Definitely works if you need 2 isolated rooms when traveling as a family with a teenager. Kitchen with vessels, fridge, washer dryer etc if you use them 😀. Parking wasn’t included and it costs 45$ per night.

Kasa lady bird was a wonderful stay. The studio was clean and very cozy. Having a washer/dryer was great since I stayed for a few days. The place itself was safe and there’s a grocery story on the first floor which was super convenient for things I needed. Highly recommended!

This place was dirty! Nothing like the pictures at all, the silverware was dirty, shower had mold and the shower had kept malfunctioning. The AC battery was about to die and you could literally hear noises I could not sleep at night. Please there are better and adorable places to stay, this is not worth it

The unit was very filthy. Bedding was not changed, dirty sheets were on the fold out so far which was our only other option. Trash was in two trash cans. The floor was filthy blood on that she’s there was blood on the sheets and dishes in the dishwasher and sink.

Hotels.com doesn’t show you it’s a 3rd party service so when I booked an hour before arriving there wasn’t enough time to get all the info sent to the 3-4 different parties involved. Though I did get a confirmation that it was good to go. Then all the check in instructions went to someone else’s phone and from there it was a nightmare with phone calls and such. If I were in a hurry I would have been in trouble. Check in took almost an hour to get me to the room. Inside the “apartment” it was not too bad but it was not built like a hotel so there was a lot of abuse to the fixtures and furnishings that you done see at a regular establishment. There was also black mold around the tub/shower which isn’t healthy. I would not go back.

Stayed for three nights and would say overall it was just fine. It was an amazing location and check in was easy, but I wasn’t expecting it to essentially be a unit in an apartment building. I’ve stayed at other aparthotels where the majority is like a hotel or half the building is clearly for residents and the other for guests. I just felt like I was sleeping in someone’s apartment. At face value it was nice, but the closer you looked the cracks started showing. We had an issue with the shower making loud noise and they did come to fix it, but in the process left a lot of dirt/debris around the tub and didn’t clean it up. There was dust coating the bathroom air vent and little things that indicated it may not be as nice as we expected. Definitely not a bad stay but I’d rather pay more for an actual hotel.

I should have read through more reviews when booking this last minute on Expedia. Like other reviews it was not clear in terms of how to check in. I requested an early check in (2 pm vs 4 pm) and heard nothing back. But the "virtual front desk" was quick to send me a condescending text about a noise alert in my unit when I got back from yoga and turned the TV on and started a load of laundry. I didn\'t touch the volume on the TV. Just hit play to turn on the Olympics. And this was hours before the stated quiet hours that start at 10 pm, which the text referred to. I am a solo precessional traveler and the text from Kasa was insulting and a bit creepy. Made me wonder what else was being monitored. My unit was right down the hall from the 24hr gym so I was treated to a constant lullaby of weights being dropped on the floor PAST quiet hours. On a positive note I liked the location and the kitchen was well equipped for my needs. As background I have stayed in this type of third-party accommodation before and rate Kasa lower than the other well-known companies.

Parking in this area is miserable and super expensive (up to $50 per day), unit doesn't come with a parking spot. Up to 4 can sleep there, but there were no linens for the sofa bed, so no way to use it. Not even enough towels for 2 people. Ice machine in fridge did not work, nor did the water feature in fridge.

I came to Austin for several reasons, all of which were available and walkable from Kasa. There was actually minimal contact with the staff, but I didn't need to see them more often so that worked out great. I'll stay there again if it's available.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great room and property amenities. The grocery store in the building is a HUGE bonus. We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen it was awesome. The building itself is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the “dirty 6” the Main Street to get there is very sketch unfortunately we walked one block over and felt much safer. You can walk all over down to the bar bridge and the shopping area. We only used an Uber to go to the airport and Franklins BBQ.

Absolutely furious with the "customer service" which is seemingly a chat bot trying to be upbeat. Long story short, we were on the 15th floor and couldn't leave because the elevators were out. I'm disabled and unable to traverse 15 flights of stairs. We had a concert to go to, missed the entire day of getting to go out and explore the city during our stay and almost missed our concert. The responses were upbeat like we weren't totally inconvenienced and no responses were coming back for the repair estimated time. Then I thought I heard the elevator out in the hall when I was at my wits end as it was pretty much now or never to leave for the concert, and the email from the company (I had emailed and sent a text, no response to the texts for like 2 hours) and they said oh yes, it was up and running about an hour ago! Not cool, ruined an entire day of our vacation. Room was so-so. All furniture was cheap & uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets & fridge front were filthy. The bathroom was so cheap that the shower curtain rod fell right on me from the weight of one towel. One toilet seat screw was sheared off, so all wobbly. I just ordered a set delivered from Amazon to fix it. Not enough TP for our stay & they took 24 hours to get us more, so at about 12 hours we just went and bought some to the tune of 5X the normal price. However, there was one really shiny star to the whole stay and that was Carrie at the concierge desk. She is an absolute jewel!!!
