Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport

Excellent property. Super good breakfast. Pool and exercise room open and clean. Real human being in person checked me in and was organized. Shuttle driver arrived 545 and left at 6 so we could go through airport security by 625. I usually don't rate but this was an excellent 🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️ hotel.

This hotel offers shuttle service to the airport. For my stay they ordered me an uber. I had a short night The room was clean and quiet, and the AC worked great. The bed/sheets/pillows were very comfortable.

We stayed 4 nights. We had problems with the room keys daily. I had to take them to the front desk to get re-set multiple times. The elevator was out of order for the last two days, and we were on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on our floor was out-of-order the entire time. The breakfast buffet was bland, at best. The staff was friendly, however.

This location is next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant and store, the food and prices were excellent. Free shuttle runs to the airport was a plus, just let them know when you need service

A non working elevator made it very difficult because we had to carry heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. There is only on one elevator in the building.

Very nice rooms and overall the facility was very nice. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the morning shuttle service to pick up our rental car ... though the shuttle stopped at 10 pm so we had to uber over when we arrived which was a bummer. We were only there for a short time so we didn't really test out anything else (pool, fitness center, etc.)

I wanted a shower gave me a room with tub could not get innit as have knee problems and pool heater wad out do could not use in door pool!!!!

We were able to leave our car there for a week while we flew to Maine. The hotel shuttle driver was out sick so they paid for us an Uber to and from the airport. All of this including parking for a week cost $60. Much cheaper than long term parking at the airport!

Tremendous value! I would 100% stay here again. Good location right off I-75, clean building seems like a newer construction, neighborhood felt fine, staff was tremendous--friendly and genuinely kind, room was clean and spacious and quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. I work for a non-profit, and this is EXACTLY what I hope for when I book: a tremendous value at a very reasonable rate. I'll be back!

Very dirty. Multiple cases of empty/partially empty beer bottles left in our room.

I'll start with the location. I liked it. It's set way back from the road and quiet. The room itself was OK. To a point. But I walked in at quarter to 2 in the morning after 22 hours of travel with a reservation already made. The desk lady was on the phone giving some info about the fire alarm, serial number type of thing and the extinguishers too. Turns out it was with the owner of the hotel. She told him I was there and he made her go to 3 other spots on the ground floor and get the numbers from everything before he would let her check me in. 10 minutes, which is an eternity at that point. When a customer walks in you let your employees help them, not make it harder. But that eventually got done. Then I got to the mostly OK room. It wasn't horrible, not great. Seen worse. BUT the curtains over the AC unit where the air vents were covered in mold. I took pics but don't see a place to put them. I don't know how long it takes to get to that state, but it has to have been that way for a while. There's no way this was the only room like that. And the elevator was a little sketchy. I got on at the 3rd floor and none of the floor buttons would work, the door closed and the call button has a piece of paper taped over it reading "Do not push button". Fortunately the open door button worked and I took the stairs. Pushed the button back on the ground floor, it took 3 tries, and all the buttons worked when it got down.

The bathtub in the room was so rusted around the spill valve metal was flaking off and i considered it unsafe to use to give my 4 year old a bath lest he get a tetanis shot beforehand. Room had a slight odor of urine as if a dog had wet the carpet. It was not what i was expecting for the money spent.

The hotel was fine for an overnight. Room was clean but had an odor of urine. I believe it was the fabric on the chair.

To begin, the lobby bathrooms were out of service. The room definitely had bed bugs since my husband has many, many bites that are raised bumps in a line. I will definitely not return.

First impression when you walk in is the smell of humidity or mold. Lady on the counter was nice, but shouldn't be on her personal phone while you have a customer checking in. My room was nice and clink, but there was a breathing sound out in the hallway all night and kept me awake. Very annoying and irritating. The channel options on the TV was nice.

Easy check-in and out but the room smelt very musty and the fridge smelt gross. A\C in our room did not work great.

It's time for an update here. While the hotel has all the basics such as refrigerators, microwaves, etc., most of it is tired. The AC worked, but not well. The hairdyer worked, but only had one speed. The cable guide didn't list channels below 100 which are all the local stations and there was nothing in the room to tell you. Nor did the clerk know anyway about it. We booked for the airport shuttle and that was fine.

