Cheap price, odd location and layout and both ice machines were broken.

Tv had only one channel. Paid for a smoking room and wasn’t made aware that they were sold out until after I arrived for check in. Ice machine down the hall was out of order and the breakfast was coffee, donuts, and oj

It was not a great hotel! We stayed in 107 and our tv didn’t work. When I called front desk they hung up. The ice machine was broken on the first floor so had to go to second floor. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and donuts and juice. In my opinion it wasn’t worth the money spent. I will not stay here again. Just really disappointed.

Website says there was breakfast, only coffee, juice & packaged donuts. Pool wasn't usable. Had planned to stay a third night but checked out early, ended my vacation early in Pensacola to get out of the place. Next stop was cheaper & had what they listed on their web-site.

The was a dead bird in the pool

Hotel wasn’t the best. There were bugs around the doors inside the room. There was a dead roach in the refrigerator. No ice available on the property. No actual breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly. I had high hopes for this place as we stayed in a DaysInn before however, I guess what they say “ You get what you pay for” is true. The door to the room wouldn’t lock , there was mold and some blood on the ceiling above the bathtub, roaches crawling in the room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully. We also booked this room in regards that it has a pool however there was a sign that said “closed for cleaning” our entire stay.

The staff was great, the room was clean, the bathroom was dated but worked fine. There is NO breakfast as advertised, only donuts and coffee in the morning. The worst part was that there were cigarettes on the stairs, parking lot, basically everywhere all around the building. It’s an older hotel but for the price it wasn’t bad. My kids enjoyed the pool.

My room was infested with roaches and I couldn't change rooms until the next day. No staff was at the front or answering the phone. I was moved to another room the next night and the AC leaked, mold on pillow discovered at stripping sheets. My daughter's birthday stay was ruined and she cried. I will be forget this experience and NEVER will stay at this nasty hotel ever again! Drug addicts are also living on property and be outside which makes it unsafe. No breakfast as described. Basically a snack pk of donuts and coffee. Horrible experience!!! If I could rate a 0 they would have gotten one!!

The tub was clogged and the shower head was black. Looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in years. I complained about it and they had no vacancy so they couldn’t offer me another room. A lady “cleaned” it and a guy came to unclog it but it was still dirty and getting clogged. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Mold in the roof of the bathroom and shower head is a safety hazard.

Had roaches ,Boogers on wall , The bedding was stained and dirty ,Had exposed wire ,Bathtub was dirty as well as the Toilet .The light switch at the door did not work and there was no ceiling light the cover that was where the light should have been was broke and wire hanging out . We did not stay the night because it was very nasty and dirty we checked in and maybe 20 minutes later checked out. Very , Very Dirty .

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! How dare you charge someone $146/night and have BLACK MOLD growing all over your ceiling in the bathroom. That was only the 1st issue. I want my money back! YES, I have pictures! I have never encountered a problem like this before. Who knows what was growing in this place that I couldn’t see. Do not bring your family here!

We called in last minute and the front desk lady was really polite and warm. From the pictures, it looked like a great place, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed linen and towels looked as if they hadn’t been washed and the room smelled like mold.

The hotel room was disgusting; thankfully we only stayed the one night. Greeted with flies in the room upon entry. The floors were covered with like sludge I put the towel on the floor after a shower so the floor wasn’t soaked and it was just covered in dirt and the floor of the whole room was like that. There was 2 footprints on my bed sheet from someone’s boots. The chair in the room was covered in dirt and had stains all over and in the dresser drawers someone left dirty pairs of socks so clearly these rooms aren’t being serviced other than just making sure some folded towels and new bars of soap are placed in the room. I know some of us are on a budget , but please do yourself a favor and book at a little more pricey hotel.

The rooms were very dirty the refrigerator was broken. There is dust inside the air conditioner. The floor is filthy. The so-called non-smoking room had cigarette burns on the blankets. Do not stay there. The only thing that was decent about it is the girl was very nice behind the desk.

