We had an excellent day. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in March and was a little wet so our teenagers enjoyed the indoor pool, paddle, crazy golf, table, tennis and gym. We used the on-site shop and restaurant for a pizza takeaway. we find it very handy to explore the local area. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

We had a great mini-holiday at the resort and we were all very pleased as a family. Superb service, facilities, clean and lots of activities for the family. Food was good but pretty limited to one restaurant and pool bar, hopefully they extend the restaurant selection. Beach towels could be bigger and sun beds upgraded. Overall a great place to stay!

Great location and amenities. The weather was a bit cool so we mostly used the indoor pool wich was great. Great family hotel. The 2 bedrooms suite was even larger than I anrticipated with a fully furnished kitchen and large dining room and living room. However I have to say that the beach area is far from great, with lots of large rocks to cross to access the water directly in front of the hotel.

Rommet var et av de fineste jeg har hatt på hotell og området til hotellet var fantastisk. Lutt skuffende at to basseng var stengt og at det ikke var oppgitt. En av grunnrne til at vi valgte dette hotellet vsr vannsklier i det ene bassenget, men det var ikke åpent. Selve hotellområdet innenfor murene var supert. Masse å gjøre for ungene og alt var i god stand. Men stranden er forferdelig, det er bare stein og 4-5septiktanker. Den ene tankrn hadde eksplodert når vi var der, så det var toalettpapir og en stank av en annen verden. På den andre siden av hotellet er det noen gater med leiligheter og så rett til en motorvei. Fantastisk hotell hvis du tenker å tilbringe tiden innenfor portene, men området rundt var ikke noe å skryte av. Vil legge til at de ansatte på hotellet var gelt super, med god innstilling og godt humør

Hôtel très sympa pour les enfants et les adultes! Restaurant Solera très bon ainsi que le bar de la piscine. Beaucoup d'activité pour les petits et les grands (Basket, foot, badminton, paddle, billard-foot, ping-pong etc...) jolie piscine intérieur avec plusieurs jacuzzis. La plage est bien aménagée mais pas très belle avec des galets à l'entrée de la mer( prevoyez des chaussures). Un supermarché est ouvert 24h/24h. Le personnel est super sympa!

Are an amazing property in the Mirabella Spain area. Great rooms with excellent bedding and linens. Great fitness center along with 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and 1cold plunge tub. Property has a great restaurant “Soleras” and a lively pool bar with great happy hour events. Property is close to all the major, southern Spanish cities And Gibraltar is only an hour and 10 minutes to the west with its great tax free shopping district!

Comfortable and well maintained apartment. We were lucky to have a beautiful sea view BUT ground floor, so was a little close to poolside to use our balcony. Would have preferred at least one floor up for privacy. Staff very polite and helpful. Minor repairs,( towel ring fell off wall ), were fixed immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed a lovely meal in on site Restaurant, Solero. Cocktails by the pool were a bit of fun at happy hour 17:00 , but after a few days this type of holiday not the best suited to our family-( and teenagers not interested in sitting by the pool or being in the pool after a few minutes). Lots of older people 60s, 70s and beyond. Felt safe but not activity based enough for us. However, the morning ‘stretch ‘ classes in the yoga studio were excellent and likewise, Pilates. Gym used by teenagers but they said equipment was limited. However, indoor plunge pool and whirlpool area was very pleasing.

Overall the hotel was very good. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Warm and welcoming staff with some great activities for kids of all ages. The rooms are a touch dated and the Spa is too. Could do with some modernising. The sauna is not very big and was not working properly on my visit the steam room was very dated. The gym on the other hand was excellent. Would i stay here again? Yes i would.👍

Property is ok , large rooms , furniture bit dated. Nice facilities but looking tired. Effectively in the middle of nowhere so taxis everywhere if you don’t have a car. If you do have a car it is extremely difficult to find. Even the second time and especially if you are trying to arrive or leave when the large school next door (which looks like a prison) is starting or finishing.
Property is ok , large rooms , furniture bit dated. Nice facilities but looking tired. Effectively in the middle of nowhere so taxis everywhere if you don’t have a car. Beautiful resort, great employees, perfect for families. Nice design and elaborate landscaping. Parking situation is a little awkward. Beach is small and rocky, but very private. Location is quiet. Apartments are modern and comfortable.

Beautiful apartment and resort. Friendly and helpful customer service. Only improvements could be heating one of the outdoor pools (indoor one is heated). Beach is ok, but rocky/seaweedy.

