Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El Spa y la piscina es un plus, la piscina extra limpia y al estar cubierta la temperatura del agua está muy bien y dentro de la zona cubierta es muy agradable incluso cuando está nublado. La sauna finlandesa y la turca súper bien, y el jacuzzi también. Estaba limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado perfecto y la ducha invitava a ducharse. Una terracita coqueta. Está renovado con gusto. Muy bien situado. Los viernes y sábados con música en directo en el bar, súper bien. Hemos podido aparcar en los espacios reservados para el hotel sin coste adicional, imagino que es por ser temporada baja. Lo recomiendo 100%.

El apartamento fatal. La habitación estaba llena de hormigas, menos mal que solo fue una noche (la cual tampoco fue barata), para nosotros lo mejor fue la piscina aunque al estar cubierta hacía muchísima calor, pero era muy grande. En cuanto al spa es “gratis” pero tenías que comprar un gorro de 8 euros y máximo eran 15 minutos y solo estaba abierto de 14h a 17h

A estadia foi boa , apesar de que o hotel me deixou bastante a desejar , as máquinas de jogos ao pé da piscina estavam todas fora de serviço e o único entretimento que havia era a mesa de snooker dentro do hotel e havia sempre muita gente. A casa de banho o chuveiro mais pequeno não funcionava , na varanda só havia 2 cadeiras , não disponibilizam cinzeiros e nem uma mesa tem para puder pousar algumas coisas , no corredor do hotel onde dava acesso aos quartos neste caso no 3 piso , havia infiltrações e chovia lá. Ao pequeno almoço ia sempre cedo a horas razoáveis sempre entre as 8:30 e as 9:00 pedi panquecas todos os dias e o que respondiam era sempre “hoje já acabou já não temos os ingredientes só amanhã” e depois em nenhum dia houve. Além disso só há 2 jacuzzis e apesar de serem bons era sempre difícil uma vez que havia muitas pessoas para ir, a piscina apesar de ser interior na minha opinião deveria ser semiaquecida , porque em temos de inverno se alguém quiser ir é muito complicado porque água é fria.

I chose this hotel for trhe spa, but the first Sunday 21st september, it wasn't working and when I could finally go, I was told that from 5 Pm I had to pay while payment by hotel guests was not mentioned anywhere. But, all in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Estava tudo bom em relação ao estacionamento muito fraco horrível tive o cuidado de escolher um hotel com estacionamento quando cheguei ao a funcionar disse me que nao tinha para ir no dia seguinte ver se tinha fora do hotel nao tinha estacionamento nem a pagar deixei o carro a 1km em cima do passeio sempre preocupado Este hotel nunca mais

Helt ok, men ikke så fint som bildene skulle tilsi. Begrenset tilgang til spa som hotellgjest og med masse regler og tidsbegrensninger, men ingen garderobe eller krav om å dusje før bruk.

Hotel a precisar de reforma profunda. Hoje não é um 4 estrelas. Limpeza do quarto sofrível. Mobiliário velho e degradado. Pequeno almoço fraco. O sumo de laranja é sintético. O café não tem qualidade. Pouca variedade. Encontrar a sala de refeições é uma “caça ao tesouro”.

Hemos ido varias veces a este hotel, pero este año nos ha tocado una habitación bastante Regular. El suelo del baño no estaba muy limpio, los amenities eran escasos, en la ducha solo había gel de baño y de calidad regular, nada de shampoo como en otras ocasiones. Algunas almohadas parecían más una toalla arrugada que una almohada. El colchón un poco duro. Los bordes inferiores del canapé no daban buena imagen, adjunto fotos ambos lados. La tv era más pequeña que mi Tablet. La funda del sillón no invitaba a sentarse. Decidimos quedarnos así en la habitación porque estábamos cansados y no nos apetecía un cambio, ya que la entrada fue bastante tardía, a las 16:00 hora local. Esto ha cambiado últimamente porque antes la entrada era a las 14:00 y después a las 15:00. Ahora es a las 16:00 pero la hora de salida no ha cambiado, sigue siendo a las 12:00. Creo que es por falta de personal, en nuestra planta solo había una camarera de habitaciones, de ahí la deficiencia. Una sola persona por planta y en un hotel grande, es normal que necesite 4 horas o más para que haya disponibilidad. Esperamos lo corrijan.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this I must say was the worst. I would have walked out but I was so tired from traveling. Food was basic and I’d say it was worse than uni food. I had 2 nights booked half board and we left after the 1st night. I asked for a refund but they could not offer that, but I will email the manager who was on holiday …… Booked a lovely hotel on the front for only a little more money which was lovely! The staff must face complaints all the time. The staff were lovely but the facilities and hotel needs a complete makeover. Our room was horrid and if it was my hotel I would feel ashamed of the state of the rooms. Beds you can feel the springs, chair and headboard peeling all over of the fake UPVC, very basic old cheep furniture. Dirty filthy curtains. This is more like a very cheap hostel for the homeless. I went to the spa which was deserted and was so old and fairly horrid I did not use it. Steam from no steam. I would say this hotel needs to close down. Please don’t waste your money. Perhaps the manager should stay in the room I had and I’m sure he would feel disgusted

Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Navegadores was disappointing and didn’t live up to its 4-star rating. Check-in was supposed to be from 4 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 5:45 PM. Even then, it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We notified the reception, and while they said it would be taken care of, nothing happened until we followed up again around 8 PM. It was nearly 8:30 PM before the room was finally cleaned — more than 4 hours after official check-in time. The room itself felt quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. There were visible signs of wear and tear, particularly on the bed, which added to the overall feeling that the hotel is not being maintained to a 4-star standard. The pool area was okay, but overcrowded, and the bar was average — service was slow, but understandable given the number of guests. Overall, not a great experience. Definitely not deserving of a 4-star rating, and there are better options in town, even at a lower price point.

