I'd gladly give this spot 5 stars, but be warned that the summer of 2025 the elevator in the building is not working. That may not sound like a lot, but you'll park on a lower level. This unit is on the "second floor" but there's a main floor before floor 1. So really you are on floor 3 plus a lower level down to the parking lot. That's a lot of stairs to haul luggage up in a high altitude.The management company did let us know a month or so before the trip (but well after we booked it) that the elevator was out. We talked with other guests in the property whose management company did not tell them, so I applaud Little Sisters for letting us know. That said, I felt like there should've been some discount or rebate given to us for our trouble.Now to the positives...lots of space and everything is as presented on the listing. It's a beautiful unit and I'd definitely stay here again. Having the park pass is a nice touch. The location is easy to navigate in Canmore. Walkable to some restaurants, breweries, etc. Canmore is very easy to get around if you have a car. Management company is easy to reach during your stay as well. Very responsive.So: I'd 100% stay here again. But, I'd make 100% sure the elevator is running before booking.

I stayed with my daughter & this place was perfect. Lots of space, my daughter (9) loved having a tv in the bedroom that she could connect to Netflix. It had everything we needed. The pool is great for kids and the hot tub was nice for mom. Great to have indoor parking as well. The people we dealt with on the phone were so lovely as well - making sure we had what we needed to get into the suite.

This was our first visit to the Canadian Rockies and we were very pleased with this Canmore property. The rental was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, even basic laundry supplies.The communication was excellent the whole way, including being able to text the rental office if we had any concerns. The pool is a bit small, but the hot tub area is very large. All indoors. There are several eateries and a bar within walking distance.Note that the elevator is not working and it's three flights of stairs from the parking garage; it was a workout at first with the altitude, but we eventually grew to appreciate the extra exercise. Note that the complimentary Parks Canada Discovery pass might be turned away at the pass checkpoint on your way to Jasper Park, so be prepared to pay if the agent doesn't accept it. Otherwise, it worked well within Banff.

The property was as described and had everything we needed as a family with a child under 2 to be comfortable for 3 nights. Indoor pool and hot tub were a building over but very nice to have to keep busy.

This condo was exactly as described and exceded our expectations. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 adult sons, plus our dog who had never traveled with us before. Some other rentals I had looked at gave me the impression that bringing a pet was somewhat of an inconvenience, but that was not the case here which we appreciated. The unit has a great layout and was very clean with adequate supplies. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit as well.The elevator for the building was unfortunately out of service, but the unit is on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too big of an issue. Our only complaint was that getting to the pool area was a bit of a hassle because we had to go through the parkade to get there, but this was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely love to stay in this rental again!

There are some upgrades going on but getting some extra exercise using stairs was a great bonus!Beautiful condo, so luxurious! Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Great hot tub!!!

We had a great stay with our adult family members at Solera. Condo had plenty of space for all. Parkade was nice to have our vehicle in. Short walk to downtown. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make our meals here. Coffee maker was a little slow to brew a pot of coffee- I’d recommend a Keurig type coffee maker… more convenient. Hot tub was great after a hike. We didn’t use the pool though. Beds very very comfortable. Nothing to do with the condo itself, but the elevator was stuck with one of our family members and dog in it for about 45 minutes. Staff were quick to act on it, once alerted of the problem. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Canmore.

Place was nice and central to walking downtown and to the trail for biking. Had everything we needed and a decent kitchen for cooking. My only negative would be that it’s the warm season so people anre out on the decks and ours hadn’t been cleaned in quiet sometime.

Building could use an update as it is starting to show its age. In particular the common hallways and stairwells need new carpet or at the very least a good washing. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. We suggest a better and faster coffee maker as this one did not function well. Also the pillows need to be replaced. Enjoyed the location of the apartment and the free parking. Would definitely return but would bring my own Bodum.

What a wonderful rental. We had all we needed and more. It was very well maintained, it was quiet and perfect for our 3night stay in Canmore. Fenwick made sure that we had everything we needed and that they were easily reached if we needed them, will certainly use them again and have no problem recommending them.