We had an excellent day. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in March and was a little wet so our teenagers enjoyed the indoor pool, paddle, crazy golf, table, tennis and gym. We used the on-site shop and restaurant for a pizza takeaway. we find it very handy to explore the local area. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienanlage! Leider schließen die Pools viel zu früh. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Zimmer großzügig und super ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We visited with friends for a family 18th birthday. It was a girls trip so we had an apartment with 3 rooms. My daughters Steve Madden brand new trainers were stolen from our bedroom and my friends Hermes black sandals. Both totalling around £450. I reported this to the hotel and asked them to check cctv and explained there was absolutely no other explanation that when we came to pack on our day of leaving that the items could have been misplaced in any other way. My daughter wore the trainers to travel in and had not removed them from the wardrobe before we came to leave. Where we found they had gone. I reported this in person and followed up from England but the hotel did nothing. They obviously have an internal Issue with theft. I would not recommend this hotel

Comfortable and well maintained apartment. We were lucky to have a beautiful sea view BUT ground floor, so was a little close to poolside to use our balcony. Would have preferred at least one floor up for privacy. Staff very polite and helpful. Minor repairs,( towel ring fell off wall ), were fixed immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed a lovely meal in on site Restaurant, Solero. Cocktails by the pool were a bit of fun at happy hour 17:00 , but after a few days this type of holiday not the best suited to our family-( and teenagers not interested in sitting by the pool or being in the pool after a few minutes). Lots of older people 60s, 70s and beyond. Felt safe but not activity based enough for us. However, the morning ‘stretch ‘ classes in the yoga studio were excellent and likewise, Pilates. Gym used by teenagers but they said equipment was limited. However, indoor plunge pool and whirlpool area was very pleasing.

Property is ok , large rooms , furniture bit dated. Nice facilities but looking tired. Effectively in the middle of nowhere so taxis everywhere if you don’t have a car. If you do have a car it is extremely difficult to find. Even the second time and especially if you are trying to arrive or leave when the large school next door (which looks like a prison) is starting or finishing.

Great location and amenities. The weather was a bit cool so we mostly used the indoor pool wich was great. Great family hotel. The 2 bedrooms suite was even larger than I anrticipated with a fully furnished kitchen and large dining room and living room. However I have to say that the beach area is far from great, with lots of large rocks to cross to access the water directly in front of the hotel.

Rommet var et av de fineste jeg har hatt på hotell og området til hotellet var fantastisk. Lutt skuffende at to basseng var stengt og at det ikke var oppgitt. En av grunnrne til at vi valgte dette hotellet vsr vannsklier i det ene bassenget, men det var ikke åpent. Selve hotellområdet innenfor murene var supert. Masse å gjøre for ungene og alt var i god stand. Men stranden er forferdelig, det er bare stein og 4-5septiktanker. Den ene tankrn hadde eksplodert når vi var der, så det var toalettpapir og en stank av en annen verden. På den andre siden av hotellet er det noen gater med leiligheter og så rett til en motorvei. Fantastisk hotell hvis du tenker å tilbringe tiden innenfor portene, men området rundt var ikke noe å skryte av. Vil legge til at de ansatte på hotellet var gelt super, med god innstilling og godt humør

Beautiful resort, great employees, perfect for families. Nice design and elaborate landscaping. Parking situation is a little awkward. Beach is small and rocky, but very private. Location is quiet. Apartments are modern and comfortable.

We had a great mini-holiday at the resort and we were all very pleased as a family. Superb service, facilities, clean and lots of activities for the family. Food was good but pretty limited to one restaurant and pool bar, hopefully they extend the restaurant selection. Beach towels could be bigger and sun beds upgraded. Overall a great place to stay!

Hôtel très sympa pour les enfants et les adultes! Restaurant Solera très bon ainsi que le bar de la piscine. Beaucoup d'activité pour les petits et les grands (Basket, foot, badminton, paddle, billard-foot, ping-pong etc...) jolie piscine intérieur avec plusieurs jacuzzis. La plage est bien aménagée mais pas très belle avec des galets à l'entrée de la mer( prevoyez des chaussures). Un supermarché est ouvert 24h/24h. Le personnel est super sympa!

Are an amazing property in the Mirabella Spain area. Great rooms with excellent bedding and linens. Great fitness center along with 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and 1cold plunge tub. Property has a great restaurant “Soleras” and a lively pool bar with great happy hour events. Property is close to all the major, southern Spanish cities And Gibraltar is only an hour and 10 minutes to the west with its great tax free shopping district!