Gostei do hotel. Correu bem o check in e ckeck out como previsto. Boa localização, proximo de restaurantes, pastelarias, supermercados e proximo da praia. Piscina muito agradável. Quem quiser ficar pelo hotel é bastante calmo para descansar. Suita com boas condições. Sistema internet deve ser melhorado, muito lento e no quarto tem pouco acesso internet.

Gostei do hotel. Correu bem o check in e ckeck out como previsto. Boa localização, proximo de restaurantes, pastelarias, supermercados e proximo da praia. Piscina muito agradável. Quem quiser ficar pelo hotel é bastante calmo para descansar. Suita com boas condições. Sistema internet deve ser melhorado, muito lento e no quarto tem pouco acesso internet.

Muito abaixo da expectativa. Quartos ruins, alimentação e atendimento sofríveis, padrão DUAS ESTRELAS. A geladeira não funcionava, televisão pequena, colchão e travesseiros muito ruins. Enfim, um local não é aprazível e ainda cobram caro por estacionamento numa área quase pública e sem movimento. Uma péssima experiência!

This review is all you will need if you want to stay here. Room and condition - 1/10. My room had a very temperamental air con that didn’t manage to cool the room down as much as it should. The bed is dreadful! If you value comfort, a soft(ish) bed that you can get a good nights sleep in then good luck. You won’t find it here. My back is in a lot of pain from the 5 night stay at this hotel. Let’s all cross our hands and feet and hope my masseuse can fix this. There is a small fridge in the room but it is not self catering by any means. No kettle. No mugs/coffee or tea. The room looked nothing like the pictures used on Expedia, I had a bright white and lime green room, genuinely dreadful to wake up to every morning. The street is SO LOUD! Every night you will hear loud bikes passing the hotel and sounds like there in the bedroom with you. The horse rides up and down the street and the screeching of the chairs on the floor above or next room over. Honestly sickening. Food - I can’t comment on because I didn’t try it, but the options in the surrounding area are not great, although there is plenty of restaurants many of them were full to the brim at the time you would like to eat and you will be waiting in the boiling sun. Fast food was quite fast so that’s a plus. I had a lot of takeaway as you can imagine. Cleanliness of the hotel itself is adequate but I did see dirty areas, the walls need a lick of paint. Surrounding areas - 0/10, the staff were not welcoming.

Staff are very helpful. The room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Good choice of breakfast items. I enjoyed the pool area. I would like to have had a kettle in the room as no facilities to make a drink or to get one especially as I am awake very early in the morning. Other than the that my stay was very pleasing. Close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

No penúltimo dia chegámos ao quarto por volta das 17h e a limpeza ainda estava por fazer. No hall faltam placas indicativas para aceder aos elevadores. No geral, todo o edificio necessita de obras de remodelação.

The staff was friendly not only at the reception but also in the kitchen. I stayed there at the end off the low season so it was the time for reparations before the high season start.. So that caused noice in the day. At night it was quiet and you can sleep. The check in and check out was easy on a decent and professional way

I had read some bad reviews about this property but I thought it was excellent! Nice, quiet, comfortable room and bed, great helpful staff and a lovely breakfast each day. Walkable to the beach and amenities in 5-10mins. Easy free parking (I stayed in April/May but from 1st June to 1st September I was told that is when the parking is chargeable). If you want entertainment and a party destination, go to Albufeira. If you want a relaxed and chilled place, Monte Gordo is great and so is this hotel. :)

We booked the hotel na for a 10 day vacation in Monte Gotdo with breakfast. Upon arrival, we were simply advised that our reservation does not include the breakfast. We know that we reserved the room with breakfast, although the confirmation did not explicitly state it. The hotel reminds rather of a prison than a hotel, the bathroom does not have any wall nor floor tiles. The rooms are very small and the TV program offers exclusively Spanish and Portuguese speaking channels. The reception staff is so unmotivated to provide any useful advice or answer any questions asked. Please save yourself the time and money and look for an alternate accommodation and enjoy a real vacation!

The reception experience was inconsistent. We were welcomed and checked in efficiently by a friendly member of staff, but after settling into our room, we discovered that it had become infested with ants overnight. We requested a room change, which was handled helpfully and without difficulty by another member of the team. Unfortunately, the service at checkout was very different, as the staff member we dealt with was unnecessarily rude and unpleasant, we could not understand the reason for this attitude. The gym arrangements were also disappointing. Hotel guests are only permitted to use the gym between 2pm and 5pm, and when I attempted to use it, the spa attendant was particularly unhelpful and insisted that I pay an additional fee to hire a towel. Although guests are apparently allowed to bring their own towels, this policy was not communicated in advance. Charging hotel guests extra for a basic towel does not create a welcoming impression. We were also told that we could not eat in the veranda or lobby unless the food had been purchased from the hotel bar. This was especially frustrating because we were trying to avoid eating in the room following the ant problem. On a positive note, the bar staff were friendly and helpful, and they kindly assisted with presenting my son’s birthday cake, which we appreciated. Overall, however, the stay was let down by inconsistent customer service, unclear policies &unnecessary additional charges. It's really a 3 star hotel not 4.