Three of us stayed there for a week and it was great. The condo is a short walk from downtown Canmore and you can also access the trails that run out of town very easily. The condo is in a cluster of buildings that are all providing the same resort condos so there are amenities nearby. The overall space allows you to be together while also allowing folks to sleep in if they want without people disrupting them. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics and you can easily make a full meal that isn't too complicated for multiple people whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The balcony is great for eating and hanging out and is shielded from most folks if you like privacy. The beds, including the sofa bed are really comfortable and the linens are great for any weather. The bathrooms provide enough space for folks to have their stuff and you aren't in each others way. The management folks were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was okay which was appreciated. Overall it is a great space and really well located. Canmore is a lovely town with great restaurants, shops and walks. Much more pleasant than the town of Banff which felt really touristy. I highly recommend coming to this part of the world, it is truly majestic and this was a great place to come back to at the end of each day.

Room was excellent and well supplied full set of dishes and cooking utensils. Even though facing another building we could see 2 sets of mountains towering over the opposite buildings. Planning to come back next year. The 1st 3 weeks of November was excellent weather for hiking and walking and a good amount of sunshine.

Absolutely amazing stay, great location and very beautiful property. Everything needed for a great stay including a great spice rack and coffee and tea selection, lots of towels and a variety of soap. Fun for the kids too as it had lots of nooks and crannies to hide in! Had a couple of small sunken spots on the floor that need repair, i would not have noticed, except the kids did.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Fortunately we were on the second floor so the lack of elevator service wasn’t a big deal. Good and frequent communication was appreciated as were all the details provided in the suite. Would love to stay here again.

This condo has everything that you need for a stay in Canmore and to visit Lake Louise and more. It is spacious and comfortable. We were 4 adults, had everything for us and easy walk into the town. Although we had a parks pass we thought the one with the condo was a great addition. The owners communication was excellent and we would highly recommend staying here. We loved it.

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. We suggest a better and faster coffee maker as this one did not function well. Also the pillows need to be replaced. Enjoyed the location of the apartment and the free parking. Would definitely return but would bring my own Bodum.

Our family stayed in this lovely condo with Fenwick Vacation Rentals. Easy & smooth check-in & check-out. Great communication in a timely manner. Everything we needed for our time away was provided - felt like home. Will definitely book here again when we are in town. Thank you so much for hosting us :)

I'd gladly give this spot 5 stars, but be warned that the summer of 2025 the elevator in the building is not working. That may not sound like a lot, but you'll park on a lower level. This unit is on the "second floor" but there's a main floor before floor 1. So really you are on floor 3 plus a lower level down to the parking lot. That's a lot of stairs to haul luggage up in a high altitude.The management company did let us know a month or so before the trip (but well after we booked it) that the elevator was out. We talked with other guests in the property whose management company did not tell them, so I applaud Little Sisters for letting us know. That said, I felt like there should've been some discount or rebate given to us for our trouble.Now to the positives...lots of space and everything is as presented on the listing. It's a beautiful unit and I'd definitely stay here again. Having the park pass is a nice touch. The location is easy to navigate in Canmore. Walkable to some restaurants, breweries, etc. Canmore is very easy to get around if you have a car. Management company is easy to reach during your stay as well. Very responsive.So: I'd 100% stay here again. But, I'd make 100% sure the elevator is running before booking.

We had a wonderful weekend in Canmore staying at Fenwich Property at Solara. The location is ideal, lots of room for our family. Checking in and out was quick and efficient and they were very proactive with communication. We received a email detailing check in, a text with codes and a phone call the day. I would highly recommend staying here.

