the town and a short 5-minute drive to the resort. We will stay here again.

My family and I LOVED our stay! Evolve is great to work with and the owners were delightful to communicate with.The condo was in a great location, with a massive outdoor hot tub. The unit itself had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four.Location was great, too - close to several great spots and restaurants - and a quick drive to the Winter Park Resort entrances and parking lots.The garage and elevator were clutch, as we felt comfy leaving our gear in the back of the truck and didn't have to put on all the extra warm clothes just to run an errand or get back up to the condo. Also didn't have to worry about cleaning off the truck when it snowed. Both king-sized beds, pillows and linens were super comfy. Bunks were an added bonus! The kitchen was so well-appointed, and the island perfectly sized, that we ended up staying put for meals, either cooking there or bringing food in. This was an ipad/iphone/iwatch-free trip for the kids and the condo did not disappoint, with lots of games and great streaming options for all of us.Heated floors were a fam fav. We all loved them! Between the heated floors, shades that you could draw up or down for lots of natural sunlight, and the electric fireplace, we got just the right amount of heat during the day with a nice cool-down over night for comfy sleeping.Hope to come back to Winter Park soon and would gladly stay here again!Thanks for everything!

The unit was great, brand new, in good condition and in an excellent location in Winter Park. It was clean and well-stocked. The only issue is that the garage has low clearance and we couldn’t get our car into it with a roof box. Entering and leaving the unit with gear was a pain. If you don’t have a roof box. The garage is heated and would be very convenient.

Unit was very modern and located in a very convenient location in the town of Winter Park. Very clean and open living room. Plenty of essentials provided within the unit and the surplus of towels was greatly appreciated. Hot tub was much bigger than anticipated. Property manager’s responses were very quick and helpful. Overall the unit exceeded expectations and made for a great vacation in Winter Park, would definitely recommend.

Overall, fantastic property. We've stayed in this building before and this was right in line with other condos. Very well stocked, only had to run the dishwasher once at the end of our stay for a 5 night stay. I've stayed in some places where there isn't a lot of dishes but this one was very well stocked. Also, plenty of towels and other necessity type items like paper towels, laundry soap, etc. The only slight knock was that the floors almost looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. There were a lot of crumbs under the table and other parts of the living areas and we found a fair amount of hair on the bathroom floors. There was a vacuum in the utility closet, so we ran it ourselves. The team was very quick to respond to questions or issues so that was appreciated as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s a terrific location where you can easily walk to restaurants and we enjoyed the community hot tub. The whole unit could use a good vacuuming, but otherwise we found it very comfortable!

Condo was very nice - spacious. all new, high end finishes. We enjoyed our stay very much.The only negative was sound transmission from other condos via the duct work. On our last night we went to be only to be awakened by loud voices and music - apparently from the TV in the adjoining condo.

Great space!! 2 king beds and one bunk room, be mindful the bunks are on the smaller side but fits a 17-18 yr old. Awesome balcony with fantastic views for that morning coffee or evening tea!!

We visit Winter Park several times a year. This was our first Fall visit. If you've never been in the fall, I highly recommend it! The colors are as beautiful as I've ever seen in New England. Now for the review. This is a nice, well appointed condo, located one block off Hwy 40. We walked everywhere, only getting the car out when leaving town. The parking garage was tough for us and it was mostly empty. If it had been full, we could not have navigated it. The parking spots are very close to each other with little maneuvering room. We were driving a Ford Expedition and we ended up parking outside. The area around the condo is under construction, with more condos, so the view wasn't great. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. There were no trash bags so we used a paper bag in the trash can until I asked for a few from the cleaning lady next door. She was gracious to give me a couple, even though it wasn't her unit. Plenty of coffee and leftover filters. A few odds and ends in the pantry, like most rentals. Andrew was very helpful and answered all questions I had and kept in touch thru out the week. There's a cabinet full of games; extra linens and pillows. Overall, the condo was perfect for us.

Overall, this was a really decent place to stay. The location was great (walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, hiking trails). We saw a moose walking through town not far from the condo. It was mostly clean, although the master shower needed to be cleaned. We appreciated the underground parking garage and the large & clean hot tub, thick towels, and fairly comfortable beds. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms or kitchen that we could find. There was good coffee, tea, paper towels, and some other items in the condo for our use for which we were grateful. It was quiet (even shut out construction noises across the street). Due to our late flight, we arrived after dark and had no way of locating our condo. There was no clear signage, and the area was not well lit. We called the property manager, and had to leave a message and never did receive a response. We kept trying our entry code in various parking garages and finally found the correct one. All in all, it was a favorable experience.

This property was clean, modern and very comfortable . It was well furnished with everything we needed. Garage parking was a nice feature. The host was very welcoming and communication was A+. This was a perfect location for our trip.

