Torremolinos bästa läge, fem minuters promenad från tåget. rummen är lite slitna men städningen är toppen. takterrass med inomhuspool, ny bastu och gym. Utomhuspoolen var dessvärre stängd under min vistelse. Frukosten är okej.

Rooms and communal areas were ok. However there are not enough lifts for the number of guests in the hotel leading to long waits for them. Same with the pool area which was crowded. They also insisted on pretty playing pretty awful loud music around the pool which didn’t make for a relaxing atmosphere.The breakfast wasn’t great either. I’m not sure what was in the fruit juice but it wasn’t fruit. Also the 10am breakfast finish which seemed early to me anyway was enforced with military rigour. Seems harsh when some days you have to queue 10 minutes to get into the breakfast room anyway. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel amenities were great - from indoor roof top pool to sauna etc. Only stayed room only but paid one night for the buffet dinner which was 20 euros including drinks. Food ranged from pasta dishes, chef cooking steak to fresh salads - lots of choice. Staff all attentive and the maids were always busy. Hotel great location in the heart of all the busy squares where restaurants and bars were located.

Grand hotel proche de la mer. Nous nous y sommes rendus au mois d'octobre. L'hotel était fréquenté par une clientèle sénior. L'ambiance était tranquille. Les installations ont pris de l'age mais sont fonctionnelles; par exemple les ascenseurs sont lents en comparaison avec des ascenseurs modernes. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bon. Le parking est disponible gratuitement dans le quartier, sécuritaire, mais il faut chercher.

Var inte beredd på att detta var ett all inclusive hotell fyllt av britter. Alla solstolar inmutade t o m innan frukost. Bokar nog ett adults only nästa gång som inte tar charterturister. Var inte så man ville hänga på hotellet. Varken i rummet eller i allmäna uteymmen. Köp nya kuddar till rummen. De som finns nu är under all kritik.

We had a 5 night stay in oct and had a lovely time . The snack bar all inc probably is the only thing that lets it down and the pool area could do with a make over as the ladders in the pool wobbled and the tiles were cracked . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back . The location is perfect and the new sky bar a great addition . My hairdryer over heated every night so a better one would make the room perfect

Gut gelegen nahe dem Strand und der Haupt-Einkaufsgegend. Zimmer gut (Bäder und Möbel könnten mal erneuert werden). Innen-Schwimmbad geheizt und sehr sauber. Parken € 12/Tag in Tiefgarage (€ 19,- ab 10 Tage) nötig und angenehm, da draußen alles voll ist) SEHR freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Essen gut und reichhaltig. “Schallgeschützt” stimmt leider nicht wirklich: Die Nachbarn hört man etwas zu deutlich.

The property is fine in public areas. The rooms are very tired with furniture damage. The bedroom floor had human hair covering it, it clearly had not been swept properly. The bathroom shower gels were impossible to open without scissors, which airline travellers don’t carry. Sixth time I have stayed, it hasn’t aged well. Dining room has had a facelift.

Generelt et okay hotel. Dog er det meget slidt. Sengenes madrasser er udhulet og bløde. Maden på hotellet består mest af frisure mad, samt meget engelsk præget. Flere steder er der tegn på at der har været vandskader, så møbler og karme er ved at gå til. Personalet er super søde og venlige. Det er ikke deres skyld at opholdet ikke står standarden for hotellet. Udsigten fra hotellet er fin og lokationen er fantastisk midt i gågaden i Torremolinos. Det er nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen med tog eller taxi. Alt i alt et okay hotel men forvent ikke meget af værelset eller maden.

The hotel is situated on the hill top of Torremolinos centre. I checked in late and had an excellent greeting from the male receptionist and my request for a high floor room away from a lift was honoured. l had a spacious three bed room to myself. The bathroom too was spacious with a nice in bath shower and bidet. No bath mat was provided by housekeeping on the last day. The TV had a few channels in English, including itv1, the wardrobe was an adequate size and there was a fridge. The decent sized balcony was private and had a table and chairs.

