Great place and location to stay. Staff were all helpful and nice. The pool is not heated and at end of day it’s very cold. Got the half board but The greasy buffet food made me sick everyday so stopped eating there. Ask about the added fees for water and drinks before ordering. Be careful with leaving your garments on the balcony. They will fly away from the strong winds in the alley. Which happened to us. They were never recovered. Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were not and made my neck and shoulders stiff up and hurt. The AC and the lighting in the room were great. You need a deposit for the safe in the room and a key card for the lights. Over all, great room, price and location.

Pros: food was pretty good, close to the beach Cons: "all inclusive" should be called "partially inclusive" and most staff just had no desire to be accommodating. Received a flat "no" for simple requests so many times. Some examples of my unreasonable demands, - a glass of water: was at breakfast, admittedly a bit late but staff let us in and all I wanted was some toast. "no breakfast is over." - a cup of coffee: "no, we cannot serve all-inclusive guests at this time." - a basket of fries: ditto the above - being seated for dinner: wife and I were waiting on line for dinner, wife stepped away to go to the bathroom. "no we can't seat you without the full party, go to the back of the line now" - a beer at the beach bar: "no, we cannot serve all-inclusive guests at the beach bar, go back inside" other random things I disliked: - wifi was down for nearly the entire trip (8 out of 10 days) - bathroom had no ventilation - bedroom was tiny - requested full and twin beds and got 3 twins instead - various advertised amenities such as fridge and safe need to be requested and upcharged. - cooling system barely does anything unless you leave it on full blast all day/night FWIW the younger staff members were great and tried to be accommodating, I guess their training hasn't sunk in yet.

We asked the receptionist and they were very unfriendly and just said that it doesn’t work. Not ok at all Refrigerator: that were also supposed to be included. It wasn’t, we had to rent it for 15 Euros, not ok at all. Breakfast: was very poorly with food and I looked at the pictures on the website, that is not even close what it was in reality. And so crowded with people everywhere and so busy. Safety box: that didn’t work and again, if we wanted to use it, we need to rent it. Not ok at all. Receptionist: all of them, especially Svetlana was not friendly and not service minded at all. Just said all the time that everything is what it is and they can’t do anything about it. We were so unhappy with our stay so we checked out one day before and night before planned. We asked the reception if we can have money back because we checked out one night before, and again, the reception was not service minded and friendly and did not cooperate with us at all and just say no. So crowded with people everywhere, it was awful. Pay the room directly when we comes, that is not how it is done, was very strange! The pool was horrible when it opened, crowded with so many people and not nice This is not a 3 star hotel, it is 2 stars. We don’t recommend it at all, I will never come back. I have emailed the hotell about our complaint, no answer

Fuimos 1 noche. El trato del personal excelente, fui con un perro mediano y todo muy bien. Solo decir que las habitaciones que estan sobre la entrada del hotel, que tienen la terraza muy pequeña y aunque solo hay 2 sillas, no te puedes sentar, porque no hay espacio suficiente. Un consejo si llevas perros pequeños, tener mucho cuidado en la terraza, ya que desde la base de la barandilla, ( que es de vidrio ) hasta el suelo, hay un espacio por el que podria caerse vuestro perro a la calle.

Very clean, friendly hotel which is very good value for money. There was plenty of option available in the buffets and food was of a high standard. Drinks were reasonably priced with some bargains to be had so we were happy to be half board. Make sure you bring a beach towel as these are not provided- rather surprisingly for a hotel right on the beach front. Also be aware there are no sun loungers available to hire anywhere on the beach. A small table on the balcony would be a nice addition as well.

Överlag väldigt nöjd med detta boendet. Otroligt fräscht och trevlig personal. Bra läge bara ett stenkast från stranden. Helt okej mat i all inclusive, fanns ibland lite mer att önska men blev alltid mätt. En del i personalen som inte pratade engelska vilket var lite besvärligt, det löste sig dock alltid. Fräscht poolområde dock ganska litet och inte sol förens på eftermiddagen.

