Loved the balcony for people watching! Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Noise machines helped drown out street noise at night. Great location and very walkable to the French Quarter.

Check in was easy. The apartment was very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The artwork and general decor was well done. This was an overall beautiful rental and I would highly recommend it.

The girls and I had such a wonderful time catching up and making memories at this fabulous condo! It was just as depicted in the pictures and came well stocked with everything we needed. First and most importantly, we never felt unsafe as there are 3 doors of entry that each required a code. Being on a corner lot in the Frenchman district, the wrap-around balcony gave us a great view of revelers and an opportunity to enjoy the sound of local music! Great location, and even greater accommodations. You won't be disappointed!

this location was perfectly located, the view is STUNNING!!, and absolutely worth every penny for our gaycation stay we came in as a group of 4 needing 3 beds, and we all were not disappointed! upon check-in, this property was absolutely pristine, was able to access the balcony easily, and Im still blown away by the multiple levels of security during our stay

Had such a great time at this property. It was in the perfect location to walj pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. A surprise parade went right by the belocny and the noise wasnt terrible. They had white noise machines in the rooms and that was a huge help. Washing machines were also a huge plus. Beautiful property and responsive hosts.

Great property, great location, great host. Beautiful property, fit my husband and I along with our 2 adult children and their partners comfortably. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Our host was excellent at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. Location on Frenchman St was awesome for listening to live music. Would recommend 100%!

Our group absolutely loved this location and unit! We wanted the music of Frenchmen Street, and we were right across from our three favorites. This place looked newly remodeled with lovely decor. We enjoyed the outside gallery that wraps around the corner. The coffee bar was a nice touch and appreciated the coffee and Kuerig pods. We felt very safe in our unit with three coded doors between us and the street. It was a great spot to people watch and relax between outings. We did hear music and trucks in the late night and early morning, but decided it was a good trade off for the fabulous location. There are only two suggestions for the unit…provide more tissue paper in the bathrooms (we purchased more) and more hangers (there were about 12-15 for the entire place) I like to hang my clothes and unpack my suitcase. Without hangers or a dresser, we had to live out of the suitcase. Not a big deal, just would have been nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Our stay was awesome! The place is gorgeous and was stocked with all the things you might need. It is a pretty loud street with live music at night but they had sound machines and fans to help drownout the noise so we slept great! The balcony was amazing we hung out there every morning and night! We would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! All the excitement of Frenchman street is literally right out your door. Apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was some noise from the street but that’s to be expected in that area. If you are looking for a quiet spot this is not it. Check in and out was easy. We parked in the gated lot behind the building and never had to drive our car the entire trip. We walked everywhere including the French Quarter & Bourbon St. Ubers were reasonable and quick too if needed. We were able to pull up in front of the door and unload quickly. The apartment was clean but some of the walls were scuffed up. Could use a paint job. There was tresemme shampoo/conditioner and dove body wash in both showers, Only 6 towels (1 for each person) so if you like more bring your own or be prepared to wash. There was also washing detergent and plenty of trash bags. The balcony was nice to have but felt a little uneasy to walk on. We didn’t spend much time out there. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. Some of the chairs had large holes in the seats. Over all we had an awesome visit and would certainly stay here again!

Checkin was super easy. I appreciated the host reaching out to make sure we had what we needed. The apartment looked exactly like the photos on the listing and was really comfortable to hang out in after long days of touristing. Everything was easily accessible from the music clubs, to the French market to the street car line. The street noise was expected given the location but not too bad. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.it was nice to have the kitchen to heat leftovers at.

We had a blast at this lovely spacious apartment! The balcony was absolutely amazing and we spent lots of time out there enjoying the music from local bars and the lively street scene below. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Best location in NOLA for enjoying all the city has to offer!

Came out for a quick stay in New Orleans to get some great food, good live music and take on the vibe of the city. The last time I came to New Orleans we visited the Frenchmen area, this property allowed us to experience just that. The property was very clean, enough space for us and we couldn't ask for more, when it comes to location, location, location. Excellent stay!

This place was perfect for our group. We had 5 people in our group and there was plenty of space. We loved hanging out on the balcony in the evening. The place was clean and modern on the inside; looked exactly like the photos! Protip: Frenchman street is LOUD until very early in the morning. There are white noise machines in each room but I suggest also bringing a set of ear plugs :)

Amazing property , huge balcony overlooking Frenchman’s St and a perfect place to stay for three couples . You will love this place. Walking distance to everything and it’s location in the middle of all the fun !!!

The 3bedroom apartment was lovely. Spacious enough for 6adults to feel comfortable. We were very close to good restaurants and the music venues were fun and unique. Walkable to the French Quarter. We parked on the street.. again no problem. Great place.

The apartment is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Love the balcony and the location!!! The outside noise is incredibly loud especially on weekends. Frenchmen Street is noisy because of the awesome live music and crowds till at least 2 am. This could be fun if you are looking for a party atmosphere. As another reviewer mentioned, now there are also commercial and private vehicles that loop the street blaring extremely loud party music and loud bass. Kind of takes away from the great live music vibe on the street. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable in every other way. We had many enjoyable evenings sitting on the balcony, listening to music down below and people watching. The owners were wonderful-very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. All in all a wonderful time!! Highly recommend for a lively nightowl group vacay. 😄

What a great place! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I wasn’t prepared for how loud it is to stay on this street at night but they provided white noise machines and that was super helpful.