The entire property looked like no one was maintaining it. Our room was cleaned once in 5 days. Dirty, mold in shower, dirt in corners of every room. Water in shower was not hot. I had to ask for towels every day. A little package of donuts, juice and coffee is not breakfast, call it what it is. Your saving grace was the staff at front desk, they were terrific.

The front desk clerk was sweet, she was super friendly! The room was dirty, the shower was gross, the front door lock mechanism was broken. There was pen ink all over the sheets.

Wow! I haven’t stayed in a dirtier hotel - EVER! When I walked into the room the refrigerator had leaked water onto the hard wood floor. I used a wash cloth to wipe up the puddle. The wash cloth turned a very dark brown. The entire floor was sticky and filthy.

Upon entering our room it seemed clean, and newly remodeled. Went to shower and there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door still, we were provided with 1 pool towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 wash cloths no hand towels. We had to leave the AC extremely cold, because if not the floors would be wet and extremely slippery. The TV did not work either. Overall it was extremely poor cleanliness.

Pulled into parking lot with multiple police cars and officers walking around, an area was cut off from public. To shower producing no hot water, even after 25 minutes of running and adjusting everything, I was on a road trip and just wanted to leave asap. I left at 7am. I do not recommend this place at all. I did mention to front desk staff and they stated that "you have to mess around with it", I stated that I did, but no further discussion.

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there was a cigarette butt on the air-conditioning unit and the security card did not work. Upon complaining, the night manager offered us another room. This second room could not be opened with the security cards. The maintenance person had to come open the door with a screwdriver. Then, we were told that anytime we needed to enter our room we should call the maintenance man to open the door with the screwdriver. We went back to the desk and to the manager that we were leaving, that we would not take either room and to refund our prepaid deposit.

Pros: Good location. Easy area to navigate and get anywhere fairly quickly. Inexpensive. Clean (room literally smelled like the bleach it was cleaned with for 2 days) Cons: Beware there is a $50 CASH ONLY deposit due when checking in and will only be refunded if you can present the receipt upon checking out. Water doesn't get hot. A little over lukewarm at best. Advertised as remodeled, but I would use the word redecorated and that's generous. The bed frame was just a metal frame. So, be careful rounding out of the bathroom because you will bang your knee! The card readers on the door are awful!! Took several tries every time we needed to enter the room to get the key to work and one of the two keys never worked. The hot and cold water were opposite on the faucet, and they had just written it with a magic marker. The fan cover in the bathroom had been taken off and never put back on. So the dusty fan was exposed. The paint was all over the place where it had been applied haphazardly. No real breakfast so you'll be purchasing that daily unless you can settle for a muffin or doughnut. Ultra-thin blankets. If you tend to get cold, bring an extra! Seems like plenty of pillows, but they're small. If you enjoy a very pillow filled bed, bring some! Overall, if you're on a budget, need something in a pinch, or just don't really care if the hotel is nice since you're essentially only sleeping and showering, this hotel is fine. It's pretty quiet and we felt safe.

Multiple keypads did not work; mine was horrible, needed to go to the office every time I returned to the motel. Phone did not work, USB connections did not work, and the toilet was less than effective. I had a three night stay and housekeeping never came in. All in all, it was a less than good stay. The price was not too bad, but even then, I definitely did not get my money’s worth.

There was no hot water

The water in the shower was very hard to regulate from cold to hot. The floor was dirty. We had to use toilet paper for Kleenex because the Kleenex holder was empty. There was no ice in the ice machine. We will not be staying there again.

