Fantastic hotel would 100% stay again. Staff all excellent, spoke English as I don’t speak Spanish, room we was lucky to have 409 very impressed, large comfortable bed, significant larger private balcony with sun loungers and day bed, and not forgetting the hot tub. Breakfast good selection, evening bar drinks reasonable priced a beer and wine for 9 euros could ask for more, also underground carpark

Difficult this one, on the whole this was a pleasant place to stay, the room and hotel was clean and functional. Air conditioning worked well, Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a touch bland in flavour and you could only eat from 8am. The staff were very friendly and courteous especially Marina on reception. We stayed on the 4th floor and on two occasions we didn’t have water at around 11pm. The pool was quite small. I would question if there were enough sun beds for all guests if the hotel was full. For the price we paid I think what we got was fair.

Good stay for the price. Comfy bed. Good facilities inc gym which was excellent. Plastic walls and floor a bit strange and breakfast ok. Would not pay more than £100 per night depending on time of year. You need a car to stay here otherwise you’re stuck.

Flott og rent hotell med hyggelig personal og kompartable rom. Frokosten var helt ok, men noe kjedelig og lite variabelt utvalg. Og de var litt treige med å fylle på når det var tomt. Serveringen av mat og drikke ved bassenget var kun åpen i helgene, og da fra kl.13.00. Bassenget var ikke oppvarmet, så i begynnelsen av april var det iskaldt. Bassenget er også mindre enn man blir forespeilet på nettsiden. Veldig kjekt med å låne strandhåndkler i resepsjonen uten depositum. Minus at tilgang til spa avd. var såpass dyrt, 25€ per.pers uten bestilling av behandling, og 90€ ifm. behandling. Prøvde restauranten på hotellet en kveld og det var ikke å anbefale, 3 av 4 forskjellige kjøttretter var kjøttet seigt/tørt, så anbefaler å gå ut og spise. Treningsrom helt og med det man måtte trenge. Estepona reiser jeg gjerne tilbake til, flott sted og fantastisk strandpromenade ca 1,2 km å gå fra hotellet. Anbefaler også å besøke gamlebyen, nydelig sted med mange butikker og restauranter. Uber og Bolt er et flott og billig alternativ til transport.

We were given a lovely room overlooking pool (012) but hotel is getting tired and there is road noise from adjacent main road. Breakfast was very good and pool area lovely but overall hotel needs a deep clean and refreshing.

We liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff, when you could find them. The bed was very large and very comfy. The breakfasts were excellent. We loved the double sink in the bathroom and the very efficient cleaning service. We did not like, the fact that the hotel is a 15€ taxi ride away from town, the very busy dual carriage way which created noise by the pool and all night, the very noisy and pretty useless air conditioning and the dangerous, disappearing step(s) right outside the front door which caused a nasty fall on our first night. There was no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffee in our toom.

Marked down as neither of our bedside lights worked and despite asking for them to be looked at nothing was done and also perplexed that there was a baby/toddler at breakfast when the hotel is marketed as ‘adults only’. Not much around the hotel but near bus route to Marbella and Estepona.

The hotel is wonderful but specifically young lady at the front desk by name Isabel. She went above and beyond my expectation and accommodate me with my specific request. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Marbella and I’ll be back in six months.

Hotel was only a third full and we had a deluxe double but still put us in a room overlooking the road. Breakfast was poor, eggs had been cooked what looked like a week ago and the bacon was only just cooked. Wouldn’t stay again.

A great hotel for a business trip, clean, easy drive to Marbella and Malaga, excellent rooms. Not quite sure I would stay here for a holiday, a little soulless, food would need to be a little better, does the job but wouldn’t be a ‘treat’ as such. Breakfast could have more choice, eggs could be warmer etc but very functional and did the job for my work trip.