The apartment is gorgeous and clean. The balcony is perfect and a great place to hang. There is an awesome bar just next door, and you are steps away from all the Marigny has to offer and so close to the Bywater and French Quarter too. As others have said, it can be a bit loud at night and early morning, but the sound machines helped, and we loved the energy of the surroundings. Even my 70 year old mom enjoyed the place despite the sounds. Weekend nights were a bit louder than weeknights. This is an amazing place to stay. I’d book it again without hesitation.

With two adult children, wanted to stay near enough to the heart of things without being in the French Quarter. This beautiful apartment was perfect - our neighborhood was peaceful during the day and lively at night, and within walking distance of the Quarter as well as lovely restaurant and bar choices in the neighborhood. Craig was an excellent host and assisted with a last-minute request at check-in that made our first day there much easier.

It is a pretty loud street with live music at night but they had sound machines and fans to help drownout the noise so we slept great! Checkin was super easy. I appreciated the host reaching out to make sure we had what we needed. The apartment looked exactly like the photos on the listing and was really comfortable to hang out in after long days of touristing. Everything was easily accessible from the music clubs, to the French market to the street car line. The street noise was expected given the location but not too bad. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.it was nice to have the kitchen to heat leftovers at.

Really loved the apartment. Comfy beds, stylish apartment, and very cool during the hot summer days. Frenchman street is alive with jazz and people watching. You need to be okay with a bit of noise, but the white noise machines in each bedroom helped! Our hosts were attentive and always available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The property was exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located for exploring the French Quarter on foot. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay near the French Quarter. Keep in mind that the venues on Frenchman Street can be very loud into the wee hours of the morning so bring your earplugs! But it was great to be just steps from so many music venues. Also the private balcony was a real perk.

Had such a great time at this property. It was in the perfect location to walj pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. A surprise parade went right by the belocny and the noise wasnt terrible. They had white noise machines in the rooms and that was a huge help. Washing machines were also a huge plus. Beautiful property and responsive hosts.

Great property, great location, great host. Beautiful property, fit my husband and I along with our 2 adult children and their partners comfortably. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Our host was excellent at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. Location on Frenchman St was awesome for listening to live music. Would recommend 100%!

With two adult children, wanted to stay near enough to the heart of things without being in the French Quarter. This beautiful apartment was perfect - our neighborhood was peaceful during the day and lively at night, and within walking distance of the Quarter as well as lovely restaurant and bar choices in the neighborhood. Craig was an excellent host and assisted with a last-minute request at check-in that made our first day there much easier.

We had a wonderful stay! All the excitement of Frenchman street is literally right out your door. Apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was some noise from the street but that’s to be expected in that area. If you are looking for a quiet spot this is not it. Check in and out was easy. We parked in the gated lot behind the building and never had to drive our car the entire trip. We walked everywhere including the French Quarter & Bourbon St. Ubers were reasonable and quick too if needed. We were able to pull up in front of the door and unload quickly. The apartment was clean but some of the walls were scuffed up. Could use a paint job. There was tresemme shampoo/conditioner and dove body wash in both showers, Only 6 towels (1 for each person) so if you like more bring your own or be prepared to wash. There was also washing detergent and plenty of trash bags. The balcony was nice to have but felt a little uneasy to walk on. We didn’t spend much time out there. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. Some of the chairs had large holes in the seats. Over all we had an awesome visit and would certainly stay here again!

Highly recommend. Way better than my hotel stays. Excellent guidance and communication from the manager. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice either. Very nice and safe area with great food and drink options. Plenty to do directly around and short walk to the main attractions. Trolley is also nearby.

Loved the balcony for people watching! Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Noise machines helped drown out street noise at night. Great location and very walkable to the French Quarter.

The overall vibe and look of this place was perfect if you want to experience NO. It's in a great location to enjoy Frenchman Street while not being right in the middle of the noise. The jazz bar across the street and everything else right there make for a good time easily accessible. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the amount of homeless and drug activities, which isn't in property owners control, but should be noted for anyone staying. They were not aggressive or hostile.

The 3bedroom apartment was lovely. Spacious enough for 6adults to feel comfortable. We were very close to good restaurants and the music venues were fun and unique. Walkable to the French Quarter. We parked on the street.. again no problem. Great place.

The property was wonderful. Very updated. clean and a lot of amenities. The only issue was that there is a bar/music venue across the street from the Unit and the music was very loud which was a problem getting to sleep at night.

Great location on Frenchmen St close to several clubs, the Decatur St markets, and a local brewery with nice food options. Entrance to unit is a little sketchy, but secured by coded locks. Outside street noise was quite loud most evenings during Jazz Fest.Accommodations were open and spacious for two couples. The unit needs a deep cleaning and dusting, more bath and kitchen towels, and functioning cookware for induction cooktop (only one large frying pan with a warped bottom that would not heat).

This is an absolute win if you enjoy being in the midst of the action, but close enough to step away and relax too. The roof top patio was a real delight for people watching and relaxing. The only thing to be aware is being in the midst of activity is the music noise. Bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper. But we had a great stay.

We brought earplugs knowing we were on a street full of late night music, but Craig thought ahead and there’s a white-noisemaker in each room. This stay was most definitely worth the price. Easy walking to the French market, the tram, and plenty of food/drinks/music just downstairs. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

It doesn't get better than this if you really want to experience the heart of New Orleans. This is a beautiful apartment with far more than you could want or need for a stay. Beautiful and clean. The location is superb and it is a unique experience being right in the midst. So much fun to listen and watch from the balcony. I'm still on cloud 9 that we were able to book it. Be prepared for loud music/noise until the wee hours of the morning, which we enjoyed, and they do have noise machines, if you're a lighter sleeper. We would book future trips to NOLA around the availability of this lodging.