As we stay in hotels often in Torremolinos, we wanted to try this property, so this was a first stay here for us. While the hotel looks good from the outside, I found the room to be spacious but decoration appears dated. The bed (the most important feature in a hotel room in my opinion) and the headboard requires updating, the style appears old, pasé. The mattress was like a marshmellow, way too soft. Also the room was quite warm and there was no apparent way to control the temperature aside from opening the terrace door. Would I repeat this property? Not so sure I would.

Excellent location, close to beach. Staff friendly, especially the housekeeping staff, restaurant and communal areas very clean, however the rooms were appalling. Old, basic, uncomfortable and shabby. The bedroom furniture was a disgrace. We stayed as a group of 4 couples, and everyone's rooms were awful. Shame, because it let the hotel down dramatically.

This hotel is in Febr too full with young sportgroups. The was a zoo at the buffets very loud for a 4 star hotel. We waited forever for the elevators to bring us up and down. The matraces need to be renewed. The furniture in the room need a lifting.

Staff all professional and friendly. I would like to specially mention Javier who was very attentive and professional. The room is spacious and good size balcony. Communal areas are nice and welcoming. I have only use the swimming pool in the Rooftop pool once. The swimming pool was clean and big enough. The water was warm. Beautiful views from the rooftop. The location is very good close to town centre, train and beach. Lots of places to eat near by.

The Front Desk people are very kind, courteous and friendly, especially Vanessa, she's like an angel with the clientèle, a beautiful mother, and for sure she deserves esteem and compliments, I am sure she must have a husband who adores her. Thank you for the kindness and for making sure my stay was excellent. p.s.: the lady from housekeeping on my floor does merit also compliments, she was friendly, and polite and made my day's also being sunny during the rainy times in Costa Del Sol.

The staff, from the front desk up to housekeeping up to breakfast restaurant up to bar tendering, all staff is doing their utmost best always despite the immense business going on during touristic seasons, even when the hotel is at full occupancy, they all do work with a smile on their face to serve us, visitors, at their Grand Cerventas, BLUE, wherefore my special thanks to all of them.

There is nothing to recommend this hotel. They don't even honour the room type (sea view) charged at an extortionate premium so what hope is there for anything else. Definitely not a 4* hotel. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in large part due to the terrible reception staff who do not answer the thephone and laugh at any misfortune. . Really nasty staff.

Since my last visit the hotel has had a refresh and looked much more appealing. The room was good with a good bathroom and even a bath! The staff were all friendly and willing to help, contributing to a relaxed stay. The town centre location was a bonus being just a few hundred metres from the railway station.

The food was poor quality, everything Had been left on a hotplate to dry out before the opening times. But i dont think it would have been any better when fresh. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment it is old and outdated would recommend or return More a 1/2 star

The hotel was clean , staff good but no entertainment whilst I was there until 11.30-12.00 the all inclusive package was limited drinks and definitely not normal strength. I wasn’t there to get drunk as I’m 58 and was a women on my own but I may as well been drinking lemonade. You would expect to feel a little tipsy after 7 vodka and 7 up I certainly didn’t. Great if you just want a place to chill round the pool during the day but my advice would be don’t bother with all inclusive

Great location and size of bedrooms. Staff are friendly. Avoid paying for dinner! Food is awful. My booking was half board so thought I would try dinner .. Mistake!! Never again!! Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Location of hotel is perfect

Struttura comoda solo per la posizione, a pochi passi dal centro. Disorganizzazione in tutti gli ambiti, dal ristorante dove regnava il caos, sia a colazione che a cena, all'intrattenimento. Pulizia della stanza molto approssimativa, ogni giorno disponibilità di asciugamani e articoli da bagno per due in una stanza occupata da 3 persone. Ascensori praticamente inaccessibili negli orari di punta per la mole di ospiti dell'albergo. Cibo insapore, persino quello tipico locale. Piscina, sauna ed ambiente adiacente fatiscente. Deludente sotto ogni aspetto.

This was probably a 4 star once upon a time, shame they didn't keep it that way. Don't eat here, food was cheap and of bad quality and choice very similar everyday. Some of the staff at the restaurant were friendly while others were iust plain rude. Good location, good room size and big balcony. You can find much better in the area for probably the same price. I wouldn't recommend stay here.