Overall, fantastic property. We've stayed in this building before and this was right in line with other condos. Very well stocked, only had to run the dishwasher once at the end of our stay for a 5 night stay. I've stayed in some places where there isn't a lot of dishes but this one was very well stocked. Also, plenty of towels and other necessity type items like paper towels, laundry soap, etc. The only slight knock was that the floors almost looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. There were a lot of crumbs under the table and other parts of the living areas and we found a fair amount of hair on the bathroom floors. There was a vacuum in the utility closet, so we ran it ourselves. The team was very quick to respond to questions or issues so that was appreciated as well.

Great location, close to town and easy shuttle to the mountains. The condo was perfect and the jacuzzi and fire pit area were wonderful. Andrew was very helpful and easy to connect with.

My family and I LOVED our stay! Evolve is great to work with and the owners were delightful to communicate with.The condo was in a great location, with a massive outdoor hot tub. The unit itself had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four.Location was great, too - close to several great spots and restaurants - and a quick drive to the Winter Park Resort entrances and parking lots.The garage and elevator were clutch, as we felt comfy leaving our gear in the back of the truck and didn't have to put on all the extra warm clothes just to run an errand or get back up to the condo. Also didn't have to worry about cleaning off the truck when it snowed. Both king-sized beds, pillows and linens were super comfy. Bunks were an added bonus! The kitchen was so well-appointed, and the island perfectly sized, that we ended up staying put for meals, either cooking there or bringing food in. This was an ipad/iphone/iwatch-free trip for the kids and the condo did not disappoint, with lots of games and great streaming options for all of us.Heated floors were a fam fav. We all loved them! Between the heated floors, shades that you could draw up or down for lots of natural sunlight, and the electric fireplace, we got just the right amount of heat during the day with a nice cool-down over night for comfy sleeping.Hope to come back to Winter Park soon and would gladly stay here again!Thanks for everything!

Unit was very modern and located in a very convenient location in the town of Winter Park. Very clean and open living room. Plenty of essentials provided within the unit and the surplus of towels was greatly appreciated. Hot tub was much bigger than anticipated. Property manager’s responses were very quick and helpful. Overall the unit exceeded expectations and made for a great vacation in Winter Park, would definitely recommend.

The building is brand new and finishes were top of the line. Furniture is very comfy and space feels homey. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need including coffee. Shared hot tub fits 17 people and is much larger than what we were used to. Parking is great for a mountain town with a designated garage space and ample surface parking. Location is solid with walkability to pretty much any location in the town and a short 5-minute drive to the resort. We will stay here again.

This condo was very nice. Everything you could want for a vacation, extremely easy process. If you're going to the mountain, there is a bus that picks up and stops off literally at the front door. Look for the yellow line schedule. Several other lines drop off 100 yards away.

We visit Winter Park several times a year. This was our first Fall visit. If you've never been in the fall, I highly recommend it! The colors are as beautiful as I've ever seen in New England. Now for the review. This is a nice, well appointed condo, located one block off Hwy 40. We walked everywhere, only getting the car out when leaving town. The parking garage was tough for us and it was mostly empty. If it had been full, we could not have navigated it. The parking spots are very close to each other with little maneuvering room. We were driving a Ford Expedition and we ended up parking outside. The area around the condo is under construction, with more condos, so the view wasn't great. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. There were no trash bags so we used a paper bag in the trash can until I asked for a few from the cleaning lady next door. She was gracious to give me a couple, even though it wasn't her unit. Plenty of coffee and leftover filters. A few odds and ends in the pantry, like most rentals. Andrew was very helpful and answered all questions I had and kept in touch thru out the week. There's a cabinet full of games; extra linens and pillows. Overall, the condo was perfect for us.

My sisters and I had a wonderful reunion and staying here was a big part of it. It was walkable to everything, but was still quiet once inside. There was construction across the street, but it was a holiday weekend so it wasn’t a problem. Andrew was a perfect host! He was quick to respond, very friendly, accommodating and professional. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless and all necessary amenities were available. All three of us each said we would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. Thank you!

We had a lovely ski week with our 2 adult children. The condo was perfect! The well-equipped kitchen was great, the community hot tub was delightful, and the owner was fantastic. He provided detailed check-in instructions and checked in a couple times during the week to make sure all was going well Best of all - memory foam beds throughout! I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful space.

We really like staying here. This is our second year in a row staying at this condo. It is relatively new construction, hence everything is like new with nice high-end amenities like heated floors in the bathrooms. Andrew is an excellent host. He is very good at communicating, readily available, and makes sure we have everything we need. The hot tub is huge and only a short walk away, most of the way indoors. The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped with everything you need if you want to cook some of your meals while here. It is only a short walk to Main Street and Copper square and all of Winter Park’s restaurants. There is a shuttle stop for the Winter Park shuttle only a block away for getting to and from the mountain as well as around town. We will definitely return for our Winter Park ski trip next year.
