Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport by IHG

My shower was so clogged I couldn't use it without standing in 4 inches of water. I told the morning staff they said they would have it fixed. I worked a 14 hour day, came back to find they did absolutely nothing so another day of not showering because they could not find the time to fix a clog.

Room had an unpleasant smell, the ceiling plaster was peeling, and there was no remote or alarm clock in the room. The employee who checked us in was very rude and unpleasant.

The bathroom shower had hair in it upon arrival. There were dead bugs in the corner and garbage under the desk. There was coffee but no coffee pot. TV didn't work well. There was one semi working elevator that we got stuck on at 1:00 in the morning after returning from a concert. Parking was available but difficult. Parking lot not lit up for the far spots. The water was cold and the pool was cold. The hallway carpet was dirty and smelled stale. Would not return or recommend.

Well to start out when we arrived the pool was closed , we arrived on a Thursday afternoon. The pool did open the next evening at 5pm so that was one good thing. However my stay was from Thursday -sunday morning during my stay the elevators were very sketchy even the fire Dept was called there. It would take long delays for doors to open finally osunday as we are leaving we find out the elevators were down and not working which ment I had to make 4 trips from the second floor to the front door just to load my car. Now as for house care I had my service sign out 2 separate days and did not receive any service didn't make it a big deal but is worth mentioning. There is no safes or telephones in rooms so if you need anything you have to walk down to the front desk

First given the wrong room. All elevators were out of order. Pool out of order. Definitely would not go back. Most staff were friendly. But, they have a lot of work to do to make customers happy, or ever go back.