Three of us stayed there for a week and it was great. The condo is a short walk from downtown Canmore and you can also access the trails that run out of town very easily. The condo is in a cluster of buildings that are all providing the same resort condos so there are amenities nearby. The overall space allows you to be together while also allowing folks to sleep in if they want without people disrupting them. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics and you can easily make a full meal that isn't too complicated for multiple people whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The balcony is great for eating and hanging out and is shielded from most folks if you like privacy. The beds, including the sofa bed are really comfortable and the linens are great for any weather. The bathrooms provide enough space for folks to have their stuff and you aren't in each others way. The management folks were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was okay which was appreciated. Overall it is a great space and really well located. Canmore is a lovely town with great restaurants, shops and walks. Much more pleasant than the town of Banff which felt really touristy. I highly recommend coming to this part of the world, it is truly majestic and this was a great place to come back to at the end of each day.

This was our first visit to the Canadian Rockies and we were very pleased with this Canmore property. The rental was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, even basic laundry supplies.The communication was excellent the whole way, including being able to text the rental office if we had any concerns. The pool is a bit small, but the hot tub area is very large. All indoors. There are several eateries and a bar within walking distance.Note that the elevator is not working and it's three flights of stairs from the parking garage; it was a workout at first with the altitude, but we eventually grew to appreciate the extra exercise. Note that the complimentary Parks Canada Discovery pass might be turned away at the pass checkpoint on your way to Jasper Park, so be prepared to pay if the agent doesn't accept it. Otherwise, it worked well within Banff.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Fortunately we were on the second floor so the lack of elevator service wasn’t a big deal. Good and frequent communication was appreciated as were all the details provided in the suite. Would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful rental. We had all we needed and more. It was very well maintained, it was quiet and perfect for our 3night stay in Canmore. Fenwick made sure that we had everything we needed and that they were easily reached if we needed them, will certainly use them again and have no problem recommending them.

Amazing stay at a beautiful condo in Canmore! Everything was within walking distance—restaurants, shops, and trails. The condo had great amenities like a hot tub and fitness room, plus stunning mountain views. Highly recommend!

The location was great. It is easy to get to everything, not in the busy city's hubbub. Canmore was perfect for after-dinner walks and a very quaint downtown. I would stay here again in a minute. The condo is well equipped.

This condo has everything that you need for a stay in Canmore and to visit Lake Louise and more. It is spacious and comfortable. We were 4 adults, had everything for us and easy walk into the town. Although we had a parks pass we thought the one with the condo was a great addition. The owners communication was excellent and we would highly recommend staying here. We loved it.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Solara condo in Canmore, managed by Little Sister Getaways. So this isn’t intended as a critique but rather information just for expectation alignment. The Parks Canada pass was a nice amenity but most condo options provide this. Parking was good for 1 vehicle but tight. This is a large condo complex.. picture long hallways. The pool and hot tub are accessible basically through the garage with not much character. The “fireplaces” are basically for show.. no gas heat, almost like a video. Internet WiFi was adequate but slow. Kitchen was good but beware that groceries in Canmore will be about double or triple the cost of what you normally pay. There are great views in Canmore but basically nothing from your condo. The laundry is nice to have but you’ll find the capacity is about 1/3 of a normal load. The condo had many wall dings that I documented with pictures to avoid any damage deposit claims. Again no major complaints, just expectation alignment.

We had a great week in Canmore (May 11-15)!! The location is great with lots of trails right outside the doors for walking and biking, restaurants within walking distance and it felt like a nice quiet area. The balcony gets lovely morning sun and is cool and shady for the rest of the day. We had some problems with our access code upon arrival but communication with the host was great to get it sorted as quickly as possible. The layout of the condo was wonderful, providing lots of space and privacy for different family members, a great kitchen for cooking and our guest that slept on the pullout said it was very comfy. The pics of the condo were as posted on the website. It was clean, had eveything we needed for a super comfortable stay. The only thing we were disappointed we didn’t take advantage this trip was the pool and hot tub. Having a park pass was a nice bonus and I can't emphasize how much we appreciated the pet-friendly policy so that we could bring our dog along on our vacation without additional fees. The underground parking was also great and we didn't ever have a problem finding convenient street parking for our second vehicle. We will definitely book here again for future stays in Canmore!!