Das einzige was ich in diesem Haus absolut positiv bewerte ist das Personal. Ansonsten war es dreckig, Haare im Bett und im Bad, das Bad war eine Zumutung und ich musste die Toiletten im Foyer benutzen. Noch nicht einmal Platz für einen Kulturbeutel, geschweige denn „Hinsetzen“ auf der Toilette die zwischen.Dusche und Waschbecken mit Null Toleranz / Seitenabstand installiert war. Zerissene Matratzen, billigster Mist! Balkon war gerade so groß das man sich als Einzelperson daraufstellen konnte, umdrehen unmöglich! Von den Wohnungen gegenüber hat man einen perfekten Blick ins Zimmer, die Privatsphäre ist also eingeschränkt!

The hotel is really nice right on the sea-front we had a front sea view on 5th floor. The noise of the sea took a bit to get used too as we live in the country with no noise at all. The room was as in the picture very nice. The balcony a little small with room for 2 chairs. Despite the advert saying there is a fridge in room this is an extra you can pay for if you wish. We didnt need one. The room is cleaned and bed made and fresh towels each day. The lady cleaner on 5th floor was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful. It was quite quiet as it is not peak season but much busier at the weekend. The area is easy walking a very long promenade. We saw dolphins one morning close in and kentish plover and chick on beach. The train only about 5 mins walk with access to barcelona, sitges, Tarragona etc and lots of other places and runs about every 30 mins. Lots of restaurants along the front. Not all with english writing on menu. We found a little cafe called don borata which was nicely cooked food and friendly staff

Keine Ruhe in der Nacht. Bis 2 Uhr und ab 5 Uhr rollten die Koffer mit großem Lärm an unserem Zimmer vorbei. Zwei schlaflose Nächte. Dafür müsste man Geld zurückbekommen. Für uns nie wieder.

Camas cómodas y el acceso a internet era imposible con tanta gente iba lentísimo

Notre séjour à été sympa ,hôtel agréable. Sourire. Ainsi que le bonjour ola régulier,nourriture parfaite mais gros bémol sur l insonorisation des chambres. Nos voisins non respectueux on mis le bazar toute les nuits malgré nos demandes de stopper ...dommage

Habitación individual tamaño normal, algo pequeño obviamente. Colchón algo incómodo. Almohadas bajas. Desayuno sencillo, zumos aguados, bollería industrial en demasia. Atención en comedor bien, en recepción justita.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Y el ambiente q encontrmos muy bien, sin ruidos,… pero hay que decir q estava lleno de jubilados franceses, y normalmente son muy educados y cuidadosos. Las habitaciones son justitas, pero tienen de todo, incluso un pequeño balcón. La habitación se veia antigua. La cama y ropa de cama muy cómodas. El desayuno es muy correcto. Lo único que no nos gustó fué que la habitación tenia una puerta de madera que comunicaba com otra habitación y se oia todo.

The staff on reception are amazing . I have been there many times and been treated great . I selected a family room as it was all that was available . I didn’t like the room or it location . But I guess it was just bad luck as hotel fully booked . First time it’s ever happened

L'hotel est correct et bien situé. La restauration est de piètre qualité. Si vous prenez la 1/2 pension ou la pension complète, attention, les boissons ne sont pas incluses, même pas l'eau. Le personnel est agressif. Aucune information sur le fonctionnement de l'hotel, mais attention, si vous ne respectez pas les règles, on vous houspille. Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

Tout était parfait, très bon petit déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet. Notre chambre était vraiment très bien et agréable avec une belle vue mer Un accueil très cordial

En general bien para un 3 estrellas. Sólo tuve una incidencia el día de la salida del hotel con una de las personas de recepción, porque me atendió de muy malas maneras. Por lo demás, todo aceptable.

Great medium sized hotel well located right on the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Not the easiest place to find and parking is not easy with many restrictions on the roads surrounding the hotel. Apparantly they do have a car park but once I had parked on the street to check-in I didn't want to move the car again.

Right on a beautiful beach. Room was renovated though fluff balls under beds etc get the sea view room. Worth every cent

Frühstück war überschaubar alle Kaffeemaschinen haben nicht richtig funktioniert und der Kaffee war entsprechend schlecht

La comida del restaurante deja mucho que desear, aunque sea bufé libre , muchos de los platos son recalentado del los días anteriores La bebida deberían poner jarras de agua por mesa , aunque fuera del grifo ,ya que te cobran por el agua una barbaridad y si es menú completo, creo que el agua debería entar