Killed 3 giant roaches in my room and the shower’s water heater was obnoxiously loud. Also a weird smell

Hotel was nice. The only problem was the shower ..you had hot or hottest.. no middle.. doesnt feel good to take hottest shpwet when your sunburned.. other than that is was a good stay

Had prepaid for the room and to check in at midnight took over 45 minutes!! after a Long Day's trip that was not expected.TV did not work and we had to have them come up and clean the bathtub. $50. Cash deposit was not mentioned when paying for room. Someone tried to sell me drugs in the parking lot. I was happy to have a room.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. My friend and I arrived before check in and the desk clerk was able to give us our two room next to each other. She even upgraded us to king size beds. Rooms don’t normally have coffee makers, but the desk clerk gave my friend one to use. We both realized that evening that the room hair dryers didn’t work…. The afternoon desk clerk came to our rooms to trouble shoot and found that there were issues with one outlet and one hair dryer. She brought us an extra one. While the accommodations were seasoned, the service was great.

Traveled to Pensecola to escape Milton. I requested early check in but ended up arriving later than planned. The super friendly woman at the front desk noticed that and reversed the charge without hesitation. My room was clean, towels very soft, and bed and pillows were fine. The employees were all very polite and responsive to needs. I had my dogs with me and there is plenty of greenspace to exercise.

Great bang for your buck, my room was clean and smelled great when I checked in, no carpet too which I like. Tonya at the front desk was amazing and I could not rave about her more, super attentive and just over all kind. If I had a problem she was quick to fix it. I will absolutely be back as long as she is working there. Easy drive to anything, straight shot to down town and plenty of food and gas options right there too.

I like that it was right off the highway and easy to get to.

Pulled up to property and immediately had a bad feeling about it. Check in and get room card. Door wont open, get a new room, same issue door wont open. Transients/crackheads all over premises. People living there, not a good place to take your family . Just pay the extra 35 bucks and go accross street to holiday inn express.

The trip was very nice. Arrived on schedule and checked in. The hotel was located in a good area; shops, eateries, etc. The desk clerk was friendly, courteous and welcoming. The room I was in was pleasant and quiet. The atmosphere was nice and the surroundings were great. It's a future destination and stay in the future.

The staff was super friendly and corteous, the property was a horror. The furniture, walls, fixtures, showers, and linens were all in terrible states of disrepair. It's the first time I ever stayed somewhere and felt the immediate need to search for bedbugs before I brought my luggage in. There were a dozen placed the ceiling paint was peeling in both rooms we rented. Both tubs were in terrible condition and covered in various colors of paint, and missing chunks of fiberglass as well as plumbed backwards, so water pressure was dismal as the hot water was plumbed to the cold tap on the single control valve. All furniture was broken, chipped or filthy. I rented a king with a sleeper sofa room for my kids, they ended up having to share the bed since the pullout was covered with dirt and filth. All sheets in both rooms were dingy and stained with cigarette burns. One room was missing a smoke detector and smelled strongly of cigarettes, the other smelled strongly of marijuana, both were non-smoking rooms. "Breakfast" was a tray of "gas station" donuts, and there were only 3 left for the four of us, 20min into the "breakfast" service, and two flavors of "juice" from a dospenser machine, of which the "orange" had already run out. The pool looked filthy. The entire campus smelled strongly of marijuana the entire time we were there, even out in the parking lot, and certainly along each corridor, stairwell and breezeway. It's quite trashy, and I was extremely disappointed.

Front desk staff was great, they’re the only reason I would go back! But shotty renovation work in the rooms. Paint on the hair dryer, paint on the shower curtain rod, paint splatter everywhere. Breakfast was packaged 3 pack donuts and coffee/juice…not what I would consider breakfast. Pool was ok.

Ok room for sleeping, the post on Hotels.com said “breakfast included” but there was only coffee and mini donuts.

Old not running vehicle in parking lot. The breakfast included references are not true, coffee and Debbie Donuts don’t qualify. I do like it is pet friendly and close to Cracker Barrel

First hotel i have been to that did not have a coffee pot in the room. Breakfat was a real joke. Coffee was warm and all there was was little Hostess donuts. To me, this was not a free breakfast.

Property is very run down. Room seemed clean and recently updated. Advertised breakfast was coffee and prepackaged mini donuts! Better hotel choices in same neighborhood.

This place is alright for an emergency stop to sleep, but wouldn’t recommend for longer stay. No continental breakfast offered, as stated in their amenities.