Nice hotel. Comfort Inns are getting a little old. Still, a good place for the money. Near airport. Good shuttle service. One complaint: the WiFi was poor. Dropped my devices often, very slow - most of the time. Very nice staff.

A/C very noisy

It was a pretty okay stay. Our fan didnt work in the room and i was super excited we had one. My moms blanket on the bed had a stain. But overall it was okay. I liked that the pool was inside. I would stay there again if need be.

Extremely expensive for such a low quality hotel. Breakfast was awful. They ran out of fruit at 6:30 am, just 30 minutes into the service. The room felt tired and old. The AC unit was loud and poorly functioning. The room and hallways had a musty smell. Only one slow elevator which was extremely far from our room. Staff was friendly enough but overall not a pleasant experience.

Just a great place. Was extremely accommodating when we had to check in at 1 AM.

Check in at front desk was ok.I ask for an upper accesable and they said room 135 was the last one Noticed water on bathroom floor by sink at check in room. Upon return from our eveing10:00pm The bathroom floor was covered with water so we put our only towels on floor and retired for the evening. We discovered in the morning 8am floor was covered with water and it was coming from the toilet which was loose on the floor I disabled, wanted a shower tbut all towels wher now on the floor. breakfast ended at 9 so we reported the problem after breakfast.still no shower(no towels) The desk clerk summond the mngr Nicole Hartmen.She had a bad atitude from the start about how I did not call the desk at 1100 pm of our date night as if we wanted a maintenence man there to fix toilet. in the morning 10 minutes before the breakfast ended. She would not even look at the toilet leaking all over the bathroom with all our allocated towels on floor. I asked for a refund and she said no way cut and dry . the worst mngr I have ever meet in my 64 years. Customer service is a joke with this women.I will bring this to the attention of comfort inn corp. too.

This place was great!!!! Our flight got ruined so we had to find somewhere to stay and I will say this place was it! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our check out time was at 12 but our shuttle wasn't until 4 and they let us place our belongings in a safe area until departure. I would highly recommend this place.

Employee at the front desk who claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name was extremely rude

Service people were very helpful and courteous. Room, hallways and common areas were clean and even when it looks a little old, it's well maintained. The price was just right. Located conveniently close to the JetBlue park with easy access to the Daniels corridor and close to the airport. The beach is 40 mins away. Renting a car will be the wisest. They also offer shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was normal for these hotels, but always a plus: scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, waffles, plenty of fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, coffee, and juices. They have an inside pool that I could not use due to time constraints but looked nice, also the gym area. Definitely we'll be back

The front desk staff is really great. They assisted us cheerfully both late at night and very early in the morning. The shuttle bus drivers are also superb and helpful. The rooms are super clean and freshly scented. There are two restaurants nearby. This place has it all at a very reasonable rate.

The staff from the moment you walk through the door were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Easy and close access to the roads and airport make this a "prime pick". Highly recommend this place.

Close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Can walk to Cracker Barrel for supper.

Nice room for the price point most definitely. Would recommend due to proximity to the airport as very convenient. Not walkable for any food so that is a downside.

Some of the properties key card access did not work breakfast wasnt good, eggs seemed powdered or processed.

Positive experience good free breakfast

Front desk staff not very friendly. At times appeared to have more interest in their cell phones than customer service. “Breakfast Included” was very misleading. Minimal choices and not well stocked with condiments or coffee cups.

Airport shuttle took 3 calls to hotel before someone admitted that shuttle bus does not come around regularly, and you have to order it. Check in took about 15 minutes with only one attendant on duty and only 2 people ahead of me. Went for breakfast at 6:30 am (starts at 6), and eggs and some other items were already gone, and not restocked. Not much in neighborhood for dining.

A decent choice for a quick, inexpensive overnight stay. The breakfast bar was a hot bar, with eggs, sausage, and a waffle station the morning I was there.

Convenient location. Great value. Breakfast is basic basic.
